Updating this review ...been coming here for a year now and not once have I been disappointed. Jenny always does my gel fill ins. But I’ve had other nail techs and they’re all good. Had a gel polish pedicure and it was wonderful. Lasted a long time to. Was referred by front desk at Hilton. They did an amazing job. The man that works there did my manicure. He was super gentle on my sensitive nails and cuticles. Extremely thorough too. He took his time and I could tell he takes great pride in his work. He’s definitely a perfectionist. I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish. He shaped them perfectly. One of the best manicures I’ve ever had. Cost was affordable also at $30. They even finish with a hot towel and a hand massage. I come into Philly once a month. I’ll be back to get my manicures here or even make a special trip to this salon that’s how good my nails look

Very meticulous with a great staff. Everyone here is a great artist. if one person you need isn’t available there is always another staff member just as skilled. Just show them a picture or give them your idea, they bring it to life. They also validate parking in a garage since it’s downtown!

Ask for simple design didnt get it.. I must have had the newbie.. my nails look horrible. I didnt wanna cause a seen. I know they are good but the service provided today wS a nono. I know who to ask for now

Jill was a lovely nail technician which is why I gave it 2 stars. But Im extremely dissapointed as my gel manicure is already beginning to peel only 3 days after being done.Edit: My polish has peeled completely after only 4 days. Im extremely dissapointed.

I walked in the first time and was seen by Jill in maybe 20 minutes. Super friendly and fast and the gel set in really fast.

Not the best place to go for mani and pedi. Last week, I spent $72 on GEL mani and pedi. As soon as i left the salon, i noticed they didnt really pay attention to the detail on the side of my nails. In less than 5 days, the edges are all chipped. One week later, my pedi is all messed up.will not recommend. will not go back.

Very, very clean! For a basic gel manicure, and polish change on my toes it came to $43.00. A little much but that is normal for center city prices. The girls seem like they know what they are doing. Younger girls work, and they include u in there convos..u don’t seem out of place here. I came during my lunch time and they accommodated me very nicely!

My review is specifically about the man working there.I specifically asked for smooth tips several times and he just kept filing down my nail with a very rough nail file. I requested having a better nail file to get that smooth ending and he said he did not. He said he would try to cover the roughness of the tip of my nail with the gel, which he didnt.Second, he was rude and treated me as if I had difficulties understanding.Third, his hands are super rough. I want soft hands doing manicure. And I dont speak about rough manly hands... but rough abrasive hands that require moisturizing.So, I would NOT recommend going to this place and getting a manicure from this guy.

I was just there this past Friday! Today is Tuesday 2 of my nails have cracked in half while I was picking clothes out of a hamper! That shouldn’t have happen and no one is answering the phone!

I was so excited because of how highly people recommend this place. All I can say is the customer service was horrible. I paid over $100 dollars for nails for a big upcoming event. I asked for one color and got a completely different color than what I requested. After asking for a color change I was told because it was gel nails she would have to take the whole nail off and redo it so she would have to charge me twice. Twice for your mistake? I’ve gone to another nail salon and they were able to easily change the color without an issue. Never will go back to this place.

I. Love. This. Place. I prolly annoyed the hell out of Lynn because I kept telling her. Awesome atmosphere, the techs treat you like an old friend.As soon as I saw the liners in the pedicure tub I was in love!!! 😍😍 She was quick but still gave me a quality full set. Coffin nails were impeccably straight, my toes were square, the paint was smooth.It felt like they went out of their way to make all of the things you hate about your neighborhood nail salon a non-factor. I found the nail technicians to be excellent at performing there jobs. I had the best pedicure ever add to that a new full set and I left the place walking on new feet and waving my pretty new finger tips.

They did a nice pedicure, although for me the shape was a little off, but it was nice. The space is clean and doesn’t smell strong.

The place is very clean and stylish. The staff were friendly and chatty with their customers. Not once did I question the cleanliness and sterilization. The only reason I will not return may be because of bad gel french pedicure. Ive always had red gel pedicures, so it was difficult to get off and cover up naturally. However, I am Irish/Scottish so tend toward the very pale pink and showed and explained to the woman doing my pedicure (who was very good, but there was a miscommunication) that I wanted my toes to look natural (showed her my natural unpainted fingernails). I picked the color and she said she had to go darker. By darker I assumed darker pink. I now have brown toenails with white lines on them - and have to get them redone somewhere else.

Really cute and clean salon. The staff is really friendly, we were talking and laughing almost the whole time! I got a SNS dip polish manicure, cost is only $25 and it lasted for about a month!

Their pedicures are amazing and they take great care of you. They’re gentle but still get the job done in getting your fingers and toes looking great.

Fantastic spot. They were super busy when I got there at 4pm on a Friday. They were happy to see me even though only one seat was open in the waiting area. I was seated and getting my mani-pedi on in less than 30 minutes. The folks here are efficient and polite. Most of the customers that were there were repeat customers and several of the staff remembered their colors and preferred styles. Not “overly positive” or fake people either. Got in, got pampered, left happy, and everything was perfect. True professionals.

In town for business and wanted to treat myself, lucked out on this establishment. They were efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. Thank you to the lovely ladies at this salon!

Maybe the other nail techs were good but the one that did my nails was horrible. They want to charge $5 for everything even a nail shape change. Did a rush job, messed up the design and when i asked if she could fix it, the owner and the nail tech said no its to late. So basically she did not want to fix her mistake. Very bad service. Will not recommend.

By far the best nail salon in Philadelphia! Service was superior as well as the friendly staff. My big toe nail is fuggly from dropping a box on it so they even put acrylic on it to make me feel normal again! Lol!..Free donuts on the table, court shows playing and great muskc as well. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I went in on a friday after work. The nail tech that did my nails was Sang. He has excellent customer, but the same could not be said for how he does SNS nails. I went in for an SNS refill, in which he did a gel refill and still charged me the same amount for SNS. For those of you that are familiar with SNS it isn’t gel or acrylic. My nails weren’t dipped and the powder didn’t fully cover my nails, I was recommended to try this salon out by my coworker, and I will not be returning. I didn’t request for a refund, I gave them a try and I didn’t like how they did nails. Nice atmosphere though!!

A gem of an inexpensive nail salon. These places are always hit or miss, but I was pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness and quality of the manicures and pedicures here which keep me coming back.

Service was good, but hours layer and my nail polish is still soft, smudging and messing up. I sat under the dryers for 20 minutes. Wasted my money on a mani pedi that is just scraping off throughout the day.

I went here about a week ago when i walked in nobody spoke and their prices were extremely high. I got my nails done extra short and 2 of them already came off and they charged me for a cut down when i came in to get a fullset not a refill i will make sure this place gets closed down because they are getting over on people
