I want to start by saying I don’t write reviews, but this is by far the worst nail shop on Wadsworth ave! I soaked my feet for like 30 mins for someone to do my pedi. The man is rough he grips your feet. He cut me trying to shape my nail, not a regular cut but a deep one. Using the mini drill like machine and my toes was literally burning. If you guys can see my feet right now …it looks like someone slapped paint and sent me off. Do not go here!

First time and last time I will go into this Salon. The owner is Incredibly rude and patronizing. He kept aggressively asking me if I was sure about what I wanted. After the 10th time, I asked him to stop. He quoted me one price at the door and charged another once I was done. He citing that his posted prices were not updated. He rushed through my pedicure, which he charges $40 for a regular pedi with or without polish. He seemed very disorganized. Terrible experience. I don’t appreciate businesses exploiting the black dollar just because they feel like they can. Shame on this business.

Stay away...very rude and unprofessional. They need to restock. Had no colors advertised and accused me of being difficult because I wanted what I wanted. Dont let the m do ur eyebrows...she jacked mine up!!!Go-to Cami s down the street!!!!

The owner had a bad attitude he did a sloppy paint job like a child did it and had to plead with him to fix my nails. He kept telling me its not bad, Im difficult, nothing he can do, he didnt have time, Ill give you a discount, Ill fix it the next time. On top of that I kept stating I wanted my brows done only to be told after he was done my nails that I had to wait another half hr. Then I swear he ripped me off $20

Third time coming here and my nails never last more than a week, if that. My last experience the nails only lasted 3 days before they began to lift and started popping off during normal activities exactly one week after getting them done. Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but will no longer be going there. I strongly suggest you don’t waste your time or money going to this nail salon.

A tad pricey they only do gel polish, beware my gel came off 3 days later. But my brows yassss

My nails keep breaking and I always protect them I just got them fixed yesterday and this is NOT he first time this has happened. I’m lucky to get the house chores done without breaking my acrylics . I love this salon but I don’t know what’s going on lately .

This salon is the best in the mount airy region and trust me I have tired a lot. Whenever I visit I often see Selena and thus far She has not disappointed me. It is to the point that I can literally walk in and say do what you want and not have to worry about having my nails jacked up. She honestly is the best oh and if you need your feet done and shes not there go to Tammy (trust me you will not regret it).

I wish their store was cleaner and updated because its looks very ghetto. I know theyre moving across the street but theyve never made their store look nice. I normally go to Millennial Nail Salon in Chestnut Hill because the PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL INSIDE! YOUD THINK YOU WERE IN BEVERLY HILLS LADIES! ITS A COMPLETE EXPERIENCE. When I get a pedicure they not only do my toes but they massage my lower legs and feet and place warm towels on you! Its amazing! And they have more services. However my nails, toes, eyebrows and lashes are always nice at T Happy.

Super disappointed. This is my second bad experience here. I don’t think they should be training on Saturdays. The first time my nails were just not professional. Acrylic was too thick and polish wasn’t neat. This morning unfortunately I got cut with the electric drill. She was actually filing over and over on my cuticle. She did apologize and I noticed there was a little blood and asked for liquid bandage which they didn’t have? Something every nail salon should carry. At that point I just left. Won’t be returning.

OWNER IS EXTREMELY RUDE! I asked him to fix work that his workers messed up and he quoted “I don’t have time for this, what’s done is done”. I’ve been coming here since they opened in 2008. I never asked for a comp or anything else. That was extremely unnecessary and I won’t be coming here again... and won’t suggest anyone to either until his estranged wife come back and take over...

Went in today at 6:29 on the dot and was told I could not be seen because they dont take customers after 6:30. I was not asked what I wanted or if it could be done.I have literally had T the manager doing my nails at 6:42 and he allowed a customer to be seen.There was a new girl there and she was not helpful at all.I am a regular customer who has brought this business multiple customers as well as business. I am in disbelief especially because according to your rules I should have been seen. I always tip well and spend on average $100 there, trying to support local businesses. Never again.

I’m so surprised that this nail salon is top rated in my area. They rush so much my nails literally came off 4 days later. It’s always hit or miss when I come here. My nails are never consistently good. Out of the 4 times I came to this shop my nails were only done good ONCE! 0/5

I started coming here a couple of months ago. In the beginning I liked it, until one day I was there and the owner flipped out because a customer told him he had hurt her finger. He accused the customer of wanting to sue him. A young lady who was waiting got up and walked out. Needless to say, Im not going back.

They did a really good job and the new place is amazing!

They costumer service is great. They take their time so you’ll get a great job for your money. I’m gonna make this a regular shop of mine.

Best nail salon in the 19119 area

Super irked! They are unprofessional. I Just left after the staff stated no one does designs in the building now I have mixed match nails. Literally sat there and told me they wouldnt do the designs 😫 Guys I’ve been at work all day and the employee says I’m not doing a design it’s too late! The last time I went the stones fell off smh then they argued with me! Never again

HORRIBLE experience !! So first off I walked in and the tech that I had seemed as though she had an attitutude .. I passed it off as she was having a long day and continued on to doing my nails. During the whole process she was VERY rough she even cut me with the electric drill tool on 2 different fingers and constantly kept rolling her eyes still I let her be and continued on. Then comes time to paint my nails (I was getting a full set) and simple wanted a light tan, I needed a neutral color for work. I couldnt find the color and before I even started my nails I asked could I leave to buy the color of choice from the next door beauty supply store. The guy insisted that they had the color so I took his word for it. The color they had was a deep dark brown so I asked my nail tech could she look for something else closer to the color I wanted, I was sure they wouldnt let me leave at this point now that I was in mid process. Then after a minute of searching my nail tech comes back with six different nail polishes in which NONE were close to the color I asked for.. A simple tan for work was all I needed. She brought a: lime green, gold, white,dark brown,black and some grayish color. I wouldve settled for white but for it was for work at this point I just wanted to get out of there. I asked her if I may take another look because I couldnt use these colors and in the rudest tone she says well Im not looking again I already checked so if you want you go GO. I was shocked but I just shook my head and searched I finally was able to find a color as close to nude as I could get (THANK GOD) so skip ahead Im now drying my nails and I think Im done. I go to the ATM (Not to give a tip) and my nail messes up she irritated at this point because she has to fix it. She fixes it, I dry again and Im out of there. I get home and notice one of my nails is already breaking I go back after countless fail attempts she finally fixes it. I fix it AGAIN I dry AGAIN and Im out the door. A couple hours later I notice a second nail is breaking at this point Im livid and I refuse to return to fix it. Its true that when someone doesnt want to do something you know. I wasted 25 dollars on bs nails. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!

I recently visited Ts for the first time in their new location (directly across from the old one) and it was such a pleasure! The service was great! They greeted me, were pleasant, and actually treated me like I was a paying customer! Everyone was cordial but Angie and Amy serviced me and I LOVED my feet nails and brows!! The place is beautiful, the chairs have USBs in them, they have a multitude of colors, and the music selection was also good!!! All I was missing was champagne- LOL! I will definitely be back! #NewSalonAlertThank you!!!
