I felt very welcomed and clean for table. Everything inside and outside is clean and well lit. There is plenty to do around the neighborhood but it’s also peaceful and relatively quiet.
I like how everything with the process is smooth! I did the self guided tour with quick instructions, I took my time to see the apartments in detail on my own time. And at the end all of my questions were answered at the leasing office. I filled my application form and got approved in a couple of days. I am looking forward to moving in next week.
Amazing stuff and amazing apartmentsJackie is the best ❤️First day we came to see the apartment and second day we got it and was so quick without any complicationsThe apartment complex is always super clean everyone is super friendly and it’s close to target whole foods rocky steps park everything is amazingThank you Jackie again for your help
I called the office on a Saturday to inquire about the availability for a modern studio or 1 bedroom apartment. I couldnt obtain an answer to any of my questions and the representative was not knowledgeable. In particular, I asked if the apartment building required a key for entrance. I am concerned about security and wanted to know if anyone can just enter the building. The representative couldnt answer that question for me. Instead, she told me that she needed a key to enter work herself, which is irrelevant. I am planning to move from the southwest to Philadelphia in August and discussed my urgency about securing an apartment. Since I couldnt get any of my questions answered, I booked a virtual tour for June 21st at 4:00pm (Philadelphia time). I specifically left work early so that I could attend the virtual tour. I didnt receive any information regarding the tour and called the office regarding this. I was informed that they didnt show that I had a tour reserved and placed me on hold so they can find out what the problem was. The receptionist intentionally ended my call. Im not going to pursue my apartment hunt with NorthXNorthwest. If their customer service is this unprofessional, unorganized, and negligent, this is a reflection, if not worse, of their service toward tenants. Dont waste your time with this place! Take your business elsewhere! There are competent representatives from nearby apartments that are more willing to earn your business.
I am a student trying to find housing from across the country. I have spoken to 2 people at NorthxNorthwest to proceed on scheduling a virtual tour and requesting more information about this facility. The first person who spoke with me couldnt answer basic questions about this complex. She also incorrectly scheduled a virtual tour which both my family and I have taken off work for since we are in different time zones. When I was waiting for an email, call, or zoom meeting for my virtual tour I did not receive anything, so I called NorthxNorthwest and the woman did not know that I was scheduled for a virtual tour and hung up on me. If this complex is disorganized just trying to schedule virtual tours... I cannot imagine trying to live here. During a time of stress and a moving transition, I have never been given such unprofessional and unorganized service.
The North Tower is great, and you can tell that they care about our safety during COVID as they have staff cleaning the common areas and elevators constantly. Awesome 5-star modern amenities everywhere and the staff, especially Michelle, are very responsive. Maintenance has never taken more than 24 hours to come to my apartment to help me out with any issues. This is an beautiful, modern and clean building in a great area of the city!
Weve loved living in the townhouses. We have been here since the beginning!
If you want bad credit and legal litigation please go ahead and sign the lease. I have been a resident for 2 years. Last year when the pandemic happened I told the leasing office that I wanted to break my lease 2 months before it ends and they agreed to it. However, they didn’t terminate it and didn’t tell me and I was shocked to be contacted by a collection agent because the wonderful leasing office didn’t actually terminate my lease. And when I asked the leasing office which collection agency did you send the debt to they didn’t answer me and now the manager and all the leasing agents have been avoiding my phone calls and emails for two weeks. Bad and unresponsive management just be careful before you sign a lease with this apartment complex.
There’s a serious classism and privilege problem here that leasing and management are fostering/refusing to solve. There are two towers in this building - one is fully renovated and the other is not. Residents of the older NW tower are not offered the same access as those in the North tower. Residents of the newer/renovated North building have full access to ALL amenities throughout the community, including exclusive access to a “Community Amenity” listed on the website that claims “Expansive rooftop deck with panoramic views of downtown Philly & beyond. Shady oasis with trees, lounge chairs, and intimate nooks to relax, wide open space to lounge outdoor, kitchen with Viking gas grills and prep area.Unfortunately, residents of the NW building don’t have access to any of this space, and it’s not a Community Amenity at all. It’s more of an exclusive lounge area for those with more money. What they don’t tell you during tours or in community announcements is that residents of the less expensive/older NW tower are denied access to this rooftop deck described on the website, and instead promised “exclusive” access to two rooftop decks in the NW tower. Despite this claim, there are some stark differences between what North tower residents are offered and what NW residents are offered in these spaces. The North tower’s rooftop deck requires fob access and offers unobstructed views of the city, a full prep kitchen, bathrooms, a TV, grills, and wheelchair accessibility. However, in the NW tower, there are two shabby, deteriorating decks that don’t require fob access - ANY resident can enter them - and feature not-so-great views, poor lighting, uncomfortable furniture, a lack of shady sitting options, and a lack of wheelchair accessibility. The smaller of the two is usually locked and entirely inaccessible. While Michelle from leasing claims the denial of access to the North rooftop terrace for NW residents is due to a capacity concern, Tyler Lyke (Community Manager) told me over email that “The North residents pay a premium rent for the use of the north roof deck.” This is masked classism and needs to be addressed. Tyler has not responded to my follow-up email or addressed my full range of concerns, which I assume is because there’s no way he can defend that their policy isn’t classist. If the concern is regarding capacity, the rooftop terraces in the NW building need to require fob access, as well, and residents from the North building should not have access to our amenities. We also need wheelchair accessibility, more comfortable furniture options, shade, and lighting. On the other hand, if the concern is “premium rent”, I’m paying just as much for a 1-br in the NW tower as studios are currently listed for in the North building. The only difference is my apartment isn’t fully renovated with floor-to-ceiling windows. Does that make me less deserving of a nice community space? Residents of the NW tower should have full access to the entire community, just like our counterparts in the North tower—————-Let it also be known that Tyler’s response to this review is absurd because we’ve been emailing back and forth for the past two weeks. He knows we don’t have anything to meet and discuss. Tyler never extended the offer via email to engage in a phone call to discuss my concerns. This furthers my point that management could care less about resident concerns and just wants to look good by using these cookie-cutter responses and present as if they’re doing something to address resident concerns. Thanks for the offer to chat, Tyler, but no thanks! I’ve said my piece.
Great staff and had an amazing tour! Definitely plan on signing my lease here for fall!
My fiancé and I were visiting Philly to find a place to live and we arranged a viewing with agent Jackie Ochuida. I was under the impression she will be there to answer our questions but she didnt bother to show up or to even let me know. The Northwest tower is OLD, units are all carpeted, funky smell, lots of things to repair (burns on carpet, on kitchen counter, ...). However, to lure you into rent the units they share photos of the new North tower ONLY.In their website everything looks amazing because it is the new tower. The old tower units were going for $2,200 which is money that will allow you to get newer units in any other complex nearby. I visited other old complexes but at least everything was well taken care of.I was completely misled by Jackie and their website about what to expect from NorthxNorthwest. If you are looking to rent, dont waste your time with these people.
Great place to call home!
Amazing and friendly staff! love the amenities! Love spending my afternoon on the roof. The view from my room is breathtaking. I love my apartment.
They need to stop trying to remove the BLACK employees!! We see you and know what you’re trying to do. First Mary Robert Juanita until the tenants came together to stop this. Who will be next??? This was a great place with exceptional staff. Do not ruin our home
First, the front desk staff are absolutely amazing. They are kind, patient, and always willing to help. Second, Ive had three interactions with the management system here. Once, they were VERY dismissive and didnt even take the time to acknowledge my request IN PERSON. The second, my email was acknowledged with a generic response. The third was an in person request that felt rushed but they did follow through with the action. Besides that, the residents are super nice. Not very much interaction there. The maintenance people are super helpful.
If you want to rent from here think twice. Not only is the 80s era older building ridiculously over-priced, but their newer building is also full of problems. In the old building, units have carpet throughout and the carpet is so cheap it falls apart as you walk on it. Units have in-wall HVAC which are original to the building. The HVAC unit in the apartment above me leaked condensation every summer and causes the popcorn ceiling to crumble and fall all over the place (I reported this issue 4 separate times but each time they just re-plastered the ceiling). The HVAC units also allow ALL breezes right through so in wintertime its best if you block off the vents when not in use. That brings me to the windows--theyre old, aluminum, and they have holes in the frame to drain water (but this just lets more air in). Every winter I taped up all window edges and stuff bubble wrap in the tracks to stop the draft. You can feel the draft blowing through the att. The breeze will keep triggering your heat causing the apt to heat up to 80+ deg, so be prepared to constantly turn your heat on and off just so you dont freeze or pay out your nose for electric. Speaking of which, the hot water heater was over 15 years old. I played a little experiment once...I flipped the circuit breaker for the heater and only turned it on one hour before taking a shower. By doing this my electric bill was cut in half just by not running the old hot water heater!!Overall, amenities are poor/limited. When I first moved in they had 2 shuttle buses going into center city, to old city, and then over to University City; not anymore. Once the pandemic hit, they took the opportunity to fire the drivers and park the minibuses over by the trash. They then sold one of the buses so it looks like thats not coming back. No reduction in rent. The gym is ok, it used to be open 24hrs, but once the pandemic hit they limited hours to 8am-5pm (when most people work). I get it, the pandemic closed the gyms, but I should be able to work out at 5am when most are asleep. There also used to be an online portal where residents could post comments/suggestions and everyone could see. It was a great place to learn about things going on in the community and a great way to post classifieds if they were moving out and wanted to get rid of their furniture. Not anymore. The portal was great because it let everyone know the lock on the bike room door was damaged and bikes were being stolen among other things.Parking. The garage is nice and was only about 80% full when I first moved in. After the most recent management change though, something happened because now its almost always full. Mgmt gives out hangtags to those who pay for parking but if you walk through the garage you can see many vehicles without tags. Cars routinely park along the sides of the columns where no parking spots are and block 3-4 cars from backing out. One car has been parked along a column for over 6 months without moving, covered in dust, a broken window, and flat tires...when reported to mgmt several times all they say is theres nothing we can do despite tow signs everywhere. I also noticed a lot of cars coming in the morning and business people walking out towards the city, guy at the front desk told me mgmt is renting out spots to people outside the community and hoping they can get away with it. Mgmt also doesnt provide separate access cards to the garage, so people who dont pay for parking use their building access to avoid street parking sometimes also letting their friends park over the weekend causing severe lack of parking.Mgmt has a severe lack of knowledge about whats going on around the complex on a daily basis. We are supposed to be a non-smoking community, but cigarette butts are everywhere and I once walked by a small party in the common areas smoking a hookah. Neighborhood gyms have also using the grill area and the garage roof as workout locations clogging the drive with nonresidents and damaging vehicles when moving stationary bikes. So glad I moved out.
Building Management Group has changed 3 times in 2 years. High turnover at the front desk, elevators NEVER work, Amenities are mostly not functional (grill knobs always missing, fire pit has not worked in 2 years, roof top TV always broken, residents leave trash everywhere and do not respect the property, constant cigarette smoke coming through vents regardless of the SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY AGREEMENT we all signed as part of our leases. Doors leading to the outside have handles broken off, 2 doors leading to outside patio leak excessively when it rains and old dirty towels are used to block the water. Shuttle to Center City for residents who relied on this to go to work has been suspended permanently. This building has gone down hill. Appears that they may have run out of money to maintain it up to the luxurious standards that were in place when we first leased.
BUILDING DOES NOT RESPOND TO (SOME) PROSPECTIVE RENTERSI reached out to NxNW about a month ago because I was interested in learning more about their available units in anticipation of an upcoming move. One of their leasing agents responded with a form email asking for what I was looking for in a rental unit, and I responded with the information and asked to schedule a tour of the property. One week went by... No response, but I saw they were moving units on their website — clearly, somebody was working in their leasing office and they were renting out units to other people. I wasnt exactly impressed, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe my message got lost. I emailed again to follow up and kindly asked if there were any updates. Now, nearly a month out, they have still failed to respond to my initial inquiry and any follow-ups.Is it because I have a visibly non-white name that they ignored me? At first I didnt want to think so — I just wanted to assume it was incompetence on the part of their whole leasing staff — but Ive since read reviews on other websites that have made me worried that the building is unwelcoming at best and inhospitable at worst to POC. Seeing them move units and obviously connect with other interested renters while ghosting me and failing to even treat me with a modicum of professionalism truly makes me wonder. Regardless, the staff needs to do better and prospective renters need to be wary.Update (August 17, three weeks after my initial review and the canned response from management you see below): I would like to inform anyone reading that they STILL have yet to respond to my emails. If the management company was actually serious about fixing things and responding to concerns, they could have easily reached out to me directly or told their leasing staff to respond to the emails that theyve neglected for weeks. Wouldnt take a lot of digging to identify mine based on my initials and the timeline of events I gave them. This management company is clearly more concerned with optics than actually doing things right. Shameful.
Been living at NxNW for 2 and a half years so far and the experience has been decent. The common area hallway on our floor could be vacuumed a little more often, and the fire alarm still goes off sometimes during the night. But overall we like living here and dont plan to move anytime soon.
The only good thing that seems to remain in this building are the front desk staff. In the three years my husband and I have lived in the North tower it’s gone down hill to the point where AC stopped working in 90 degree heat and the management office can’t seem to call us back. There’s a phone service that answers now, and supposedly relays messages to management but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Amenities are seemingly great but many things have broken and it takes months to fix things. Minimal communication via email is shared with residents when it’s convenient for management. MANAGEMENT: Please don’t respond to this review with your generic comments you’ve left for others and a phone number that you haven’t called back from. My husband and I were just about to renew our lease but we’re seriously considering moving now. We’ll miss the front desk staff if we do, but that’s about it.EDITED: Once the AC was fixed after 3 weeks, our ceiling has now been leaking blue water for 2 weeks due to a plumbing issue in the apartment above. We spoke to Tyler and very little has changed.
Brandon checked us in and was so polite and accommodating. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Checked out the rooftop deck and the views were incredible! Found my new weekend sanctuary.
It is such a love/hate relationship with NxNW. The building and amenities are incredible and beautiful, however, the management is terrible. They are never in the leasing office during the hours they are supposed to be (most days they leave before 5pm even though they are supposed to be there until 6pm and say you should come in during the day - which is impossible if you work a 9-5), they take extremely long to respond to emails and when they finally respond it is normally unhelpful, and you cannot pay your rent online because the portal does not work. Beautiful place to live but extremely poor management.
This place is an absolute disaster. I lived here fo 12 months my lease ended 3 months ago. And somehow they have removed previous reviews posted by me and others... I CANNOT BELIEVE GOOGLE ALLOWS THIS!!! So DO NOT TRUST THE RATING they have been given on google. The management is horrible. The maintenance is horrible. Almost every amenity is non-functional. When you complain to management they actually just dont respond. The Northwest side has had serious issues with BED BUGS. YOU PAY 2K+ a month for BED BUGS!! And the tenets who lived in those apartments FRIENDS OF MINE who also left reviews that have been deleted! were held hostage in their lease for months by the management company. This place should be out of business!
Management does not return calls and emails. They got rid of wonderful staff and replaced them with people who stare into their phone/tablet all day long wearing headphones not even looking who comes in the building. Not safe. Front doors are broken. Alarm goes off every week bc they can’t fix water pipes correctly. Got rid of the forum where residents could share their opinions and sell/buy/give away things. Water was pouring from the ceiling right in front of the elevators, front desk didn’t even bother to put a sign there. These are not “elevated offerings” or “highest level of service concierge team” or caring management. This is a joke.P.S. They never forget to send rent payment reminders though!
The profession, courteous and accommodating staff made hosting our event effortless and enjoyable. Its a great venue for hosting events and we will do it again.
You could tell that things were on hold for a little while until the manager came back and now things really seem to be moving along. They fixed the dog park and cleaned up a lot of the shrubbery. The lobby is cleaner and new carts thank goodness! I see the cleaning people tidy up all day and it smells so good everywhere. Finally I can use the bike rack room because the fob system is working again. But the best improvement ever is I am getting package notice now!!!! Please keep it up as I love this building and wish to stay as long as I can!
I have noticed a change in management. It is cleaner and smells great throughout the halls and lobby area. There have been many updates and the office is very responsive now and polite. Thank you for stepping it up at this beautiful building.
Ive lived here for a year. While the first few months were okay, this place has gone downhill with all of these renovations. I was told when I moved in that the renovations were going to be finished around September of 2016, it is now half a year later and all of these new additions have been nothing but a burden to the residents. Construction is always loud and obnoxious. The building is not ADA compliant. There is a small little elevator for the disabled that is almost always broken. Disabled individuals post on the community page only for their posts to be deleted by management. Management completely ignores the complaints of all of the tenants and have never compensated any of us for the inconveniences weve had to endure (besides once or twice providing pizza and pretzels in the lobby with does not solve any problems whatsoever). The fire alarm goes off constantly, the maintenance workers are creepers that constantly hit on young ladies, the power has been cut off for up to 8 hours about 3 or 4 times now with barely a days notice, the list goes on and on and on. A lot of our residents are quick to comment on the community page but dont speak up on websites like this to warn others but please do not live here. Dont let the new lobby fool you, there are places cheaper and nicer than this around the city. Save your money and your frustrations.
I moved into the North tower a couple weeks ago and I am (thus far) loving it. The rooms are spacious and the views are excellent. arking is reasonable (compared to garages downtown) and the shuttle service is great. The gym seems well kept, and I havent had any issues with the machines. Management seems busy busy... but they have been respectful and responsive whenever I call to get an update on move-in related issues.
The apartment is just right for a small family. The staff at the concierge are always polite. The lounge has different sections just perfect for reading, resting or hosting guest.
Very nice apartment complex with great leasing consultants, but the units are quite small. A queen size bed would barely fit in the one bedroom units we looked at (Full 1BR, not juniors). The living spaces were also extremely tight. In a couple of the units we looked at the undersink area smelled moldy and the cabinets seemed to have been damaged by water.
This is somewhat a new construction building. Its an ok place to live. Good for those who need to live in Center City close to work.
Ever since management switched over in September, this place has been extremely poorly run. Management doesnt respond to emails or phone calls, so you are SOL if you have an emergency, lost a key, or your neighbor wont stop smoking weed. Also -- I know you guys are trying to get rid of the front desk workers. Do NOT get rid of Mary. She is the only saving grace at this building.
This is a great community with amazing staff!! The office workers and front desk are the heart beat of this place. They work so hard trying to keep up and take care of everyone. The manager is such a sweet girl and you can tell she really cares and does her best. I just think everyone would agree that since this new company has taken over we constantly get hit with inconveniences like the shuttle that they took away, the amazing front desk they are trying to take away, there is no more voicemail making it impossible to leave a message for the person you are trying to reach, big repair projects take forever to address!! I am told the company won’t pay for repairs and tie the hands of the workers making it harder for them to do their jobs. Bring back the old management!!! Millcreek is ruining this place.
Nice place. Modern apartments and cool facilities. Responsive staff, nice people.
Visited friend during holiday, good place to live in. could pay more attention for details like replacing the pool ball equipment. But if I need to move to Philadelphia, I would like to consider this place first
Good amenities but management does not communicate well and is not very responsive. Very concerned that there was an armed robbery recently immediately outside the building and management/security did not inform residents. Roaches have also been an issue.
Its been a great experience. Great location, great amenities.
I’ve been here for 2 years and it’s been a great place to live. Excellent location. Great maintenance staff that are quick with repairs. Very nice amenities and will truly be missed.
I lived at NorthxNorthwest for two years and really enjoyed it. Its a great location for those like me who worked in Center City...walking distance to just about anything you need including shopping and really good restaurants.
Nice looking building however staff isUnresponsive about issues, & take large amounts of time to fix issues and simply ignore and refuseTo fix broken items. Aside from my appliances that break often, elevators break often TV in the common area don’t work, etc Most of not are broken, no Audio, or video. Staff keeps telling us they are looking into it. Ac in hallways and common area don’t work, it’s a known issues they don’t want to resolve. I can’t lock myBike because the main door lock is broken instead of repaling they want to send it out for a month for “repair” they great about taking my money but don’t care about providing a decent level of service. I would not stay here again.
Mill Creek Management is the WORST. They do not return phone calls or answer emails. Their phone operators do not even work in the building and say they will leave a message for management on your behalf, but management will never return the call. Their workaround is to have you come into the office during weekday business hours...as if none of us have full-time jobs.
Great place to living. Convenient, close to wholefood market.update: recently moved out,but this apartment it’s the best place I’ve lived in past 5 years in Philly.
I really like it here. The people are super nice and they do a good job of keeping the building clean. I love the way the building is set up. The lobby is huge and has gas fireplaces, flat screen tvs and cool furniture throughout so me and my friends like hanging out downstairs especially in the evening because we get a great view of the city all lit up at night. My apartment is a little on the small side but it flows well and has extremely large closets with built in shelving and drawers. Pure heaven! My bathroom is spa-like and really ultra chic. I have all hardwood floors (no carpet which is great for my allergies) and a brand new kitchen with an island that has quartz countertop, it is great for entertaining because I love to cook!! The best part are the floor to ceiling windows and honestly the reason why I moved here. Rent is on the higher end but its worth it and I got a good deal so all in all Im a very happy camper ;)
Great location, staff is amazing, overall a beautiful place to live.
After the last year at this hell hole I feel the need to update my original review. MANAGEMENT is the absolute worst!! They do not ever respond to calls/ emails. It’s not safe here!! Security is terrible, random strangers make their way in and roam around the hallways and roof deck.
My daughter moved there in the Spring. Love the amenities and the neighborhood
Front desk routinely loses packages and it seems numerous if not most residents don’t receive notifications when they have a delivery. Multiple complaints to management but no changes. With all the other options in the area, wish I had signed elsewhere :(. I have not heard of anything like this when speaking to friends at Tower Place, Lofts640, or the Dalian.Update: 8/6/2018: I put in a service request last Monday, followed up with the front desk, leasing office and managers including Carol, and no one has come to look at it. The cord for the blackout blinds that come with the apartment is not functioning and my entire bedroom has been dark for the past week. I emailed management last Friday, today and left a message for Carol with no response from anyone.
Overall great place to live. It does seem like the building is still unfinished in some ways. Certain things are always broken no matter how many times they fix it. Additionally, the elevators in the new tower are almost always broken and people have already gotten trapped in them twice.
I am a current resident and have been trying to get a hold of the leasing manager for 5 days. I have sent emails and left messages with people answering the phone and still no response. Youd think a building with 30 open apartments would at least make an attempt at avoiding the loss of another resident.
Very excited about moving here, our agent Tiffany has been extremely helpful to me and my mother and knowledgeable about every little detail, cant wait to finalize the application and hear back from here. Thanks Tiff and NxNW!
Accesible and clean Im giving 5 stars to this place
This place is a disgrace of a building. The staff is extremely unprofessional and has caused many issues. They have yelled at my dog walker numerous times. I have thought about leaving this building multiple times because our leasing agent Alem has not helped with any issues that we have had and has been incompetent in solving our issues. DO NOT LIVE HERE! The cafe bistro that is advertised online is a broken coffee machine. The dog park is mud that they keep saying they will fix, the fire pit is broken. Appliances will break every other day too.
The asian restaurant vvery very very good
Awesome building and the management is wonderful!
Great views, decent space, tiny bathrooms, no pool, way too expensive
Ive lived here 18 months. As Monica A stated in her review, the place has gone downhill in the time Ive lived here. On top of the issues Monica has described (which I absolutely agree with) there are lots of other problems in the building, including: the door to the old building doesnt work, the dog park is constantly flooded from over watering, the grounds arent kept up, the AC in the gym doesnt work, equipment in the gym is broken, because the gym is connected to the trash room the gym is constantly full of flies, the list goes on and on. Im moving out ASAP.
Very lavish and packed with all the amenities. One of my friend lives there.
Welcome to Northxnorthwest; the building that: has terrible management (Carol, Chrissy, and Regional Manager Eric), provides special treatment for certain tenants, isnt ADA friendly, has a faulty fire alarm system, is constantly undergoing renovations, consistently has power outages, has a gross dog park, and has a roach problem. Northxnorthwest, previously known as the Museum Towers has seriously gone downhill. While there are truly great workers on the premises, management ensures an unbearable experience with little to no recourse. For instance, hallway renovations began in July and management refuses to update residents as to when we should expect the renovations to be completed. Instead, residents are expected to smell harsh fumes, lose sleep, and live in unsafe conditions. Save yourself the stress and choose a better facility. There are plenty in the area.
This is the type of review I hate, for Ive never lived there. Its like the people who complain about a restaurant who actually never sat down to eat the food.Alas, I am that person, and Im hungry.I found this complex on Zillow with an ad posted TODAY. I called up to inquire about the apartment. Low and behold, it was still available, but the price had gone up from the time the ad had posted! Go figure. $125 a month, it went up. Of course, they didnt change this on Zillow.Yet I cant even be sure it was for the actual apartment I inquired about because the woman on the phone never addressed that. She did, however, want to know EVERY SINGLE DETAIL about my life. The information wasnt volunteered.Anyway, I can understand the bait and switch mentality of the single broker, the lone building owner, etc. But when youre a massive commercial complex, I find it in much poorer taste. It shows me that your sales associates are trying fishing for customers in an unethical way.Cheers.
Looks like a nice place to live, recall seeing Iversons Bentley out front a lot when I lived blocks from there.
Management is terrible. Mice everywhere. Leaks/puddles every time it rains. North Tower is poorly constructed and walls are very thin. I can hear my neighbors talking/walking.
Maintenance is good .. apartments are good
Its beautiful
This place wasnt for me and mine.
Great
