Just moved into the Metropolitan and it has been a great experience. Kevin and the entire staff have been so responsive and helpful, everyone is so friendly, the building and all amenities are beautiful, and this had to be one of the easiest moves I’ve ever had. I’m really in love with this building and so happy I made the decision to move here.
I recently signed a lease with the complex and couldnt be happier with my experience. My leasing agent Kevin was great! In addition to leading a detailed tour of the building, he was extremely responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions throughout the leasing process. Thanks Kevin and Met. staff!
I echo other reviewers about Kevin - he has been nothing but amazing since the first time my friend and I walked through the door to tour the apartments a few months ago. I am moving in tomorrow and will update this review once I know what living at the Metropolitan is like, but so far, Im just so grateful to have a manager/landlord that is super attentive and good-hearted. :)
Very low quality apartment with discriminating service! DO NOT EVEN TRY! You would hear the neighbor’s talking till 3am. You would feel the shaking of the floor when your neighbor using their washing machine! You will see the manager try to yell to your children just because they play on the lawn belonging to this apartment!! Worst renting experiences forever!!!
My boyfriend and I had such a great experience with Kevin and the leasing team here and it was such an easy application process. We cannot wait to move in!
Had a great experience. Even when the staff changed, new staff were all very reasonable and accommodating. Hard to find honesty these days. I highly recommend this place. You dont find many reviews saying housing complexes have good management but this place did.
The Metropolitan is an outstanding residence to rest your hat. Its views of Philly, particularly on the city side, are excellent and a feature of living here. The staff are awesome and friendly, making your daily experience personal and intimate. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, without any noise seeping into your apartment from above, below and/or side to side. They also feature a few balconies and a rooftop lounge area. Not to mention plenty of storage space in the basement, with maintenance elevator access. Overall, The Metropolitan is a high-quality spot to live.
Food and service was good. The piece of glass in my rice was not good. Rice got replaced but I still got charged the regular price though. Sad..
My partner and I lived here in an -05 apartment from Feb 2014 until Feb 2017. We had a great experience with The Metropolitan. The front desk staff, especially Laurie, are great. We never experienced a lost package or dry cleaning, which is an added benefit - the dry cleaners on the block delivers to the package room.Move in and out went off without a hitch, and we received our full security deposit back within three weeks of moving out. The leasing team is very responsive and accessible via e-mail, phone or in person visit. The few maintenance issues we experienced were promptly resolved and the in-house engineer, Fran, has been with the building for a long time and knows all of its secrets. He is very responsive and goes out of his way to be friendly with the residents. All that said, I havent even mentioned the rooftop deck, amazing gym with full size basketball court, dog wash and lobby club room.I moved to Philadelphia in 2014 and knew nothing about the city. The Metropolitan greeted me with open arms and was an outstanding place to live during our three year tenure there.
Just moved here and the staff is great! Really accommodating. Enjoying my experience thus far.
With my departure from The Metropolitan Apartments in Center City, to a house in the PA suburbs, I wanted to leave some observations and comments about my great experience as a resident in this building from 2013 to 2018. In respect to the Reinhold Residential management and staff, this is a group of people that truly cares about their residents and making them feel that they are at home, part of a great community, not just a source of revenue. I would especially like to thank Fran in maintenance for all of his help and Jennifer, the buildings manager, who has an incredible talent and commitment to her job. As for the building, the units are updated, well maintained, with adequate square footage in comparison to other apartments in the same location. The amenities speak for themselves. My wife held her bridal shower and we also had a brunch the day after our wedding in the buildings common area, which was a decision looking back that we could not be happier with. Making the choice on where you want to live is an important one that has a big influence on your daily life. I would strongly recommend this building to anyone looking for an apartment in the middle of the city.
My wife and I enjoyed out two years at The Metropolitan. The staff were always extremely accommodating and friendly, and any issues were promptly dealt with. Great facilities (roof deck, gym, basketball court) all in a location that was convenient to many of Philly’s attractions (city hall, and Love Park, just a quick walk to Rittenhouse, as well as some of the best bars and restaurants in the city). If you’re looking for a managed apartment in center city, I’d highly recommend The Metropolitian.
A Wonderful place to live. Its convenience to alot of stores and restaurants. Contact the leasing office today for more information.
What a nice place to see music event. Nice job on the redo.
