I love living hereThey are very clean and when something breaks or needs maintenance they fix it the next day.i looked at alot of apts.around this welsh rd.area holme circle has the nicest kitchens and thats important to me

Ok was very interested in renting one of two properties....I live in the neighborhood ...make a long story short for almost a month now I been waiting to get a call to talk to someone to see an apartment but no one ever called me back... however they take your full name and phone number and do there own back ground check with out your concent and put points on your credit...but the other kicker is if they like you and your credit they still charge you saying that they have to check your credit which they already ran and is pocketing your money ...slimy ... probably garenteed SLUM LORDS....just saying

I love love LOVE Holme circle apartments. I’ve heard mixed reviews about the B & C building, but I can say that the A building is amazing! Abe is the landlord and is very prompt on fixing any issues or concerns. I could not ask for a better landlord and apartment. My apartment is beautiful and renavated also!

Ive issued several complaints to the better business bureau.Holme Circle Apartments has lots of spiders and insects, I was bit several times and ended up in the E.R. The hallways and door entries often smelled like animal urine and feces. There was always black graffiti in the stairwells in the C-Building.At least twice per month, the hot water in the entire complex was out. They intruded on and stole my possessions.Held Security Deposit – They never paid back my security deposit. Per my lease, I should have received it upon moving off of the property after my lease expired (10/31/2013). Before my lease even expired, the property manager/owner David informed me via telephone that he was not going to be returning my security deposit because I did not cancel my renewal within 60 days of it expiring. They have a renewal letter with misleading information that asks for the renewal cancellation before the expiration date of the lease. My lease does not say that he can keep my security deposit for any reason other than damage to the property leased to me. Which there was not, I have dated photos of the property from the date of my lease expiration. My work attorney states that legally, Chelsea Management, Holme Circle Apartments nor this negligent property manager/owner David can keep my security deposit.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I CAN’T WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!

A friend just moved in today other than being on the 3rd floor its ok . Its an older building amenities are very basic the manager Abe is a bright young fellow . The Holme circle area is nice enough . So ok for now .
