These apartments are mice infested and have bed bug issues. Office management are good to tell you what you want to hear but once you leave their office all complaints and concerns are no longer their concern. They tell we will fix the problem with mice they call it the mice clean out all they did was sent the exterminator and he laid down traps . Which what we are currently doing ( in 2 weeks a total of 9 mice were caught) just because you live in affordable housing doesn’t mean you need to live in a slum. Everyone is always ready to pass the buck no one takes accountability to fix the outstanding rodent issues . I don’t recommend for anyone to move in these apartments.

A nice senior citizens low income apartments my husband works here and they pay pretty good.

Its very unfortunate that management has made themselves unavailable to the residents that live there. They have to call to make an appointment to see them, even though they are on the premises. This is an apartment building for the elderly, more compassion should be shown to those who live there.

Horrible place. forced us to move our stuff for an unnessicary renovation project and we were kicked out because we didnt want to move our stuff. and many apartments had bed bugs and mice. I dont reccomend this place at all.

To whom may concern I never had the pleasure of Residing in one of your apartments. In visit people living in such Complexes, but Ive never had the opportunity Im hoping to get the opportunity to Im in great need of housing i just need a One Bedroom apartment. If you can accommodate with this request ill be so happy. I sent your office my application. In response i received a Rejection letter, it says we do not have a unit to accommodate your family Composition. Well ill ask again can I be accommodated for a one bedroom because I dont remember putting family so ill be given your office a call so we can have a hearing about me being accepted as a Citizen of equal Housing. Regardless of Race, sex, Origin or income . so ending my Letter With Acceptance of God. Thank you miss Smith

Its a nice senior development with a hirise apartment building and townhouse or duplex style living on the grounds surrounding it. Lots of planned activities for the seniors. They also have s hair salon in the building.
