This is the cleanest salon Ive ever been to even before Covid and even more so now. Very friendly owners. I always have a really pleasant visit. I’ve never had to wait when I go here! Prices are very reasonable and the staff is very efficient. I’ve been to a lot of nail shops and always find myself returning to Annie’s because of their outstanding customer service.

First time this morning, I walked in. Theyre friendly and willing to listen what I asked. Gave him tip because it was fast services. Simple and cozy inside. Relaxing and less noisy. Definitely will come back.

I went into Annie’s nails for a pedicure and a fill three days ago. The same day my polish began chipping and yesterday a nail completely broke. I came in today to get it repaired and change from regular polish to gel. I was told to wait so I did. I was then told to go take a seat at a station. I did so. This man then came over to work on my nails and rudely said “What color?!” I told him I’m unsure as it’s been three days and there were hundreds of colors. Hoping that him being the professional he could assist me in color matching what they originally put on my nails and to the correct color. He became rude and aggressive. He began shouting at me, embarrassing me and making a scene. I told him multiple times I am a paying customer and he is being unprofessional but he continued to shout. The manager came over and began laughing. Not taking it seriously at all. I only came back here because they are the ones who originally did my nails and felt they were responsible for fixing. I already didn’t plan on coming back because on my original visit they rushed through the pedicure and didn’t take any time and then on my nails they did a horrible job as well. I would not recommend them not only because of their quality of work but their pure lack of professionalism. Take your money elsewhere!

The techs were super friendly. I wish he would have shaped my nails more square but I think he did the best he could have.. my nails are pretty short. He was fast and had a gentle touch. I have always liked this nail salon.

Definitely Price Gauging Since The Covid-19 I Got A Basic New Set No Designs and a Pedicure And it was basic when I asked for a deluxe. They Rushed Through My Nails and Feet and Then Was Told My Total Is $95.00. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN ‼️

I was told my nails were too long. I attend nail shows regularly and love the art of a nail set. Definitely last set done there.

I really love the way my nails came out. My nail technician was Kelvin. He was really wonderful. Quick and fast service. The nail is just new, so lets see if it last. It also cost me $45. I dont know if that is a lot or small because I dont do my nails often. But I will definitely go back again

Dont go here. It used to be a nice place bit no more. The girl that had started on my gel manicure was unfriendly and rough with me, yanking my hand to shove into the soaking bowl. She asked if I want cut down I politely said no but please just file and shaped. She acted irritated and started filing the edges hard enough to burn my skin. I pulled back and she started again a little gentler. Next she starts trimming my cuticle and pinched my skin..again I politely ask her to be gentle but shes not.she gets to the next finger and pinches & rips off a piece of my cuticle!! This time I said JUST STOP!! Youre hurting me!! She throws her clippers down gets up from her chair and just walks off...no apologies..nothing! Annie was there and offered to finish but at that point I was too upset and the last thing I wanted was someone messing with my cuticle at that point. Sorry Annie but you need to hire nicer nail techs otherwise people will go somewhere else.

I had a really bad experience today. ☹️ I came in for a pedicure and waited a really long time. Then I was put in a chair with cool water for another 25 min. (Total of 45 min) no one came back. The water by then was cold and there was available people who could have helped me and didn’t. I finally dried my feet and left. I will NEVER return.

Best Pedicure ever! My feet feel soft as a baby and the message was an added bonus so be prepared to tip well! Best $25 spent for self-care Ill be a regular customer from now on.

I just shared two pictures one what I asked for and the second one what I got. This place was incredibly horrible and probably one of the worst experiences Ive ever been in. I went in and I told him that I have my Bridal pictures on Saturday and thats why I was getting my nails done I showed him exactly what I wanted and actually left the picture open for him to look at it. When I stopped him because it wasnt even close to what the picture was he grabbed these Clippers and just snapped roughly all of the jewels off of my nail he was incredibly rude I just wanted to walk out but I thought I would get in trouble so I stayed. He kept saying to me all you have to do is tell me what you want and Ill do it so I kept pointing to the picture and telling him this is what I want. After snapping all the jewels off of my ring finger thats going to be in all my Bridal pictures he took off what he just put on of acrylic ended up putting on a huge blob of white acrylic filing it down roughly and then put the jewels back on. I would never ever go to this place again and I would suggest if you have a big event or something special this is the last place you should go

I came to Annies as another nail salon had just done me wrong. They were quick at getting me taken care of but I have to say I didnt get a pedi because they do not use the inner bowl plastic inserts and the lotion smelled a bit foul.

Cheap and good. Staff is friendly. Annie and Andy are terrific. I can get a great gel manicure and pedicure for $50. Ive been coming here for 3 years now. Love it.

I have been coming to Annies since it opened in 2008! Tammy and Andy are great owners and nail techs. Salon is always clean and theyre nail products are great quality. Large selection of colors too!

Andy is my go to for my solar nails. Jennifer is my go to for our pedicures, and my husbands manicures. Everyone there is so kind. They treat us like family.

This nail salon didn’t do a good job on my nails very disappointing. The person who did my nails was rushing to polish my nails now the polish Is coming off. And it just don’t like the very best. I think they could of did a better job if they weren’t rushing

Annies salon is the worst nail salon I have been to I moved from Illinois looking for a new nail salon was refer to Annies the man Andy RUDE! dont know how to talk politely to customers I got a gel manicure within 3 days my gel starting to peel my daughter got a full set her nails starting to lift in 3 days I did my research and found an AWESOME! Nail salon Cosmo which is a 5.0 Star Salon please do your research before going to Annies

A friend introduced me to this place and Im in love. Ive been getting manicures since I was 13 so watching someone do this for 14 years have me very particular about the final product. This place NEVER disappoints. No preference on pedicures but only Michelle does my nails. Shes literally so attentive and pays attention to details (smile lines, fill lines, shape, powder thickness, etc). More expensive and further from my house (Mopac/Far West) from my old place (Braker/35) but totally worth the drive for my expectations to be met.

Been going here since I moved to this area 3 years ago. Its not a 5 star location (but neither is my budget) for the price I pay its great. I love it!

Annie’s is awesome they are very polite and always speak when you are coming in and leaving the owner will take care of you if you are not satisfied he will fix it
