OVERCHARGE AND POSSIBLE THEFT!!! (READ BELOW!)They overcharge compared to other mechanics in the area. Ive also found their diagnosis has been wrong when I went to a different mechanic. Which either means theyre not always competent in their work, or theyre lying to charge more. THE LISENCE PLATE TAG WAS ALSO STOLEN. I left the car there for 1 day while I decided how I wanted to proceed with repairs, and ultimately I decided to have it towed to a different mechanic. I called and let Quick Lane know that I wasnt proceeding with their services and I was having it towed somewhere else. When we got to the car, the license plate tag was GONE (and we literally have pictures & proof it was there the DAY BEFORE). Which means either one of their mechanics stole it or theres a random tag thief in Apex that went specifically to their parking lot and stole only my tag, and not anyone elses (which do you think is more likely???) The owner should be ashamed of how his business is being run!

Fast, friendly service. Just make sure you get there early because they fill up quick because so many people go there.

Had my oil changed. They were friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Despite the fact that they work on over 100 automobiles each day, they took care of each client as efficiently as possible. I called ahead to assess the wait time and their estimate was fairly accurate.

My go to for my vehicles. Reasonable prices and good atmosphere. Seating outside and inside if you decide to wait. Or just drop-off vechile and the team will call you when car is done.

New facility fast friendly service. Nate manager and Sal provided excellent service. I have a 32 foot RV and they actually had a lift put it on to get the oil change and check under the chassis which I was surprised. They offered coffee and tons of space to work with also some monitors. Plenty of outdoor seating. Comfy seats to watch some sports as well. Price on getting a V10 Triton oil change with synthetic was great.

These guys are always friendly and helpful and try to get you in as quick as possible. Good choice. And if you dont have a lot of money, let them know. They will keep the price down as low as possible.

They could not do a thorough diagnostic analysis of my issue because the Error codes pointed to a problem with the hybrid cooling system. They did not have any expertise in house so they recommended that I bring it to the (nearby) Ford dealership.Because of all this, I had no charges on my invoice. ANYWHERE else would have charged a diagnostic fee.I just wish they were at their old location in Cary... near where Crossroads Ford service shop used to be. I know why they moved but it doesnt mean I have to like it.

Nice clean facility, service is usually performed quickly if you show up on a weekday morning. Weekends, as to be expected, can move a little slower. I bring all my Fords here.

I dont understand what Crossroads Ford is doing? They have a brand new huge service facility, just off 64 in Apex. Large waiting areas, shuttle service, coffee, even a diner. But now they send you to a small shop, near the Costco, with none of the amenities they had at the new place. I had thought I might even check out some of the new models since my wife and I see a new car purchase not too far in the future. The guys did take care of my needs this morning in a timely manner.

First come, first serve, and no appointments. Might want to plan to drop your vehicle off since the wait can be awhile. That said, the waiting room is clean, comfortable, and has free coffee, pastries, and wi-fi. Staff are friendly, professional, and helpful.

This place used to be good but the past few times we have been there have been very disappointing. They had lost the keys to my car and the guys car in front of me. When I turned around my car was gone and it was pulled back in the garage because someone say it said it needed to be inspected due to having the wrong keys with the wrong paperwork. It was so incredibly disorganized that I asked them to cancel the order and told them I would not be back.

The team is great and friendly. They do good work here! It was definitely more busy than usual as it is a holiday week and close to the end of the month so I waited almost three hours for my oil change. But they let me know up front that it would likely be two hours or so, do I knew what I was getting into!

Surprised by how nice and helpful they were. Would go back.

My mom was visiting from South Carolina last weekend and noticed her passenger side front tire was low. We stopped here without calling first. Someone immediately came out to check her tire pressure. They filled it and offered for her to come back on Monday to check it again. She told them she wouldnt be here Monday as she was just visiting for the weekend. They offered to put her car up on the lift immediately instead and check the tire. They found a nail in the tire, patched it, and didnt charge her anything! Definitely would come here again.

Great place. Clean and quiet. Just make sure when you get your vehicle back to check everything visibly. I was missing rear windshield wiper covers that were taken off. If I would not have checked, I would have driven off with the cap still sitting on the roof of my car. But this doesnt take away from the good work the people are doing there.

I have been going to this location since it opened. And before that the location at Crossroads since 2014. At this point, I am questioning the quality of service and the integrity of the manager/management of the Apex location. My first issue, several months ago I took my company vehicle in for its 36,000-mile service. When I went to up the car, they didn’t have any paperwork. The service manager I was dealing with said they would e-mail the paperwork. I never got it. When I went in to pick it up, they had no record of the work being done. So, my car may have sat in the parking lot and nothing was done, I don’t know. I keep every receipt as proof of the work being done.The next issue happened when I took my personal car in for an inspection. When we picked it up, we noticed a dent in the door. We had just picked up the car that day from a body shop and walked the entire car to ensure there were no dents. The manager said he would check the video tape to see if anything appeared. He said he would call and never did. I went back in about two weeks later. Spoke to the same person (assuming the manager) who said that they had just changed providers and there wasn’t any video tape. And he would get back to me. Never did. Finally, the third visit, he asked what I wanted, and he was trying to work with me. I pointed out that there had been no effort to work with me. I asked for the dent to be removed as he hadn’t provided anything he said he would. He said he would get authorization and call me. He never did.I everything he could follfollow up. My business and personal cars will both visit other locations.

Good, be nice to have cupons for oil changes. It would help on a budget

I had my 2010 Ford E 350 Van in for an oil change, since its a 6.0 liter diesel I wanted a Ford dealership to perform the service. I also talked with the service adviser about an issue with a bad vibration and roaring noise at speed. he said he would recommend a tire balance, rotation and set tire pressures. I said that was fine. 2 and a half hours later it was finally done, I started driving it home at speed, 65-70 MPH and not only was the vibration and noise worse it also started at 55MPH. I immediately stopped at a local tire center and asked the service mgr to look at the tires, he showed me the severe cupping of the now rotated tires to the rear, I also noticed that a wheel cover had been broken. I had the tire center replace the tires, check the balance of the front tire and check the alignment. They informed me that the front tires were 2-3 oz’s off each! And it was towed way out! I don’t get it my receipt said everything checked out okay that everything was balanced correctly, I paid $191.00 now have to replace a broken wheel cover and pay someone else to fix what they didn’t! Who balances and rotates badly cupped tires! I would have been happy to pay them to replace them and align the truck! As of nowI absolutely will not go back there!!

This place should be called Slow lane, three hour wait for an oil change. This makes me not want to ever use them again or even buy a Ford again! They should open more Quick lanes or do something. Maybe Ford is discontinuing good service along with most of thier cars!

My daughter took her car to get looked at and was told the radiator fan was needing replaced at the time of $800. I live 2 1/2 hours away and was able to buy one new from O’reillys for $121 and was able to replace it myself in about 30 minutes at most. So my question is, why would you charge so much for a job that doesn’t take long? Is it because she is a 20 something female and you are taking advantage of her because she doesn’t know any better? I’m disappointed in you and your company for gauging people of their hard earned money and taking advantage of the ones who come to you for help. I will be telling others that I know who live in that area and the parents who send their kids to college in your area.

I was in today to get a oil change and tire rotation. I noticed afterward the work was done the technician had inflated all four tires to 40 psi . The factory door sticker shows it should be 35 psi. I had to comeback in to get the proper inflation. You think a ford technician would know the proper air pressure.

I practically live out of my van which makes having a reliable place to have routine maintenance taken care of pretty important and while I can’t always make it here for the service, I go out of my way to return when I can. Doug the tech and Salvatore the advisor always make sure to detail any area’s for attention and it’s appreciated plus the waiting area is always more than comfortable during the wait.

Just started using them for oil and inspection on 2 cars and both times have been good experiences.

They dont care about COVID and the mandate to wear masks, they dont ask customers to wear masks, or require masks. Sad to see a business that doesnt care about their customers health.

The website noted that appointments were not needed. we attempted to go once about 2 hours before closing and they noted they were fully booked thru the night. we then went another day and we were told it was going to take 1.5 hours (+/- 10 min) so went over to costco. We stopped back in after 1.5 hours and the vehicle was not yet in the garage. within minutes it was taken in and then another 45 min for the service. a frustrating experience. suggest picking off times/hours and perhaps even calling ahead of time to check on how busy they are.

As many have stated the wait time is too long (>2 hours) and they let people wait indoors with no mask. After that they installed the wrong battery in my Ford van. After giving a bad review at Ford.com they offered to replace the battery and even that took an hour. Now their customer service person is hounding me on the phone (after I blocked her number she had her assistant call me from a different number, she texted at dinner time, she texted on Saturdays, she pestered me for THREE WEEKS) to review HER. Fine. I was going to let it drop, but here is a true review. It takes too long, they do the wrong thing, and they wont stop calling me.

Service is good. But unfortunately wait time to GET service is horrible. Went twice to get oil change and wait time was two hours. Ended up at valvoline and got it done in 20 minutes. Probably won’t go back. Need to change name and not include QUICK

Took about two hours for the works, but that’s to be expected. They don’t beat around the corner, very straight forward. I was highly disappointed with the lack of COVID-19 precautions. I observed several customers without a mask on, and employees in the bay as well. What really was disappointing was seeing a technician pull a car around without a mask, then proceeded to walk through the lobby without one.

As always Ryan and the team are awesome. Today I went in to get my car inspected. It was a bit of a wait but I didnt mind. Both Ryan and Bill say Hello to everyone who walks through the door. They must really make an impression on people because I heard a customer say that he could get his car fixed cheaper somewhere else but he likes coming to them. Great customer service makes lifetime customers!

2 weeks ago I ordered 4 new tires for my F150 purchased new from Crossroads Ford. The tires arrived in 2 days and were installed the next day. After 1 week the side wall of one of the tires blew out. I took the truck to them to get a new tire. They said they had to order the tire and it would be here on Wednesday. No call on Wednesday so I called Thursday morning and the person who was helping me wasnt in. No one knew anything about the tire. I called my salesperson who has sold me the 6 vehicles I have bought from Crossroads in the past 3 years (3 in the past 45 days) and he called over to Quicklane and had someone call me back. He said he would call after 3:30 on Thursday. He did call at 4:55 and I couldnt take the call, it took me 10 minutes to call him back. He was already gone for the day, and again no one knew anything about the tire. I travel the state with my business and I have been without a spare tire all week. No one seems to care about customer service.

I dont really want to post anything about this place, Id rather it be kept secret.Ive been coming here for about a year now and its been very easy to have my vehicles serviced here. The timing is great as well as the mechanic work. No complaints!

I have been putting off getting new tires for a while, but I didn’t realize how bad I needed them until the huge line of storms came through this afternoon. I called and Bill answered. He told me the tires needed for my vehicle were not in stock but he would drive to Raleigh (despite the fact that there were many warnings about severe weather) and get the tires for me. He did, and then had them put on, all within a few hours. I’m so thankful for Bill. Now I can feel safe driving to work tomorrow morning with new tires!

No one likes the cost of a repair but they do a good job. The staff is knowledgeable and they have a master mechanic overseeing the work. Nice facility to wait in as well!

This was my first time visiting this particular Quicklane. They serviced my car and cleaned the inside of my windshield in about an hour. The service is first come, first serve, and I got there just after they opened. I requested that they clean my windshield because Im currently unable to do it myself. They staff was gracious to accommodate my request. ❤️

Pretty much the slow lane.

I came home after a Saturday full of errands to find our other family vehicle had a flat tire. A neighbor recommended Quicklane after his great experience with his flat tire. This was around 4:45 but Quicklane closes at 5:00 and we live 20 minutes away.We called to see if there was a way they could sneak us in and the gladly obliged. I arrived about 10 after 5:00 but Ryan, Norris, and Jonathan were all glad to stay open and help. On top of that, their system was unresponsive and they couldn’t even charge me. Meaning I received a free tire patch and they stayed open to squeak me in.I extremely value customer service and Quicklane demonstrates that to a T! I’ll be returning for any future tire or auto needs and recommending them to friends or family in the future.

Awesome place to get service done. I have used them multiple time for service on my ford transit 350 van. They are fast and knowledgeable. Bill has been very helpful each time we stop, have been dealing with Ryan for a couple years also. They both are great to work with. I would like to thank them both for their help. This is a newly opened business in connection with Crossroads Ford. The service walking in the door is extremely friendly and educational. They are a honest business and dont push sales for work just for profit. The work performed is professional and quick. Being a new place, there are never any wait times, in and out in 30 minutes.

Prices were high

If I could they would get 0 stars! I brought my truck in to replace the brakes and was told that I would need new rotors at a cost of over $100 a peace. I asked if they could just resurface the rotor and was told there was too much damage. I then asked them to show me the damage and asked them to measure it. After they measured the thickness I was told there is enough to resurface it but that they would not do it, instead they would charge me to replace a part that was reparable. This is very poor customer service and just plain laziness on there part!

Outstanding!!! Earned my business. I needed an oil change on my 2017 Camaro and the Dealer (big Dealer in Cary), could not get me in until 17th of December (I scheduled with Dealer on 12/4 @ 6% oil life viscosity thinking surely I could get in before a 13 day wait), fast forward 13 days and I am @ zero oil life. On a chance I stopped in this am, on my way to the office. Much to my surprise, they opened @ 7am and yes, they could do it while I waited. I arrived around 7:40am and was out the door, even with chit chatting by 8:20.Outstanding customer service, Bill earned my business, heck I might even consider a Ford next time. The waiting room was spotless as was the ladies room. Absolutely the best experience, hands down.And...oh yes, more importantly, the cost was far lower than the large Dealer.

Been to this location a few times. Havent had any issues. Took car once somewhere else for convenience and to save a few bucks, had to bring it here to fix the other shops mistakes. Just picked it up here again. They fixed a coolant leak for me in no time. Took it in late on a Friday and they got the part and fixed it by end of business Saturday as promised.

I dont usually go to lube centers as such (Apex NC has ridiculous strict business hours for auto shops. Worst than bank hours), but these guys were open. Theyve done a wonderful job. Quick, properly checked, and professional (i was spying through the window).

I went in for an oil change and inspection. They took the car back before I sat down but still managed to take over 2 hours and move the car 4 times, including putting it in the parking lot for some reason During the oil change.
