The place is awesome, the ladies are friendly and very knowledgeable. The spa experience is to die for. All the combinations of herbal mixes and my pedicure looks awesome! From my nails to my toes they did that! Definitely going back!

Kevin and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, give you a sense of comfort and they support your happiness by pouring a glass of wine. Love it here!

KN nails & spa is great. They have great customer service all staff is friendly. When you are being serviced they’ll engage in conversation but if you’re not the talkative type that is picked up on and the engagement comes to a halt. This has been my favorite nail shop since moving to Plfugerville. I usually get dip and it last forever!

Im very upset. I paid $60 for ombre nails and its only been 1 week and my nails look terrible. I work in an office job so Im not doing anything with my hands thats not out of the ordinary. My pinky nail almost broke off on the third day and they werent very sanitary. Especially towards the end of the day. Then and now pics.. not worth $60

Over the years I have tried many of the Pflugerville salons. KN is the best! Teresa and Kevin have gone out of their way to create a warm environment that is exceptionally clean.Their nail work is top notch with super customer service. Theyre my faves!

I love place! I just moved back to Austin and used them when I lived here before. They are always friendly and chatty and they do an amazing job. They also know their customers and have a lot of repeat business.

I came here with my daughter. Once again they did a fabulous job on her nails and only charged her $5 since she is a little princess. They gentleman who was there treated her like a princess. I really enjoy coming here with my daughter when her brothers and I go get our hair cuts over at Deltons barbershop. Thank you again KN Nails & SPA for treating kind. You are awesome!

Great customer service, but services are not the best. Work is okay but not the best I’ve seen.

Not only was my experience very relaxing, but they were on top of everything. I was immediately brought to a chair, immediately pampered, and immediately cater to and every way. I will be going to KN Nails and Spa from now on.

They are very nice and making an appointment does make a difference. Not in the service you get but wait time. And, repeat customers get quick service even if you just walk in.

Kevin is amazing at doing my nails. He listens to what you are asking for and will accommodate as best he can. Actually all the staff does very good work. Their prices are very reasonable, all areas are kept clean and they are always playing very good music.

It was great, they were friendly and did a very good job on my nails. I had Lily who was very sweet and thorough with my nails, and told me to let her know if she needs to change anything. I get acrylics and she did amazing on shaping them which & struggle to find with most places.

I was charged full price after the lady cut my toe from grinding to much of my nail away, nerve said sorry just tried to hurry and stop the bleeding before I looked down, there to much in a rush .

Im not sure of the womans name who did my pedicure.. But let me tell you she did an amazing job!!! I got the happy spa pedicure i believe it was. In the past ive gone to other spas here in Texas and only got a 20 minute pedicure for $45.. Not this place! $45 got me almost 2 hours. She payed special attention to my feet and made sure that i got the best experience. Tue environment was soothing and relaxing, i loved the fact that they were excepting of me having my 11 month old. I couldnt of had a better experience. This place is a must try. I will now be a regular customer as i am extremely satisfied with my service and experience.

I holding an event her a girls night out with my girls and we can really uneind with these ladies, I love Kevin..hes a bit of an introvert but heyyyy we need all types of people in this thing called world/life.. Im so happy to have them hosting a party for me and we can have it catered he says.. he has the accommodations too...I cant wait

This place is very close to my new house and I decided I wanted to treat myself to a full for my birthday.I didnt realize how bad they were until I got outside and had an appointment I had to get to.Some nails have thicker acrylic than others making them look warped and misshapen. The top of my left thumb is slanted, not straight. Ive never had gel chip before and one of my nails has two chips at the end. I got silver solar powder and you can see the black get polish on the corners and theres still silver on some of my skin.My nails are a mess. Ill be going in and expect them to fix them. I paid $52 for this crap

LISA is simply the best. Ive been getting my nails done since I was 14. But hadnt had em done in years. She fixed me right up with exactly what I wanted and its 3 weeks later and they are ready for a fill, but still going strong! Shes a sweet lady who talks and keeps you company the whole time so your not staring into space with boredom! Plus my fam leases the shop next door in the same building as them, so she gave me a great deal, but I still turned around n tipped way more. Going back in soon to get this fill.

Would NOT come back. Prices on list don’t match what they tell you (and then you see that same service is listed multiple times with different prices throughout). No wonder no wait on Sat morning.

My daughter has been coming here for a long time and suggested I go I really do like the service I get from most of the staff. They do a great job and listen to me when I tell them what I want. Prices are in line with other nail salons. My one and only concern is an employee named Jackie. When she did my pedi she did not pay attention and seemed to rush through. I was unhappy with the result. I am not sure if she just had an off day, but I will not use her again. Everything else is great.

Only place I get my nails done. Kevin, the owner does a great job on my Long nails. Friendly atmosphere.

Lisa the first desk on the left is the bomb on nails and pedi. Also Sue is great on pedicure 😊. Just be sure to book to have a more bountiful service time. They work better by appointment....instead of cow hearding appointments...to me its too much...its not as individualized because your a last minute person...plan and plan well and you day and service will be awesome. Dont judge by walk in judge by appointment...they give you up to 10 min to be late as they fill thier spots fast. One of Pflugervilles best hidden secrets...

Dont ever let kevin do your nails hes the owner, every time he does my nails they look horrible like this week he did mine and one hand was way longer then the other hand and I told him I wanted them square he gave me round and since he messed up he tried to fix them and they are so short I hate them so much I went home and cried I will never go there again, he was very rude which its not my fault he messed up I even showed him a picture needles to say I will not be a returning customer I have been going there for 4 years and all the nail ladies who used to do my nails have quit so right there is saying something all have told me they hated kevin and the way he runs his business if your looking for a great place I now go to xo nails and love it!
