Went for gel nails. Got cut twice and burned. Nails are glued to my skin and there is glue on my finger tips and hands.

I picked the hot stone pedicure spa and omg was the best. Ask for Sandy. I posted prices and they offer 15% off $20 or more Monday-thursday. Call to make sure.

Came in with my mom. I wanted a manicure and polish change on my toes. Guy who works there did a horrible job on my nails. Manicure LITERALLY took 4 minutes and they charged $16 for it. Noticed my toe polish today and it’s half-done. He was in a complete rush apparently to get to his phone. Don’t waste your time going here. Poor quality and extremely poor customer service.

Paid 58$ for ombre. Tried to ask why so much extra instead of the 30$ it says, and she said because I got ombre. I was fine to accept she couldnt do ombre, but when she claimed she DID it I realized that it wasnt worth arguing. A lot of them are crooked, the place where the orange stops is uneven, theres NO fade. Second picture is what i asked for

Great little salon for a simple experience. I cant say this place will give you the ultimate spa day experience- but it is affordable, clean, and has wonderful staff. I got the classic mani for $16, and it looked wonderful.

Terrible experience walked out with nails that looked like gummies. They are so thick my finger nails hurt, they are all different lengths and the service felt rushed. I would not recommend. Take the time and money to go somewhere else. She also included her own tip, I’ve never experienced that before. My nails looks so ugly I am so disappointed and now I’m going to spend money to take them somewhere else take them off and get them redone. So much for my birthday :(

This place, to me, is very expensive. They do not have signs up about the pricing only by word of mouth . They wait until you get done with the nails to tell you the price. They charged $43 for a full set and an extra $5 for me getting nails. For the price of the $43 they did nothing to my natural nail but add another nail . Definitely overpriced for a short set .

I had the opportunity of having the manager/owner not sure of his position or title. He was very rough taking my SNS polish off my real nails. He did not listen to my needs nor my wants. Granted I was seen almost immediately after making an “appointment” the service was horrific. I walked out with blemishes and no happy at the least. I only came as a recommendation from a friend but I’ll stick to my regular location.

I gave this place a try because I just moved here. My nails didnt make it but one day and the polish was already coming off. There was a huge missed gap between the polish and my cuticles. And when I asked to get Gel instead before the tech started, she basically refused and told me regular polish would be fine..?

My mom goes here all the time, she’s loves it! So i thought that I should try it out...Not such a good idea when the 70$ acrylics you got ALL came off the next day. Also the guy that was doing my nails went so fast and missed so many steps that would’ve made the experience better. Now i’m not saying it’s a bad place, it’s just not for me, especially when i pay that much and don’t get my money’s worth!

They got me in quick even though I didnt have an appointment and the lady, Annie, who did my pedicure did a great job and her massage was amazing! Will definitely be back!

Yesterday was my first time coming here and it is now going to be where I go everytime i get my nails done. Olivia did SNS nails on my natural nail and they came out amazing! She took her time to actually soak off the previous SNS instead of grinding it off like other places do that tend to grind part of my nail bed down. She was patient with me and didnt rush through anything. She made sure everything looked perfect before I left and that I was happy. I will be back with my boyfriend for pedicures soon!

This is hands down the best nail salon I have ever been to. Let me just start by saying it is gorgeous inside and another plus -- doesnt smell like a nail salon! You will not get a headache from the smell here. Every nail technician here is wonderful. It is fairly priced and includes a complementary drink. You can get a whole bunch of different add on to your service, The technicians here are so attentive to detail and always make sure your service is flawless every time.

They got all 4 of us in with no fuss. Nails are beautiful!

I gave this place a try because I just moved here. My nails didnt make it but one day and the polish was already coming off. Extremely poor nail filing. They did my mani in 10 min as the lady was in hurry.

Everyone is friendly and the place is clean but the quality of the work is poor. My first experience was last month when I got gel nails. Within two days the polish started to peel off like regular polish does. I decided to give them another chance and try their powder dip product and still had issues with my nails. Two days after I got the powder dip nails, one of the nails cracked and chipped on top. I called and they agreed to fix it at no charge and the technician apologized when she was fixing my chipped nail. Two days later that same nail and three other nails cracked and chipped. I’ve decided not to back for them to fix it because I don’t have faith in their quality of work. I won’t be going back again.

I had a really fabulous time getting my nails done here for the first time today. Everything from their service, the staff, to the salon, the quality of their work and nail polish selection is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!! They care about their customers and they provide quality customer service. They were willing to work with me on figuring out what I wanted. I truly recommend the place. Thank you so much once again!

By far my favorite nail salon ever. I happily drive the 20 minutes to get here because I know they provide great service. Im a huge germaphobe when it comes to nail salons and this place is super clean. Everything for your pedicure is one time use and they add disposable liners as well. Tools are always taken out clean and so are the towels. The ladies at the front greet you with a smile and there is such a welcoming and relaxing vibe. I do not come too regularly since Im horrible at keeping up with my nails but they somehow still remember me. Prices are what I would expect to pay, love it!

Ive been to a few nail salons over the last few months and Ive been a little disappointed. I found Pearl Nails by mistake and decided to try them out. So happy I did! My technician did an awesome job. Between the complimentary drink and friendly attitude, service was the cherry on top. Try them out! One important tip though, try them out on a weekday or a later appointment. Its seems Im not the only impressed with them.

This was my first time at pearl nails! My daughter and I came in for fills and pedicures. They were so accommodating to us both. Mike and Bon did and awesome job! I highly recommend this place. The cost was affordable, the shop was clean and they were very friendly.

I have been going to Pearl Nails to have my nails done and pedicures done for two years now (almost since they opened). I always see the same person for my nails....MIKE. Mike is fantastic. My nails always look fantastic and I have never had a problem in two years. For pedicures I personally love Cindy for that service. She knows how I want my pedicures done and she is fantastic as well. Everyone at Pearl Nails is extremely polite and greet you with a smile when you arrive. I would not go anywhere else. It’s been 8 days and all my nails have already came off. This was my first time experiencing pearl nails, they did things very different from other nail salons I’ve been to and I had to constantly tell them to fix things. I got SNS nails done and once it came time for the drying part she refused to use the blue light to dry them and said I couldn’t use that with my nails being SNS which made no sense. After she freed me to go I ran my fingers across my nails to see if they were dry & they were still wet in fact so she had to fix them once again, after a few days they started peeling off as if I bought the fake nails from Walmart. I had my friend with my that day and the guy who did hers was very jittery and rushing through her nails while dazing off and not focusing... I will never be returning..

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming here for over a year now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. My nails have always come out perfect no matter who does them, but I usually get mine done by mike 😌 very friendly and welcoming staff, it’s alwats clean and drinks are always cold! I recommend pearl nails to everyone that compliments my nails! It’s the perfect place to relax and get away 💅🏻💕

Only my second time at this salon and it was a bad experience from the get go. Had me soak my fingers to get the previous nails off, and then ignored me for 45 minutes (I took my hands out of the bowl after a few minutes when my skin began to hurt🥴). Don’t know the lady’s name that ended up doing my nails but she nicked my skin in several places, making me bleed, and overall just did a mediocre job on my nails. I’m concerned about the overall cleanliness of the salon and also about the competence of the nail techs (if you can even call them that). Will never step foot in this salon again and if you do, hope you don’t get stuck with the older lady🥴

No matter who does my pedicure, they always do a great job and pay close attention to detail. The salon is clean, the nail techs are professional, the ambiance is relaxing, and there are a lot of option is to choose from. Anytime I try a new place, I always regret it because its never as nice of an experience. This place is the best!

I dropped in on a whim and was impressed with how friendly everyone was and how clean the establishment is. They squeezed me and did a great job on a hot stone pedicure and sns nails. Next time I will get something more fun now that I know they do an excellent job!

Absolute worst nail salon we have EVER been to. Decided to try Pearl Nails because our tech at our regular salon, Bliss Nail Bar, was booked and we hadnt made appts.Big mistake. They kept switching techs on us and the quality of their work was very poor. Couldnt even get basic shapes right and didnt want to remove the SNS completely BEFORE applying new powder. I have never experienced a nail tech do that. Never offered us so much as a water either. I opted for a translucent pink color and it was already yellowing after 3 days and the nails are lifting!!! Also have never had that with my regular salon. The whole experience was bad, bad, bad. Dont throw your money away here.

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better to go. The lady who did my pedicure took her time and did an excellent job. But...there was a guy who did my SNS nails and it did not come out great. It was really thick and bumpy. I asked if he could fix it because it wasnt shaped right and he seemed to have an attitude about it. So I left there with nails I wasnt happy about. I gave this place a chance but will not be returning.

Annie does a fabulous job, she never disappoints. A lil advice....offer your customers a drink while they wait. Makes them feel welcomed and comfortable with the wait. Always thank your customers for coming and please come again.

Everyone at Pearl Nails is experienced and completely qualified to do any type of nails you desire whether it be SNS, Gel, personal or freestyle designs or a simple but elegant manicure and pedicure. I enjoy going to Pearl Nails because they make you feel like family. I have been to many salons in my lifetime but have never been to one like Pearl. It will be my last and only salon. I need to speak a little about the quality of their work. They will make 100% sure that you leave completely satisfied. Their ethics are extraordinary and I highly recommend them for you and can honestly say that they are the best in the area. Try them. I guarantee your expectations will be more than met.

Pearl Nails is the best nail shop in Pflugerville. I’ve visited just about each one of them since I moved here 10 years ago & so glad when Pearl Nails opened. Paid $40+ for SNS nails that were supposed to last a month... they barely lasted two weeks and they started chipping and cracking. I went in to get the Chipped SNS off and get a basic mani instead the nail was friendly and sweet but my basic mani was terrible. My nails polish is extremely bumpy and looks like a 5 year old painted my nails, had I not been talked into paying for my nails before the paint job started I would have said nevermind. After my terrible manicure was done I was then rushed out without much regard ----they closed the nail salon 10 mintues early.I asked for my natural nails to be evened out and she did not do it.Both times I have been to Pearl Nails I have been disappointed and I feel like my money has been wasted. I will not be returning ever.

I just moved here and I have tried over 10 salons before I found This place. It is a super nice salon next to house and besides that perk its an amazing salon. When I first came they all greeted me and were super friendly. They didnt just tell me to pick a color and sit an hour. They began on my pedi right away and they were super gentle but efficient.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a place I could go to regularly. The first time I went, I was fairly happy with the results but the SNS was a little thick. The second time, I was so upset with the results. The SNS was thick, glue everywhere, my entire nail wasn’t covered on two fingers, my technician burned me with the file, I didn’t get to wash my hands after the filing, and my nails were not finished with gel polish like I normally see. I think for $51, I should have seen better results. I will *not* be returning.

The pedicure was great. Fairly priced & not too crowded. The full set I received was terrible. Eric sat in the first chair (usually reserved for the best) but he pulled/pushed my hand a lot. He was very rough and rushed - despite it not being busy at all. He rushed so much that my nail bed is now bleeding. I will not return.

They do a good job on me and my 5 year old. They also will educate you about nail care.

I originally had this listed as a 5 star but now think it is 1 star . Although there are a few people that can do really good nails in the shop, most of the nail techs are below par in nail technique and do a terrible job. I have been a few times and the quality of my nails was worse each time. A customer should NEVER leave the nail salon and return the next day to have their nails fixed. I will never go back again. The margaritas are not worth it. You lost a good, loyal customer that tips well and doesnt care about price for good quality nails.

Ive gone here 3 times and have received relatively poor service every time. There doesnt seem to be any difference between the classic pedicure and the more pricey ones they offer. I too was cut pretty badly by the metal grater that I dont usually allow them to use on me. I was trying to relax and didnt notice her take it out. She gave me a $5 discount. The other 2 times Ive been they rushed and didnt do a very good job. I dont recommend this salon at all.

I only had a manicure once before this, which I had gone to get somewhere in RoundRock because a friend usually went there. The experience was okay but the lady gave me a strange, bumpy manicure which I didnt know how to tell her I wasnt pleased with.When I went to Pearl Nails, I had a much better experience! Very nice man Mike took his time to make sure all detailing and shaping of my dip-powdered nails looked right. I told him about the bumps from my last mani and he easily avoided creating that same look again. Im so happy with how my nails turned out. I will definitely be dropping by again soon!

Im sorry to drag the overall rating of this place down. It seems like other people have had great experiences but after my second terrible experience here, I need to share.I got an sns manicure the first time. The guy rushed through, had a terrible cough and didnt bother to cover his mouth, and appeared to have many other better things to do because he was constantly checking his phone and yelling to the other employees. I asked for a spa mani which includes massage and other stuff. I was charged for all of these things but received none of them. My nails looked like garbage and started to peel a couple days later because the layers werent properly filed and sealed. he didnt trim my cuticles or even push them back. I asked him to and he said I would have to come in for a second appointment to have this done. In hindsight I should have said something at that point but after he started coughing (about mid-way through the appointment) I just wanted to get out of there.Today, I got a green tea pedicure. It was $65. If anyone spends this much on a pedicure, my feeling is that the polish should be impeccable. Im going to take the current polish off when I get home and redo it myself, which is a shame because the color (a dark purple) is lovely. It was painted on haphazardly and you can clearly see bare nail, bubbling, and globby areas from far away.Before the pedicure I asked her not to remove my calluses because I dont like the way the callus remover feels. Its really overstimulating for me and Ive never had anyone make a big deal about this before because its less work. She used a rough, purple sponge thing instead but still scraped the arch of my foot so hard that I jerked my foot back and yelped. She took note and did not do this to my right foot.Her nails were also digging into my toes and the bottoms of my feet because they were very long and sharp. When she was removing the old polish, she was using her thumbs to manipulate my toes and her nails were digging into the sides of each toe. I said this was hurting me. She thought it was the polish remover stinging my skin and I had to explain that it was her fingernail.Then, she put my right flip on immediately after the polish was applied, messing up the first and second toe. Not a huge deal, they could have easily been done again. She just painted over what was already on leaving globs, bare spots, and bubbles, not just on these nails but on the rest of them as well. Then she got up and left, so I was sitting awkwardly with one flip flop on my right foot and the other in my lap. This is when I started noticing how poorly the paint was applied and looked around for the person who did my nails. There was another employee to my left finishing up her customer and she noticed I was looking around. I hadnt said anything at this point but was contemplating asking someone to just take the polish off so I could pay and leave. She said Ill be right with you very loudly as if to imply I was being a demanding or problematic customer. I had been on my phone and barely said a word the entire appointment, so no complaints from me besides asking not to be stabbed by nails or scaped by purple sponges. In fact, I didnt get to say anything because she slid over to my chair and started asking which nails still need a top coat, abrasively, and then didnt let me answer. She just globbed more clear coat on top of random toes. Im fairly certain she knew I wasnt happy and was trying to get me out since someone else was waiting. So I told her I just wanted to leave.I still left a tip because this is still someones time and Im not a jerk, but the service was really subpar for how expensive it was. Ive left disappointed and now frustrated that Ive spent money here and left unhappy.

One, this place is pricey. I dont mind paying the price if you get extra-ordinary service, but its just meh. Also, the lady that did my daughters toes used the grater thing and sliced her foot open. And kept grating! My daughter flinched and she said oh, sorry, but kept going, and left a huge gaping wound on her foot. Will not be back! DO NOT GO HERE!My first time going to Pearl Nails was last week and it honestly was a HUGE waist of my money and time. For starters, I’ve never heard the phrase “that’s $5 extra!” used so many times in my entire life! I’ve been wearing acrylics for 5+ years now so I’m pretty sure when you get a fill shaping, cutting down, and removing shellac IS INCLUDED IN A FILL! I mean come on, how are you suppose to get a new shellac color if your old color is still on your nails!? I was quoted by the owner/manager $20 for a fill and $28 for a pedicure (which by the way was sloppy and rushed!) and ended up paying $35 for a fill. Their customer service skills are nonexistent and instead of fixing a problem they chose to belittle you and make it seem like you’re wrong. The nail tech was very aggressive and continuously yanked my hands and fingers and didn’t even pay attention to what he was doing. So ladies, if you’re in the Pflugerville area looking for a good nail shop, PEARL NAILS IS NOT THE PLACE TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT!
