Mr. Cervera was great. Not only did he provide me with an initial list, but a few days later he gave me an updated one. When I went into his office and told him my exact situation, he pointed out which rentals might suit my needs best and he even called some of the owners of the properties on my behalf. I ended up getting a beautiful apartment about $200 a month below market value. The $100 I gave Mr. Cervera to help me was the best $100 I ever spent.

Mr. Cervera was really helpful in helping my mom locate a new place to move into. He sends you listings not traditionally found on Craigslist or other areas people usually rely when renting. The list he sends are clear and concise with all the information you need to contact the landlord, location, and how soon the unit is available. Although, it took a while to find a place, this was mostly because my mother had very specific places she was willing to move to due to work. His services are reasonably priced and I recommend him if youre in the rental market.

Found this place on the classifieds with an advertisement stating an opening on a building on Gage and Otis, got lured in with the property advertised which we never received an address too, which is false advertisement BTW. He seemed like a pretty good person and even though I was wary my husband wanted to give it a try..after about two listings we stopped receiving anything even though he claimed we would receive listings every Thursday for an entire year which he confirmed himself first show up on the internet. Anyways I have emailed them regarding this issue and you know I am just tired of chasing after them people please dont go here I am not even posting this out of anger or anything I just want people not to fall for what we did and sure you can be like its just $100 or $80 but that takes time for us to make and people like him are just scamming us. Please even if you want to just try it out dont waste your money on this scam. I am editing since I really want people to be aware, I received a discount too. I am not saying anything about Oh I didnt find a place thats why I am giving a bad review, I did in fact check in every week after no reply I got tired of emailing and no reply I can provide proof of this. It took a bad review from me for them to send me an updated listing which I just received. This does not justify the fact that I as a customer was ignored for a paid service, and again I mention I did send multiple reminders as Pascual mentions for us to do, I did not expect to magically find a place and the advertisement did say Apartment Gage and Otis $1050 rent, and we never received even though we where told we would receive an address and phone number, yet we never did Im not sure what to call it but it but I certainty cant call it an honest business. Sure you can take his deal of 50% off but thats just more money in his pocket, you think youre getting a deal but in reality its a way of saying ha! a bad review cant stop me ill use it to get more business so think about it its your choice not to let someone scam you like this.

Weve met Pascual a few years ago and we continue to think he is the best option you got when youre looking to rent a home he would do the dirty work you just tell him what your looking for and bam! He will find it for you no hasle not much of a wait considering that if you would do it yourself you would defitely will take month to find the right rental home! I agree with everyone else, Pascual is a thief, an opportunist, and a fraud. You are better off doing your own research. Forget this clown, if there was half a star. That would be his rating, or better yet 0.
