My gel nails started chipping dramatically by day 4. I noticed immediately that the color was transparent and had a lot of imperfections in the finish (look at my index finger nail in third pic). It was just a low quality gel manicure. For the same price elsewhere you could get more for your money.

I actually like this nail salon a lot, the man at the counter waited so patiently for us to pick the color that we wanted and even tried to help us and let us take our time. We wore our masks inside and washed our hands before starting. There was glass separating the customer and worker at each table. I thought that the environment was nice and clean and relaxing. I actually like how it was decorated and how the tables were all lined up. I would have given a five-star but I had a dark blue color on my nails before I got my fill and then got a lighter color put on so you can actually still see some of the blue color cause it wasnt filed off completely. Im usually a nail Salon hopper and because I liked how nice and patient the man at the desk was I may return. :)

I went to get my nails done on Sunday September 5. and today September 9, 8 out of 10 nails fell off. They had horrible lifting at my cuticle. Not only did the person who did them not shape them or clean my cuticles, he just applied the products on top and that is it. Huge wast of time and money. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Asked for Ombre got something different asked her to fix a nail she said no and then filed them so far all you can see is my nail bed where the nail should be was charged more than what I set up the appointment for was supposed to be 68 they changed me 95

The Owner and the staff at Princess Nails are the most rude people you will ever encounter. They don’t have any work ethics and manners to talk with their customers. Me and my friend booked an appointment online and it was confirmed by them. When we reached, they didn’t even talk with us for sometime and later told us that they don’t have any appointments for us. We showed them the email as a proof but they were just so rude. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Worst worst experience.

I wouldn’t even give this nail salon 1 star. After not getting my feet done for a while, I went to princess nails to finally get them done and evidently they’re still not done! The lady painted them nice but where did that hour go? No where. I had to ask her to scrub the bottom of my feet again because after she was “done” I still had dead/rough skin (which is why I went in the first place). I still have stuff between and underneath my toenails. Oh, and they charge for using your card too.

I have Peter as my nail tech and he is thorough and so pleasant. My nails look great, even after 3 weeks they still looked good with grow out. Used to go to another local salon and they changed product and it burned my nails. Switched to this salon and no issues. They do awesome pedicures here as well.

The best place to get your nails done!My technician about put me to sleep with how she was rubbing my legs with lotion. This is my favorite place to go to get some r&r for my nails and toes. Ive mainly been going here for the amazing pedicures but Im going to try getting my nails done for the first time in about a month.My family and I have bonding days were we all get pedicures, even my dad! 😂 The technicians are super friendly and make sure that you absolutely love the work they do. If you dont like a color, no problem. They make sure that you love your nails before you even love.

I haven’t had a pedicure in a couple of years and took my 5 year old to have one done. What is advertised for the pedicure for kids isn’t what happened. I was so disappointed. I felt like my pedicure was also a rush job and didn’t get my calves massaged, calluses taken care of, warm towel put over my legs for a bit or even the ability to let my feet soak in the water for a bit. Was so disappointed and won’t go back again. It’s not worth the money just to have my feet painted and toes trimmed by a nail trimmer. I can do that at home

I got a gel pedicure and I love it! They say it will last a couple of months. I would have liked my legs and feet massaged a bit, but the pedicure looks great

My tech did not prep me, the nails are ugly and they hurt a lot. She didn’t prep my nails, she immediately went into drilling and putting the monomer on, i now have heavy discomfort on my nails beds and the sides.

Absolutely love it here! They really care about their customers and are so polite! I highly recommend Tina she did a phenomenal job and made sure i was comfortable at all times!

I had a great experience here. I got a dip manicure done for the first time and was surprised how quick it was. Place was clean and did not smell overly like nail polish or chemicals. Only reason why I give 4 stars was because I made a reservation and ended up having to wait about 25 minutes. Will be back had a good experience with nail technician.

I love this nail salon! I’ve been to a few others in the area, but this is the nicest in my opinion. I love the mood lights in the ceiling, the massage chairs are amazing and I’ve always gotten wonderful acrylic and gel nails

Went once and it was fine. Set up an appointment for three weeks later. Super awkward and they ignored me. Waited 25 minutes past my appointment time and walked out. Will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Wanted to get my nails done before leaving on a trip so I booked an appointment a week in advance online for 10 am. I got several emails confirming my appointment and time. Website says they open at 9:30. While sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open, I saw a car pull up and drop off employee who opened up about 9:45. Go in and told lady I have an appointment at 10 so she has me pick out a color. I sit and wait for 20 minutes after my appointment time. I would understand if they were busy but there was only 1 other person there using their services. Unacceptable and not good business to be late or not even show up when you have appointments. Will not be coming back. I had to take my business elsewhere. Luckily, there was a place nearby that got me in right away as a walk in.

Clean business but very frustrated with the quality and look of my pedicure. I am leaving for a trip in a few days and very upset with the pedicure and how it looks. It’s not cheap to get your nails done so when it’s not a good pedicure and then also looks bad, it’s upsetting.

Who does someone nails without asking then what shape, or acrylic or gel. These ppl out for the $$ . Not regular customers. How did my fill in go from $28 to $51.50 with $1.50 ser charge for using my card ?? They will never have to privilage to see my face ever again.

Tina always does a wonderful job on my pedicure! She is very detailed and does a beautiful zebra stripe nail art.They also have comfortable massage chairs and updated atmosphere.

I had Tina who did a pedi and WOWOWOWO! She took her time, really did a long massage and really helped get those ugly calluses off! She charged ONLY $38!!!!

I made an appointment online for 10am on Saturday. I got there a little early around 945am. They had me pick out my nail color and get ready for my pedicure around 10am. My feet sat in the pedicure water from 10am-1020am before anyone waited on me. Also got a French manicure. Not pleased at all. Started falling off come Monday. I gave 2 stars because it was clean and employees were friendly. But now worth the $80 it cost me (Melissa)

Dip powder manicure very sloppy. Very lumpy, smeared with bubbles. My nails were not filed after the dip powder process, so they look like Lee press-on nails. My nails are likewise sticky to the touch. I simply cannot waste anymore time in this place to have them redone. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. You would be better off doing them yourself with your eyes closed.

The place is very chic and aesthetic. Jenny is my go-to girl because she is so talented and is always able to get me exactly what I want. The staff are very friendly and the service is great. The price is average for what youd expect and so I have no complaints. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for about a year now, i have long natural nails and usually don’t have any problems. except now, i have an infection. They never put anti fungal on me before applying anything, like your supposed to. The guy just cut off ALL of my nails without saying anything. They sent me home without doing anything to my nails. I’m absolutely devastated as i’ve been growing my nails out for 2 years. My nails look absolutely disgusting. don’t go here unless you want an infection. Now i can’t even get my nails done until the infection goes away. I have to apply medicine to it and it hurts really bad. He also cut my nails so short that they were bleeding. The infection happened because they did not apply the polish and acrylic right so they would lift up and then water would get under. Last time i had them done i had 3 break after a day. When my sister would go and get gel they wouldn’t even let them cure completely so she would leave with wet or tacky nails. I’m never going again.

It has been one week since my gel full set and I am already experiencing regrowth. This is because my cuticles were not touched during my manicure. I found the staff to be extremely kind and friendly, and honestly my pedicure is POPPIN (even if it seemed like my sister was getting more TLC than me - maybe my stubbly legs were not as fun to massage). However, my gel set is unacceptable. It is uneven, the gel is THICK making my nails look somehow fatter than necessary, and the shape was not what I asked for, though it was a good try. Also, my sister and I both picked a gel color based on the swatches and the color that was painted was ENTIRELY different. I chose a lilac which painted pink. I had to have the guy grab another bottle of non gel polish which he set with a gel topcoat. I LOVED the staff and dont want this to be a reflection of them - but I cannot return to this place if my expensive nails are going to look cheap and need a fill within the first week. Also I didnt get a hand or arm massage...or lotion. I had to rub my hands against my legs when they were soaking to get some lotion on them. Overall just no thanks.

I went here for the first time recently. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and the amount of time spent helping me select which services would best meet my needs. I never felt rushed at any point. Jenny did my pedicure and took great care to provide attentive service. Peter did SNS nails on me. He was meticulous and patient with me. I highly recommend this nail spa and I will definitely return.

Im extremely satisfied with my visit today. Ive been to every salon in the area and Im extremely picky but for once I am pleased. This place was clean and relaxing, the employees were very nice, the girl that did my pedicure did a great job she took hes time and paid close attention to details. Had a great experience today getting my pedicure. Super friendly staff and they have the super high tech massage chairs. I chose the deluxe pedicure, which included about 15 different awesome extras. I loved that they didnt rush me out of there and allowed me to stay and hang out in the uber awesome chair after my pedicure was already completed. Overall great and accommodating staff! ****

Love my chrome nails! Jenny did an amazing job, she was super fast and did my gel mani + chrome in less than 45 minutes! The price is also really fair compared to other salons that offer chrome/holographic nails. Im so glad I found this place and will continue to come here for my gel manicures !

This was easily the most relaxing, serene, well skilled, hospitable, comfortable pedicure Ive had in my life. I work as a nurse and am on my feet a lot so my feet are very beat up. Mindy pampered my feet so amazingly I didnt want to get up. But they included long massage portions with products that made my skin so soft!

This is the only place I go to get my gel manicures. I have NEVER had anything but a great experience and have been impressed by every technician here! My gel manicures always last a minimum of 2 weeks and I only get them redone because they have grown out! Never have a problem with chipping or peeling. They use great products and give a complementary back massage while you get your manicure.I love this place and will never go anywhere else!

Salon is modest and beautiful inside. Got my nails done by Tina and she exceeded all my expectations every step of the way! Especially captivating my vision for the theme on my nails. Stained glass touched by snow flakes.

This place was very clean. The nail tech was good. She was polite and efficient and didnt try to make too much conversation. Honestly, I would go to it more if it was closer to me but whenever Im in the area - I will be sure to go.

Love this nail salon. Jenny always does my nails in SNS, she is caring and exact and willing to get to know you. Everyone is friendly and funny. Many SNS options which I nice cause most places dont have that many. Also, have many options for pedicures.

I love the way they did my nails! I got ombré acrylics with jems. They were quite pricy. My nail tech was very nice and kept a good conversation. Overall a very good experience and exceeded my expectations.

I love Girl so much and have been going to her for I think. It is appointment only, but she is very accommodating and responsive. I generally get a gel mani and regular pedi and her prices are really affordable and she does a fantastic job. My gel manicures last forever without chipping-- they more so just grow out. Additionally, girl is one of the most kind, generous, and caring people Ive ever met! She always asked about school and was proud when I graduated.💗

They do NOT do good with long acrylic nails. My nails were uneven and way too thick with caked gel polish and all I had made an appointment for was a fill in. How do you mess up a fill?

You should not charge extra if the customer is not happy. When I expressed that I was not happy to the cashier I got no response. Funny how the technicians can talk all through the pedicure to you or their coworkers in different languages but as soon as you arent happy they are quiet.

I really love getting my nails done here. Detail oriented. Once you find that nail tech stick with them. They know what you want and things move faster.

I called and made an appointment ahead of time and and walk-ins we’re getting put before me. I ended up waiting over an hour. Poor critical thinking at this shop.

Shop is very clean, neat. Staff is friendly, does great work. (We had Tina and Lan.) Only complaints are: 1. Coat hooks needed for customers coats. 2. Lotion for massages would be more relaxing if warmed up a bit.

Love this place! Ive gone two times now, and both times Ive received very high quality experiences. The first time I went for a manicure and pedicure w/ Duyen Le, plus nail art Ni Nguyen and may nails came out evenly shaped, and the nail art was spot on. I was also impressed how several staff members could do nail art. In other places I have experienced that maybe the staff members can only paint a flower, but SJ NAILS seems to be able to make anything possible. The second time was with Tuyet Phamand she was great too! She hand painted designs on my gel manicure, and it turned out so cute. She also spent time to make sure it was right, if something looked off to her, she would wipe off the design and do it again (this only happened one time as she of course is really fantastic at nail art, and it was because she thought it should be redone--I thought it looked great! She has great attention to detail, and you can tell that she really wants the design to look great.). ****

I usually get gel but decided to do regular polish and its safe to say I prefer their technique for gel. The outcome is much cleaner.

This is my go-to nail salon for both pedicures and manicures; they are incredible.So incredibly clean inside and Ive had nothing but awesome experiences with both Jenny & Tina. Their attention to detail is pristine!I love all of the options for pedicures and I see Jenny biweekly religiously for my SNS gel manis. Regular gel never lasted more than a week on me, and now with the SNS sip powder I get a flawless two weeks. I even made it three weeks this month which is a literal impossibility for me! The formula is so strong that its allowed my nails to grow to record breaking lengths, all the while looking so much more natural than acrylic.Ill be sticking with Princess Nails Peoria for good!

I went and got a dip manicure done. They did not do any of the actual manicure process. They did not soak my nails, remove any excess callous/cuticle, they did shape my nails, but they didnt ask how long I wanted them or what shape I wanted them. They did do the dipping part, but at the end, they used a gel top coat, which in a traditional dip manicure, you DO NOT use. The point of the dip manicure is to get a longer lasting manicure without the use of the UV light. I was very disappointed. I will not be going back there.

I have been coming here for years now. The staff welcomes me by name, and they are great, especially Jenny and Tina! The place is clean and friendly, with tons of color choices in polish and shellac. I get regular OPI polish manicures, because it stays unchipped for about a week when I get them here!!

The front desk girl was super attentive and thats always been important to me when I first walk into any type of business. There was a gentlemen who comes around and offers you a complimentary glass of mimosa. I had a young girl by the name of removing the gel off my nails from a previous mani- She was so sweet. so talented!!! I never use to rave about pedicures and just get them done but wow she glammed my toes! She did a superb job on both my mani and pedi! Amazing customer service and I wish the best of luck to with their new business venture! Its already a hit! I overheard another girl who was getting a mani tell her nail artist she drove all the way down from just to get her nails done!*****

I know they was talking about me the hole time I was there. So I down loaded a translator app. It translated what they was saying about me. They also was talking about tho young girl. They was saying she was a spoiled brat. That you can see that her parents buy her what ever she wants. Talked about talking her into getting her nails done.
