$80 later, mine and my daughters nails look awful :( They rushed my daughter so her nails didnt even dry at all, they were completely ruined by the time we left. My nails look unprofessional and sloppy. My design isnt even done properly. It was completely over priced; up chargers everything.

I like the membership deal for manicure and pedicures but I wouldn’t go for a hair cut the girl who cut my hair was so inexperienced I’m really not sure if she had actually gone to school my hair didn’t look anything to how I wanted or explained and it was a very simple cut. Sweet girl just doesn’t know how to do hair. The manager was nice enough to refund me for the hair cut to, I appreciate how the situation was handled but I really think they would do better if they hired more experienced staff.

Kristy is an amazing nail tech. So professional and personable. My pedicure was soooo relaxing and Kristy has such a soft touch it was pure heaven. Definitely book with Kristy and you will have a wonderful experience and a great new nail tech.

The one lady whos worked there since 2010 did a PHENOMINAL job on my nails... My French manicure literally looks PERFECT! ..She seems like a perfectionist and takes pride in her nail jobs and I LOVE THAT! ..Also right when I walked in, the sweet girls working the front welcomed and greeted me by my first name. I liked that! ..And last but not least, the girl with the different rainbow colors in her hair did the French manicure on my toes, she did an outstanding job and was really nice! ..I was even having a bad day that day, when I left and really examined my toes and nails I was super pleased and stoked on how good they looked! ..Totally turned my day around. Good job ladies! Ill be back again! :))

I went there about 2 yrs ago because friend bought me a Gift Card. I was happy with the results. But then, I misplaced it and just found it now. I had a balance of $20. When I called and asked them if they would honor ... NO! Really .... Ive had other places honor expired Gift Cards ... part of GREAT customer care. It would have been nice if they even gave me $10 towards my services (1/2 of what I had left) Oh Well ... there are LOTS of other salons to visit.

Pedicure was good, but don’t have a sign that says “walk in’s welcome” and then give someone a hard time for not having an appointment when there is 2 people in the entire place.

The pricing is comparable to Scottsdale pricing making it too expensive if youre getting anything but BASIC salon treatment. The staff are very friendly though. It IS clean.

I went to Nail Haven for the first time last Sunday (a week ago today). My gel nails started chipping on Thursday which was 4 days after. Disappointed that I spent almost $80 on a mani/pedi, & eye brow wax. Gel mani normally won’t chip on me for about 3 weeks, if I’m lucky 4 weeks, so I know it’s not me.
