I had a great $45 orange pedicure with a nice candle and parphan hot wax and hot stones massage (the chair is also a massage chair bonus I had a 30 minute chair massage 🙂)Then I had a $35 mini manicure and got my nails painted with gel paint. Cindy was excellent.I recommend this oh PS.I was a walk-in no appointment but recommend.clean no chemical Smell.💅👍🙂

After going to the same nail salon for almost 7 years I made the switch to Herbal Nail Bar. The salon is very clean, they do amazing pedicures and Cindy is awesome.

First time here. And I have to say Im impressed so far with the services I received.

I have been coming here for years, but lately I have been very disappointed with their service and today was the last straw. During my pedicure, the nail tech sneezed multiple times all over my leg- not once washing her hands! Moving onto the manicure- she cut her hand opening a bottle and started bleeding all over my hand….no bandaid, no sanitize, nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable, disgusting, and a health hazard!!

The pedicure was great and the lady took her time and was super friendly. The lady who did my fill rushed and even missed a section on my nails. It doesn’t even look like I got a fill. They also were not filed and the edges are super sharp. After she used the drill to remove the old polish she didn’t wipe the nail dust off with water and quickly brushed them with her hand. My nails have bumps and they are not smooth like they should be.

Very clean, calming environment. Everyone there is friendly. There no bad talking from the workers when you ask to change something. Every one is super sweet and nice

Initially I thought they did a great gel manicure, however, 3 days later, the gel polish chipped. When I called to let them know about the chip and that I was heading in for a fix, the rude woman answering the phone said dont come today. We dont have time. It was 2:00 and they are open until 7:00 .They say they guarantee a gel manicure for 10 days, however, its only on their terms. Unprofessional! Dont go here! I learned the hard way!

Had a mani-pedi. I had a great pedicure and for the first time I had my nails dipped. I really liked the nails. Only problem is one popped off in less than a week.

It was a calm and relaxing pedicure. The music wasnt too loud and TV volume was muted. Also, everyone wore masks and plexiglass partitions were in place for further Covid safety. The chairs werent 6 feet apart, but about 1-2 feet. I plan on returning for my next nail appointment.

Loved the dip manicure! I havent had anyone do my nails pretty in awhile. I shop other nail places but its either crooked lines or just low quality nails. I forgot the names of my nail techs, but a young man did my nails and a beautiful young lady did my toes the same. So happy with out come.

I have been going to this nail salon for over a year now and can honestly say I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Everybody there is always so friendly and respectful. Not to mention, the quality of their services also speaks volumes. I would 10/10 recommend!

Asked for a pedicure and manicure. After the pedicure the manicure was not offered and with such a terrible pedicure I didnt care. The guy helping me spilled a bunch of wax on my sandel. Did minimal clean-up and did not mention it to me. The pedicure itself is one of the worst ones I have received.

Amazing nail salon

I went ther to get acrylics and an older lady helped me. This lady burned my skin with the drill and didn’t do a good job. I was disappointed

The worst place I have gone to for nails!! The guy that was doing them was super rude and rough. Made me feel so uncomfortable and made a scene. Do NOT step foot in this place.

I’ve only ever walked out of this salon disappointed. I came back here again after months of not going and I am so disappointed and sad about my nails. The nail tech who did my full set was very accommodating and took a lot of time to do my nails which I appreciated (the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one), but my nail shape is wrong, the polish looks sloppy and bulky overtop the acrylic, and there’s chunks of it left underneath the nail. My nail tech took the time to correct the length which again I really appreciated, but ultimately my nails did not turn out anything like how I wanted them and I paid $60 to be left unhappy. The only times I have paid this much for my nails at other salons, they’ve been perfect. I think if you’re paying this much for nails that last two weeks, they should be perfect. I have been to this salon at least 10 times now and my nails have never turned out good. The last time I was here the woman working the front desk actually suggested that I go to another salon, and said that she doesn’t even get her nails done there. I hate to write a negative review, but I have just had so many negative experiences here. I won’t be returning to this nail salon.

One of the worst nail experiences Ive had. Sloppy, unsanitary, and rude. The manicurist coughed in my face, touched his gum, and rushed through the entire service. I would not recommend.

I am from out of town and wanted an SNS fill in on my nails and they said they do not do fill ins. Then we were told 25 dollars to get a pedicure done and do the heals. After we get in the chair with our feet in the water they tell us it will be 35 dollars. That would be fine but they did not do a good job of getting the calluses off. My heels were still rough.

I love this place I always go and get my eyebrows waxed by Kim shes awesome. They can be a bit pricey for nails but they do a great job. Everyone is really nice, great customer service.

Didn’t post after one bad experience, but after two, I will not return. If they don’t want to do pedicures for men, be open about it, either charge extra, or refuse to take male customers. As a diabetic, a pedicure is a part of staying healthy, and to be charged $50 to end up not any better than I arrived is not acceptable. My pedicure was done so quickly, that the lady who was seated next to me and was having her nails painted when I arrived, was done at the same time I was. You can tell when someone makes the effort, and this place does not make the grade.That being said, Andy takes great care of my wife, and has for years, so I have to assume the issue is gender related.

First time here and Sin was awesome! I had an idea of what I wanted my nails to look like and he made them even better than what I imagined. He is really good at design ❤️ I highly recommend!

I love herbal nails and I’ve been going there every 2 weeks since November. They do beautiful nails and have good sanitation! I always request Sing or Cindy for my nails!

The establishment looks really nice and smells great. Unfortunately the man that did my nails was very mean to me and had a short temper. I asked for oval shaped nails, he gave me almond, when I told him not to make the tipsSO pointed he got angry and instead of rounding them out he made the mid mail wide, when I told him that its not what I wanted he became angry and insisted that hed done as I asked. The nails arent smooth on top, much wider than my actual nail, and almond shaped. I paid $50, Ive never paid more than $35 for a full set, the quality is poor and I was treated badly, I wont be returning.

I needed a fill for my acrylic nails. They were a little too thick and too wide. My nail tech was Sing. He was friendly and asked me what I wanted. He shortened and thinned my acrylic nails. He did a great job and my nails look great. Much more natural looking. I definitely will be going to request him again. The salon is nice and clean and does not smell like acrylic.

My wife and I have been a customer of Na’s since the day they opened the doors. Darcy only has french manicures and is VERY picky about the service and quality. Maybe attracted one the best in the trade and Darcy was always more than happy with the results. Thank you Na!

I have gone here for the past 7 year and each time they get worst. The owners work here and get a bit more greedy each time. They have gotten rid of my favorite people to charge for little things here and there. They have never done this till last time. Charged me 5 dollars for scraping of the gel I had on and charged 15 even though I brought my own gel pant

Being a hairstylist in the beauty industry I have to say that Im pretty disappointed by The herbal Nail Bar. Theres been quite a few times that weve had pretty terrible service and the manager has reached out to us once and gave us a free service with hopes that we would continue going but even then it wasnt that great. I always feel like Im being rushed but they take their sweet time. They never listen to what I want. And they can be quite rude. They take forever and Im just over it there. Id much rather go to Estrella nail salon across the street.

This is the 2nd time I have gone and I am really disappointed again. I got SNS done to my nails and they chipped after 3 days. It is very poor quality. This happened to me last time as well. I wont be back.

Do NOT go here. Its way over priced.1. They charge $6 to do your cuticles even though youre already paying for a $37 gel manicure. Seriously?! Tried to not pay for that but my cuticles looked terrible after she sanded my nails down (I think she did this on purpose) so I ended up paying for it.....2. They were out of the first 3 gel colors I picked... it took 4 color tries for her to tell me they actually had a color I had picked3. Also my nails chipped after 3.5 days. I was staying at resort so clearly not being rough on my nails during this time.4. I think they chipped because they dont cure your nails with the light when theyre done.. probably so your nails dont last as long and you come back sooner.Looks nice at first but dont be fooled, its just a typical nail salon trying to nickle and dime you while providing subpar service.

I had kelly and she did my nails slanted and they were disgusting. If I could rate a 0 I would . Kelly was so rude to me, I had to file my own nails because they were slanted and when I was filing them she said “ if they break it’s on you not me” that’s when I got up payed and left. I am definitely not going back. That has by far the worst experience I have ever had with a nail salon.

This place is disgusting! The clippers they used were sitting in someone elses nail dust. Nothing was sterile they made my nails funny shapes and it was the manager who did mine! The lady who did my pedicure was great except for after they were done grating my feet she rinsed the file and put it back in the clean utensils. Dont be fooled by how nice it looks!

They never get my toe designs right! Also when I went to pay I went to use my rewards card and use my points which I did. However my daughter moved out of state and gave me her card and they wouldnt merge the points or let me use her card instead.They made a big issue out of it! I do not feel they value my business!! These places are in every strip mall you go by so I will be going somewhere else in the future! Ill report back on my new favorite place!!

Just moved to the area and had no idea where to get my nails done. Did some research and Herbal Nail Bar had some great reviews so I went. I went in for a fill and I had THE WORST experience. My nail guy was flicking my fingers out of the way when working on one nail. I had long nails and he asked me “do you even work?” The entire time I felt angry and considered getting up and walking out w just my previous gel color removed . The separate room where you do you manicure isn’t the cleanest either. I will never be returning.

The guy Sing fixed my nails so well .. I love they way he works..and he is really talented as well. I would recommend him to anyone .. the best so far.

The last time I went here was months ago and Ill never go back. The guy that did my pedicure kept making disgusting jokes, calling the residue from a callus removal black cheese (sorry if you were eating while reading this). We told him that was disgusting and he proceeding to make the same joke three more times throughout our visit. The massage he gave my legs hurt SO badly and he even made jokes that he was being intentionally rough and that he was surprised I didnt say anything. I still cringe looking back on my experience. I would have complained but he made comments that he was the owner and none of the workers next to him tried to put a stop to his behavior so I felt it would have fallen on deaf ears. This wasnt the first time I had an uncomfortable encounter with him either. Definitely wont be returning.

I enjoyed my nail tech Steven who did a great job on both full set and pedi. What I didnt enjoy was the owner trying to rush him and kept asking if he was done yet. I got the full extended pedi and had a soak off then new set. I was there about 2 hours as expected.

Rude and unprofessional.

I am furious. I had a terrible experience. Will never return. My tech intentionally charged me over price, lied to me, and refused to straighten my nail because the last people put the tips on crooked. Ive never felt so disrespected. His I also asked him to deal with an ingrown toenail, to which he told me he had already dealt with it . All he did was cut the top of my nail . His name was Lin.Edit: they said they would refund me what I was overcharged and the tip. Its not enough because this should have never happened anyway and this man treated me like an idiot. That is afraudulent business practice if Ive ever seen one. Instead of asking me what could make it right or working with me so that I was satisfied, they try to explain to me why this happened. They seem to only be concerned with the monetary overcharge instead of how horrible my experience was outside of it.Edit 3 months after: Never recieved a refund of any type.

Worst experience ever! The guy rushed through my nails. They were uneven and bulky weren’t filled in right. I went back the next day to try and see if someone else could redo them and he got up set started yelling cut the tips of the nails off gave me my money back and told me to go else where. Everyone there was just being rude infrint if my 6 year old daughter! I would not recommend this place to anymore!

I have a friend who swears by this place, they use high quality products and not harsh chemicals. I bought a gift card easily and quickly.

My experience at this nail salon was awful! I have had SNS done many many times and understand the process it takes to be done well. I came in on a Monday evening and my nails were done in a very rushed manor. Typically there is a clear layer, 2 to 3 colored layer and a clear layer on top. During my time here he did not use clear at all and only did 2 layers of color. Once I arrive home I realized they were very thin. After 3 days one was completely cracked across so I went back to have it fixed. Their was no greeting when I walked in and I stood at the front for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally someone came to help me and proceeded to tell me that nails break but he would fix it. As we walked back he makes a comment that nails arent metal and they break, however this shouldnt happen after 3 days and with normal day to day wear. He asks if I remember the color and I told him the exact number he told me adamantly that I was wrong. Then when he realized he was wrong and that I was right he did not apologize. He also proceeded to tell me that it was slow that day and he wanted to go home. If that was the case why didnt him or the other 2 staff that werent with anyone come to greet me when I walked in? After he says he is finished and I could go he makes another comment to me that I need to stop being so rough with my nails. It was completely rude and I will not be returning to this establishment.

Been going here for a couple of months. Always usually had a good experience. I️ went recently and Sin was very rude and unprofessional. I️ asked him to make the nails even shaped and he replied with “I️ know how to do my job”. I️ went back a couple days later for him to fix my nails, due to I️t being way wider than my finger and he told me not to return back. I️DEFINITELY will not be returning !
