Had a pedi and mani.Walk in.Only one there so taken right away.Liked my white tip gel finger nails.One came off but it had been 3 weeks so it was time for another visit regardless.I had not encountered this issue from previous locations.I opted for the basic pedicure. It was enjoyable.I didnt feel like all the skin around my toe nails were being trimmed to the nitty gritty like at some places.They use a wonderfully fragrant oil infused massage/cuticle oil in a nondescript plastic squeeze tip bottle that is available for purchase for 5.00. I believe it is 8 oz.No pressure.I really enjoyed it so snagged a bottle myself.Nice perk is they offer a stamp card for discounts after so many visits.

First of all, I was late for the appointment, but they were willing to accommodate me! Thats a plus, I didnt have to wait very long, and I was over 2 hours late because my car battery died. But, when the surly man who did my manicure was told Several times please do not put a false nail on my broken nail, he did not listen, after being told three times.Also I asked him to leave my pinky nails longer, but he did not do that either! My nails are too short especially the pinky nails! and I have very short fingers. I will not go back there again for nails! Bad, horrible customer service; you need to listen to your customer, and do what they ask you to do!!

I would give 10 Stars if I could! Mary did amazing! Best set I’ve ever had ombré too! Very clean and comfortable organized and very nice, Sonny was amazing as well perfect pedicure. First time trying this salon and will be the only salon I go to going forward ❤️

I work in the area and was looking for a nail salon that was available during my lunchtime. Mary took care of me and did my full set, she was very nice and did a good job with my set so I went back after work for a pedi :)Prices are fair, salon is clean and nice atmosphere. It seemed like theres only 2 people working so maybe calling to check availability would be a good idea !

I had a great experience here this morning. Mary gave me a beautiful pedicure. She & the gentleman working there were friendly and professional. The place was clean with a relaxed atmosphere. I’ve been twice and I loved my experience both times. The prices are very fair considering what you get, especially as it pertains to the pedicures. The hot rocks are a must!! They rub them on your legs and it feels ANAZING!! I get the dip powder for my nails and it leaves my nails really strong and healthy underneath, and the colors are absolutely beautiful. The staff is very patient with me (I always bring my children) and they’re very kind. Most of all, they get the job done quickly. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. Thank you Mary for being kind to me and my children, even after one of them pulled out the light from your drying table lol.

Horrible service. I went in for a pedicure . They left me waiting for an extended period of time . When I asked what time they were going to take care of me they said 30 min she should of told me their was a long waiting time . They only had 2 people . I understand that but they need to be honest if its going to take long to get to the next customer, and not like just to keep the client in .

I just went in and had a great experience. The lady was so polite and the guy who did my nails was careful and detailed. He was fixing another person mistake. I love it and have been search for a nail place to call home.

They do good work and seem like nice people, however there is no point to schedule an appointment. You will still have to wait at least 30 mins pass the appointment start time. Most time the wait is too long and i go dwn the street on Glendale.

I got my nails done today at this nail salon and i wish i had never came here !!! my nails look so ugly ! She rushed into doing my nails, made me bleed on both my hands . i was the only customer there so there was no excuse in rushing !! What a waist of money !!! Sadly to say ive been coming here for years to wax my eyebrows and she just lost a loyal costumer . never coming back !

They are amazing! They are friendly and can get you done pretty fast if you dont want to sti all day. Also, great quality. I got a gel manicure and it lasted longer than a month!

Wow! I started coming to Model Nails end of 2013. Even after my Stroke complete right side still went back. This issue has Nothing to do with Miss Lisa or Candy.Its with the new owners. I noticed the change sometime in 2017, really didnt care for the atmosphere, but close to the house, couldnt drive. I like Pearl Tips (Used be American tips long time ago) no paint, no worries, stay shiny. End of April 2018 went in, no customers perfect, brought my tips. I know the price no worries. Wow Batman! She wasnt having it. She said no not doing it. It wont be the same. I nicely said, a yes they will I get them a lot or Gel paint, but Im going on vacation, Id like Pearl tip. Showed her my tips. She said, why dont you try the new product. ( where am I at? A dealership?) No, I dont want that.Well, Im not doing it. Look! She took her tip, my tip, glump some acrylic it them. Look, them same! You go somewhere else, theyll tell you the same.Im patient, more sentative since the stroke, but damn..So, called my ride, called my daughter, she said go to her place, I wont regret it. Splendid NailsI could say more, her actions were enough! Oh wait! My nails are Flippn Shiny!Story continues on Splendids review.All these years, sad! Yet, Its just Business!

Model Nails has been one of the best places that I have been to for getting your nails done the staff is very friendly and they try to make sure that youre happy with your nails recommend to anyone!!!!!

I got my nails done and they lasted 3 days!!! And the girl named Candy or whatever her name is was just laying down on the massage chair when there were customers waiting to be seen. I only let Lisa do mine, and even when she did mine she didnt push the cuticules back and was really rough. Again these nails lasted 3 days. I dont understand how you could let your store have such bad service. They pushed my mom into spending WAY more than she shouldve by pushing products on her. And STILL acpetced a tip. We ended up paying $90 when we were supposed to pay only $30 for the acrylics.

Never again, i came here to get my nails put back on and a pedicure. By the time my pedicure was done. I couldnt get out the front door fast enough. In the 40 minutes it took them to complete my pedi. I didnt get to relax at all, i spent the whole time listening to them try to sell me products I NEEDED! And other services that over and over i denied. Then as i was paying and she ran my card for the worst $40 pedi ive ever had, while still trying to sell me products. She handed me the slip to sign looked right at me as said this is were you put my TIP! I came here because they had a good rating and is a family run buisness... Never again. Felt like they were selling me a time share !!!!!!
