Ive been going here since theyve opened because of its location. I recently went in with my 4 year old so that I can get my eyebrows done. (Mind you, she wears a mask perfectly.) Instead of telling me nicely that I would have to be alone. (Which is fine, I wouldve came back once I had someone to watch her. I understand because of covid things have changed) BUT instead, she pointed outside and told me my 4 year old had to wait there. Not in a waiting room but outside the actual building, next to the street, out in the open, ALONE. She is 4 years old! The fact that they were ready to the me in as soon as I put her outside is disgusting. Instead, tell the customer to come back alone, I would have understood. The eyebrow room is in the back, private and away from everyone so its not an annoyance to anyone. Plus its a 10 minute procedure. Regardless, its so unethical. I left in shock and I will never go back. The front desk doesnt have the best customer service and that was the last straw.

I used to be pleased with their service. However in May 2021 I went in 3 times in 1 week in late afternoon and got denied service each time! One time it was 2 hours 15 minutes before closing! They looked me over at the doorway counter and then say “They didn’t have anyone that could help me”. I only needed a nail paint change. I pleaded. I think my job was too small for their liking and they didn’t want to take the job. Each time I asked if I could make an appointment to come back the next day. “No,We don’t take appointments for nail paint changes.”I pleaded again “how am I supposed to get my nails done by you. I’ve made three attempts to your business this week”?I had a trip coming up at the end of the week and never did end up getting my nails done by them for my trip.Very very disappointed. Horrible service.

When I am back in Miami I always go to see YoYo to get my nails done, I usually get my nails done in palm beach, no one in palm beach can do the same quality of work like YoYo, She is the best nail tech in town . she always does a phenomenal job on my nails . I am blown away how gentle and precise she is . She always does a perfect job on my nails . She deserves 10 stars rating

The last two times I’ve come my gel nails have chipped off within 5 days. Both times It was the same artist that did them. I just learned that the reason the nails don’t last because she filed my nails at the end of the service. The gel was already set and she broke the bond at the tips with the nail file. This is a very armature mistake that anyone with experience should know. Now All of my nails are lifting from the top after 5 days.

The staff are very nice, HOWEVER the owner is NOT a people person, no manner what so ever, i guess this is why they always have different people working there. otherwise the place is always clean and the staffs are nice.

My daughter, my husband and myself have been enjoying Mystic Nails for eight years! Our nail techs are YoYo, Faye, and Vanna!Over the years we have also seen a number of the other techs, when one of ours is on vacation and we just love everyone! I specifically told the nail guy, his name Chris Dang im looking for a new salon, he left my nails HORRIBLE, UNEVEN & MISSING ACRYLIC IN THE CENTER!!! Charged me 20$ more for gel polish, in less than a week, they were lifting!Also I told him, spray my nails with Alcohol before apply gel polish it ensures the color stays & the ACRYLIC wont lift .... I use to do nails, which he knew.... The punk went back and rubbed his greasy fingers on them!!!Penny wise, dollar foolish this salon...Learn the tricks!NEVERRRRRR AGAIN!!!

Where do I begin? The first time I visited this salon was a disaster! The nail technician filed the acrylics too much. Most of the nails were crooked, so I asked her to fix them, but she responded rudely. The owner of the shop then assigned a new nail technician to fix my nails. The new technician, Tommy, took two hours to fix my nails. Occasionally, I would get my pedicures or other things done with other technicians, but Tommy was my new go-to. Today, I called in to schedule an appointment for the same day with any available technician since Tommy had the day off. A few minutes later, I received a phone call from the owner of the nail spa and she informed me that my appointment was being cancelled because she knows that I frequently make appointments with Tommy. Due to the fact that I had a bad experience years ago with a technician that is no longer working there, I am not permitted to receive services from any technician other than Tommy. I told her I was comfortable with being assigned with any technician. However, she cancelled the appointment anyway. I will gladly take my money, my friends, and my family to another salon! Posh Nail Lounge is so much better anyway.

They cut my finger, didnt let me wash my hands and missed more than one spot on my nails. 0/10 would not recommend

I have been going to mystic nails every 3 weeks for over a year now. I always do my gel polish and pedicure with Evonne. She is great and my gel lasts 3-4 weeks without my nails ever chipping. She is very quiet but I dont mind it. The place always looks nice and clean especially after they remodeled it. I did eyelash extensions for the first time with Nina. She was awesome, I told her it was my first time getting extensions and she took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions I had.

Came here as a walk in for the first time and loved it! I only waited about 10 mins not even. I got tips and dip done and it came out perfect. My nail tech was super nice!! Definitely coming back!

ZERO stars. I tried giving this place a fair shake. I recommend going ELSEWHERE with your $. All that glitters is NOT gold - do not be fooled by the aesthetic. Shoddy work and bad attitudes galore. I have tried several of the staff with pedicures and dip powder tips and the work is poor quality and they want to charge for everything. My last appointment I had the color dip powder nails done and one of the tips was shorter then the rest of my nails and I pointed it out to the tech and he wanted to redo the whole nail which would require time to have the nail dissolve in acetone and I did not have time that day so he said to come back to redo it. I did come back and he handed me ticket to pay for the tip. What kind of business practice is it where you dont do the job right the first time and then you want to charge the customer to pay for it again? Unbelievable. At the end of the day whether the employee likes it or not the customer is always right especially when it comes to the service industry such as this one. Important to mention I also find the pedicure chairs uncomfortable. 🤣 Girl bye!

Mystic nails has been my go to place since moving to Pembroke Pines. Tina is the best!!! I’m extremely picky and she takes her time and is detail oriented. She wants to make sure you have the best experience and are 1000% happy.

I have been going here for a while and it seems everyone that doesn’t rushthrough my pedicure and does a professional job leaves! This was going to be my last time to try! I found Teesha wow wow she took her time she was so so pleasant to deal with and very very professional!! Didn’t want to put her name on her so next time I come she would be available! But she definitely deserves this so I feel if I didn’t that would be selfish! All I can say going to tell my friends and I will definitely go back to her!!

I came in for a full set of acrylics with almond shape and gel polish. The acrylic was bumpy which made the polish look horrible! Under my nail has chunks of acrylic that doesn’t pick off!! The shaping was so off! Each nail looked different. I called and spoke to a manger for them to tell me that the same person had to fix my nails?? Clearly the tech has no idea what he is doing. The receptionist are very unprofessional. Should have looked at the ratings before stepping foot into this spa.

Eyebrow waxing is usually good. Ive never had the same person and Im still usually satisfied with the service.

I’ve been going here for quite some time now. At first I thought maybe it was just the person that did my nails wasn’t very good but then I began to notice every employee that did my nails did a bad job. I always get gel polish and a pedi. One they never open a sanitary bag with the tools which freaks me out. Second they never paint my nail all the way to the cuticle. They always leave a gap like if they don’t want it to last. Third my nails always dry with bubbles and they never seem to care to fix it. They always look at your nails when their dry and they clearly see the bubbles and say nothing. Don’t waste your money here.. they obviously don’t care about their customers.

I have been doing my nails with Yuyu for about 6 months and shes great.I recommend appointments.

They cover the foot wash tubs in plastic right infront of you, loved this detail! Makes me feel good knowing that health measures were taken.This place gets packed fast! Come before 12pm for less wait time.

After reading some negative reviews I had to write my own. I have been going to Mystic Nails for about seven years and really love this place. I have had acrylics, gel polish, pedicures, waxing and I am always happy with my services. I have been serviced by almost all of the nail techs and each of them have been super nice and have done a great job. My daughter has been coming with me since shes about one and is always made to feel welcome. The decor is beautiful and very clean. I think the people who wrote a negative review must have mystic nails confused with someplace else! I highly recommend Mystic Nails.

I’ve been to this nail salon many times in the past and haven’t had many problems, but i always leave with my nails not the right shape of the nail or the polish finishes bumpy or bubbly and it just doesn’t look good. But recently I’ve been having so much trouble just trying to get my nails done at all. They lie about the wait time and they refused to service me because I broke a nail. I will not be returning and do not recommend this nail salon they are very inconsiderate of your time and rush through your nails and they don’t even look good it’s not worth the money honestly. go somewhere else where they actually care. If I could give zero stars I would.

They called me 2 minutes prior to my daughters appointment to tell me they made a mistake and double booked. Then they insisted that she see a nail tech other than the one we booked. I was willing to accept that but I asked if they were going to provide a discount for the inconvenience. I was told by the manager Cynthia that there was nothing they could do. Makes me question if she is really the manager. If so, she needs to work on her managerial and customer service skills.

Do they all hate their job or what ? don t they realize they have a job because customers go there and if not treated well they won t go anymore ?? The day i went the stentch from the acrylic nails was horrible, it gave me a headache . i feel sorry for the pregnant women that work there, they don t know what they are doing to their unborn child.I did not like my experience overall and wouldn t recommend it to anybody else. I got attracted by the decor, it s pretty but once you interact with the employees, it all goes south.

I got a set of acrylics done here and have gotten them done here before but this time they came out horribly. The man rushed through with painting my nails. they look terribly done i have air bubbles in majority of them and you can see the first coat because he did not paint the nails correctly! i had to go back to fix them after they were done and they still come out ugly..would not recommend coming here.

I would be very careful getting your nails done here. I got a really bad infection in my big toe. It started the day after I went and got a pedicure there. My big tow was double the size and it took weeks for it to clear up.I noticed while I was there that it wasnt clean, plus the receptionist was yelling at some of the staff about health board regulations, fines and keeping their stations clean. If I hadnt been half way through the pedicure already, I would have walked out.

Probably the worst pedicure Ive had and management doesnt seemed to do anything but make exuses for her employees. This place has really gone down the drain and Ive been a loyal client for over 3 years. Sad to say Ill be choosing another nail salon in the area where I know I get the service I pay for.

Only giving 2 stars because the service was ok. Receptionist who worked morning of 2/27 had the personality of a bag of wet laundry. No smile. Seemed like she hated being there. Maybe she was having an off day or something, but didnt make the experience nice. When you are the face of the business, you should smile and be pleasant. Wont be returning.

Well I would have liked for them to paint all my nails evenly and completely not half done with the whole back of my toe unpainted trying to avoid cleaning around. Besides that they wait for any little thing to tax you on. I didnt get a French so why the extras? No massages on the legs and the scrub mixed with the calluses liquid burns. They clame spa in theyre name. My toes look horrible a week in... save your money and time.

The girls are the front counter are just so snooty and stuck up and I only allowed that treatment because I liked the guy that has been doing my nails. Usually I come in for gel acyl... usually 30$ maybe $35.. I went in yesterday for ombre gels.. instead of telling me... hey its going to be more than double he just does my nails... I go to pay ... $65 dollars.. its robbery... Plenty of other places that charge way better. im sorry mystic your out. Had my nails done about to two weeks ago and I did the dip and two weeks laters my nails are cracking. I have done dip before at another salon and it has last for about 6 weeks. Not going back here.

Went there for a nail maintenance, you know keep them clean out and I completely got my nails butchered, I would have rather have done it myself and Im a guy. They still charged me 15$. Staff doesnt know how to communicate properly with clients in terms of what they want. Very bad service with unqualified employes. I think they look worse than when I chew my nails off.

The nail tech YOYO very rude. Accusing someone in public of not paying the last time they were there. How bad is that for an employee to do that. No class. They should have put the person aside and asked or investigated the incident before accusing the person. They should have called the cops on the employee and accused her of harassment. Terrible. They should fire the employee. YOYO.So if anyone goes there beware of YOYO.

Good manicurist, however the front desk is clueless, after being a client for over 2 years, called in to confirm time of appt, was told that my appt was for the following day, I even questioned the person because I know that my manicurist does not work on Thurs was told that it was on that day, only to find out that she does not. First time coming to the salon without appointment. The place looks very very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. They have a huge variety of colors. I had done mani gel and pedi. I was very happy with the service. Ill def coming back. I noticed they have a lot more services than just nails. And also they have wine, mimosas and beer avaible to buy. Highly recommend this place! Very very poor service, i made appointment and went their twice because yesterday i waited 15 minuets (4:30 to 4:45) my appointment time was at 4:30pm. Then the person said need 20 more minutes finish his current appointment, he saked me tgat i want to reschedule i said okay and said 3 pm today. Just now I went there they said it is not scheduled in the system. I have no clue how they work. Please our time is valuable if can’t accommodate ring our phone, don’t wait until customers walk in.so I don’t understand the point of appointment. The reason why i am choosy i have been here many time most of their service people are horrible, after you spend money and when u look at nails horrible. The only one person do good job as far as i know. I don’t usually complain and do reviews because I know the stress of business and i respect thise who do business,this is too bad.

First time visit and LAST!!!! Staff members speak Chinese between them all the time in front of you, and most of them were cold and rude people. I was not explained the options or giving suggestions, my nails lady barely made Eye contact with me or speak to me.The questions I had about the different techniques they use were answered by a nice lady next to me which seems to be a regular customer, since she noticed that I was having a hard time communicating with the nails lady a very rude young woman with short blonde hair. Her accent was bad, I had a rough time trying to understand her or make her understand me and I am not discriminating, I am an immigrant as well and I have an accent but since I am on the sales business I always strive to help my customers as much as I can besides the language barrier.On top of not doing what I wanted she got bothered when I asked why she was doing something totally different of what I have asked for, and suddenly started mumbling with the coworker next to her who interrupted trying to help.SHE BARELY SPEAK after polishing my nails and without talking to me decided to grab her utensils box and leave along to the Pedi station on the back without not even attempt to help me carry my purse since my nails were wet or at least show me the way since it was my first visit.She just walked to the pedicure station in the back without even tell me : this way or please follow me, or nothing else. After I followed her she saw that the shoes I was wearing were tied to the ankle and she not even made an attempt or move to help me take off my shoes. I can explain how uncomfortable I felt, I was counting to 100 in order to not tell her what she really deserved. Chinese people take business for granted.Their philosophy and work ethics are based in QUANTITY OVER QUALITY.Please do not go to this place even if you are in a rush like me, you will regret it, pay attention to the reviews people!!!

I needed to get my nails done and I did not have a big selection as to where I would get my nails done since hurricane Irma hit Florida so I decided to come here. I have been to them before their renovation and was not extremely happy with the results but since they did the renovation I decided to give them another shot. I gat gel mani and a pedi. Everything was normal I notice the polish on my toes was already old but I didnt say anything then I did my mani I was instructed to wash my hands I did so as I have done in EVERY SINGLE OTHER SALON I HAVE BEEN TO, without soap. When the nail tech finished my gel died with bumps on every single nail. The manager offered to fix it and she fixed the bumps but I had nail polish on my cuticle still. As she was fixing my hands the passive aggressively told me it was common sense to always was your hands with soap and the other clients told her. She continued to tell me that from now on when I go there I must do that(not that I ever will). She kept saying it was common sense as if I lacked common sense she didnt even apologize for the horrible job or that I was in that salon for over two hours. I mean at least have the decency to treat your customers with respect!

Fei and lois are amazing.. Both girls do beautiful work.. And lois works her magic to have gels last almost 4 weeks. I dont go anywhere else.

Very bad service by Ana. She was very rude. Seemed to not want to be there. Sat me at the nail dryer but it was not even on until I asked someone else to turn it on. The girl at the front made a lot of excuses for the poor service. Expensive but they dont care about complaints!

CRIMINALS, I told them I wanted gel polish when I was done the tech charged me for a full manicure, I complained to the manager who told me it would be $20 before my service for the gel polish then still charged me $30.when I complained they put the blame on me. Nails were lumpy and unshapely the worst I have ever gotten done. Stay away from this place.

They treated me like crap mind you you are suppose to go there to relax and get a GOOD mani and pedi! I want my money back but I rather not have to deal with them again. I paid cash which was the worst mistake. They treat you fast, cut at cuticles like if they are cutting paper! In addition, they arent even sanitizing their equipment!!! Its truly the worst experience I have had in a while... Usually the Asian places are fast but good, treat you at least cordially and know what they are doing! What a bad decision to get my mani & pedi done there. I was in a hurry and just walked in but any other day I rather do it myself than catch a decease or bad treatment and work.
