This used to be my go-to spot always had my nails on point. I dont know what happened if ownership changed because I have not seen Mimi in a while and half the time I go by this place theyre closed and I have a gift certificate that I need to redeem but I guess they just open whenever they feel like opening I definitely would like to know if management has changed and opinions on New Management if thats the case. Im not going to waste a gift certificate under the impression that Im going to the nail salon I always went to because I dont recognize any faces and a salon anymore, prior to all of this absolutely no complaints whatsoever me and my girls would go every two weeks and they knew our names if my kids didnt come they would ask about my children by their names that means a lot with customer service. Now any child under the age of 12 is unable to go in that nail salon. I would love to hear what anyone has to say about management or what is going on with this place. Need my nails done and eyelashes done but I dont just trust anyone, I trust Mimi!!!

Im not sure of the guys name that did my nails. I showed him a picture of what I wanted which included nail art. He did his own thing with out even asking if thats okay. I was somewhat okay with it, but Im normally not one to complain. The table was sticky. Some of my nails are crooked. He missed portions of my nails with the dip powder and he saw it that. I was waiting for him to fix it, and he didnt. So I had to say something. And he left my fingers dirty from the dip and gel, didnt even offer to clean it off.

This company was such a dissapointment in regards to how they treat their customers. I went to get a full set with a nail tech name Sophia. Upon getting there I showed several pictures of what I wanted and after so call giving me time to look she advised of a price for a design. She advised it would be a $100. I advised due to my budget ill try another style she started to appear annoyed she didnt even try to at least put forth effort to assist or suggest a nail design. Upon doing my nails she stated to me that she will only be doing long nails moving forward. She finished my nails and I was advised of my total at the front which was higher than expected. I politely paid and walked out. To my surprise I tried to schedule an appointment though their online portal and it appears I was blocked. I have never been rude or out of line to any of the workers and I felt it was utterly rude to block me for no apparent reason. I rather take my money elsewhere to a more professional and welcoming environment. Horible Horrible spend your money elsewhere not with them.

Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service skills. Went there to get my nails done and got a version of what I ask for vs what I got, then to make matters worse I ask if someone could do my daughters nails they said sure and let this older lady in the shop do them when she was done she had cut my daughters nails way too short and there was polish missing from parts of her nails it look like my child had done them myself. When I complained they said oh well she doesn’t really do nails so why would you allow her to do my child’s nails if she doesn’t do nails, and then tried to make me pay for it.

Tried to walk in, and the young lady shouting from under her mask at me after the gentleman at the front desk said I could make an appointment to return turned me off from even getting my nails done. I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend if a friendly environment is what you’re looking for.

This Place Website Was Down. Therefore, I Called And Scheduled An10:30am Appointment With SOPHIA. When I Arrived SOPHIA Advised That She Never Scheduled My Appointment And For Me To Try The Website Again For Another Day. Not To Mention She’s Young So The Unprofessionalism She Provided I Kind Of Shook It Off…..Now I Know Why I Stop Going To This Place When They Was In The Pembroke Lakes Mall. They Need To Do Better.

I WOULD NOT recommend this place since under the new management.!! They are very rude and unprofessional you pay all this money nails and polish only for them to break and polish chip after 4 days unacceptable... Instead of fixing their mistake you already paid for they want to charge you more.. Smfh Save your time and money...!

This place isn’t for you if you like your nails simple. Because I wasn’t getting any major design on my nails, the nail tech rushed my nails and they broke within 2 days. I have gotten refills for years and if you do them right they don’t break but because this nail tech didn’t care to take her time my nails broke. On top of that when I went to get them fixed she blamed me and charged me.

Mimi cant go back to Vietnam on anymore vacations!!! Nah she deserves the annual trips. I was just so annoyed the last few weeks in July with 1 of the 2 male nail techs. The older gentleman (who smokes or vapes) is sweet and calm but mannnn he doesnt ever buff the acryclic down to the cuticle so I end up with this ridge/lip when my nails start to grow out. It snags on my hair, my lace and anything else it can catch! Otherwise this is my go to spot when I get off work because theyre still open and that works for me. Five years coming and here and Im just going to wait for Mimi or the lady closest to the polish wall to free up!

Horrible place, first they need someone that can speak English and understand what you want and like, all they do is smile, say yes, yes and speak their language.I called twice and went by once, I love designs, the owner said yes we do them, get there the guy that did my nails doesnt do designs per him nor do them.. I stopped and turned to the owner who said bring picture we do it.Picture shown horrible design, one hand has thick lines, the other one thin, one hand has 5 stripes, the other 3. HORRIBLE.I didnt even tip the lady that did them.Chewing her gum, talking her language and did not even acknowledged I was sitting there and did not even looked up to asked me if I was happy?Good luck going there, they suck.Regarding pedicures, true they do not drain the water and use new one to rinse your feet. Just had my nails done with Pha. She is great! Definitely I will be coming back to Mimi Nails and will be asking for Pha again. I dont know how to post a picture here but I will do it on my FB page so all my friends can see it.

Ive been going here for 4 years but now that Mimi is out of the country for 3 weeks the guys are slacking. I have full gel and in 3 days I can already see Im going to have a lip and clump of acrylic at my cuticle area when these grow out. This is now my 3rd time having to go to the guys and both have issues with shaping. Last month I had bubbles in the gel. Mimi come back from Nam gurl!!!!

HORRIBLE job on pedicure. Than when I told the guy it wasnt dont right, look at all the dead skin he said he did it already. Owner just laughed about the situation instead of helping.

Didnt do a good job. Pedicure was done mostly outside of the foot bath, and only rinsed my feet in it. There was no massage or callous removal. No soaking or bubbles. They didnt seem to know how to do designs and really didnt seem to care how I wanted my nails done and rushed me. I will not be going back.

I love the way my nails turned out and they last! I will return for sure.

They are always speaking in Vietnamese which I dont know if they are talking about the customers. The owner mim is not friendly at all.

Got gel set and they were so messy and uneven. People asked where I did them they even said they are not done properly. Pedi horrible they dont even use clean water to rinse the feet nothing added to the water.

No profesional at all. I made an appointment and when I arrived the girl in the front told me to take a sit for 5 minutes and then told me they have a party and that she couldnt do my nails or any of the employees because they decide to party. I even left an hour before my work to make this appointment.

I have been going to the nail salon for for a little over 5 months and the 1st couple times I was so happy. However the Last maybe 3 times my nails have been less than satisfactory. Im not a big complainer I know that they work hard so I have not made a comment. But this last time I was so upset I felt like crying. I wrote to them via Instagram to let them know how I felt about this last visit. And I was basically told They look fine and Im overreacting. I was not looking for a refund but the nails look bad. when I went to go pay for my nails the gel was not even dry and I had to ask her to redo one of the nails because it was so tacky. My thumb looks disfigured. And every nail is shaped differently. She was more concerned with keeping her nails in her nails intact then she was with shaping my nails. We went back-and-forth in the Instagram Dms. Where they told me if I wasnt happy then dont come back and waste their time, Since other people are waiting to get their nails done. I am a faithful customer and I have always recommended them to all of my friends however the way that they reacted to Was entirely unprofessional.. Especially since I did not choose to be disrespectful or make a scene in their place of business. instead I chose to privately message them to let them know how I felt. Im posting the screenshots of our conversation. After my last comment I wrote about leaving a review. They did answer Leave a review we have plenty of bad reviews but were still hot 🔥 They quickly deleted that comment So I wasnt able to screenshot it. They posted a picture of my nails on their story As if to prove a point. Ive never in my life had such a bad customer service. Needless to say if youre reading this review I do not recommend going to this nail salon.
