Unfortunately, everyone in this place is really rude. I asked about prices and the individual I spoke to was very condescending and made me feel as though my questions were unreasonable. I had to explain that Ive never been there before and had no idea what anything cost. I had my hands sitting in a bowl of acetone for a duration long enough that my nail beds became sore. To add, the man doing my nails was being so rough I had to ask him to try to be more gentle because it became painful. Later, I politely asked the man doing my pedicure to clean up the nail polish that got all over my feet. Biggest red flag is that they don’t clean their utensils properly in between each customer. I’d recommend not going here.First and last time I will be there.

This will be my new spot for my nails. Read all the reviews and gave it a try. William did my daughter’s nails and he was great. They were chatting and she felt comfortable. Her nails were well done and beautiful. I had Kim do my nails and she put an extra coat noticing that it needed it. Very concerned about cleanliness. Great conversation, not too much. They put emphasis on being on time and I appreciated that. See y’all soon.

I always book my appt with Willie, and he is always on time. Very professional and knowledgeable and aware about the latest trends and colors in nails. Willi and the other staff members always welcome and great me with a warm smile. The salon is clean and always have cold bottled water to service clients. I strongly recommend Q-Hair & Nail Salon.

To be honest, i like the work of the workers here but they are just generally rude, especially Kim. They also raised their prices when they do the same as other salons. I won’t be supporting this salon anymore✌🏻

I had my hair done today with Lisa. Root touch up, Botox hair treatment, and hair cut and my hair is absolutely beauty! I love going to Q-Hair Salon they have very reasonable price which will not break your wallet everyone has a great personality. They are very attentive as what you want and willing to help. A very friendly atmosphere.

Love this place! All techs are very good at their job, but my fav is Willy. I like that the appointment times are followed so there is no hanging out. You go in get your stuff done and get out. Convenient for a person with a busy schedule. Also they have Covid prevention measures in place. Overall a great experience.

The staff is very friendly, environment is very clean. The man who did my nails (sorry, didn’t get his name) was quick but careful and did a beautiful job on my nails. Will definitely be returning.

I shared good review before but I am back to share another, just give them time as soon as they get use to you they start getting comfortable and shout at you if you are a little late for your appointment, I was embarrassed and walked out I will never go back to this place it was so bad it brought tears to my eyes.

Best nail salon in town, very professional and friendly. I’ve been coming here for over 6 years. They always keep my nails fresh. I must say they are super clean as well, which is very important for me. I always leave satisfied.

I found someone here who I was happy with, did nails well and a better pedicure. Went there religiously every 2 weeks for 4 months. Last time I visited, had been to the gym and forgot to grab my purse from gym bag. I had to leave my phone as proof that I would return with money. Needless to say, I never went back after this humiliating experience. Word to this small family owned business, Take note of your customers

I just left this nail shop. Ive been coming here for the past few months. First, customers are not greeted with the same enthusiasm as some. Upon my visit I was not greeted. I was simply told to choose a color. Before paying I asked questions about the cost of service and was given an answer very rudely and short answer. This is my last time patronizing this place. Some lack customer service and they are very rude. Money hungry without quality service.

Paid $50 for a gel mani pedi that started peeling at the top and bottom corners only 4 days in. Had to go back and show them how bad they were. They re did them because they were undeniably bad. I left thinking it would last this time but i was wrong. Not even a week later 3 of the nails were peeling again.I called to complain because I dont have time to be going every week to do my nails. If i did wouldnt be getting gel done....they were super rude, blaming me for the nails peeling. Long story short, never going to waste my money at this place again and I highly suggest you dont either.

This shop is very rude, and only care about money and not care of customers. If you see good reviews, it have to be people that this shop knows, because this shop have the poorest customer service and not a clean location. They are not sanitary with their products. I noticed this shop very desperate for money, and not how a customer feels about their service. I observed a customer asking shop to fix something they didnt like and being treated rude. I will not recommend this shop to anyone!

This place was great when you first walk in ....and as they started just got worse it doesnt even look like they cleaned their utensils. I got a regular manicure and pedicure since gel doesnt agree with my body. And less then 24 hours later my nails are chipped and peeling off. I call them and they cant re fix since it isnt gel I have gotten my nails done many time throughout my life and never had issues with nails peeling less than 24 hours later. So angry going on vacation tom morning and have to spend more money and time fixing a mistake that shouldnt have happened in the first place.DON EVER GO HERE......

I like this place ! Everyone working there of course is not friendly but ask for willy mimi or the other lady besides the owner kim . They are reasonable in prices and never had a problem with fungus or infections here . Its tru sometimes they do cater to other ppl better but put ur foot down and speak up i always do when i dont think its fair . Only thing i dont like is that they dont have someone who specializes in nail art .Tips - bring headphones-cash only tipAtm is on site- there is eyelash extension not individual cluster-kim does waxing

I have used almost all of the nail techs at this salon, Mimi, Bibi, Willie, Kim and Brian. I use will the most now and he is amazing and over the 8 years that I have been coming here the family knows my daughter and myself by name. They have always fixed any issues if I had any when it comes to our nails and they also doing good waxing services. I am very picky when it comes to beauty services and I am pleased.
