Never again. Yesterday was my first time there, the nail tech did a horrible job. First of all, I paid for one of their pedicure spa packages. She didn’t give me a foot massage. Then I asked for a simple manicure design. She did a horrible job. Her next client was there so she didn’t even ask me what I thought about them. Before I could even grab my purse her next customer was ready to sit. The following morning I GO BACK because the white color had already fallen. It’s gel mind you, so it shouldn’t be coming off like that. She’s there again and she “fixes” my nails. They look EMBARRASSINGLY bad. I’m going to get them fixed somewhere else. I will NEVER go back there. The photo of the pink nails is the design that I wanted. The photo of the black nails is what I got.

Amazing salon! Tommy was great, so funny, and everyone was professional and sweet. Salon is very clean, high end, with fair prices. Great location with tons of parking. My pedicure was great and my dip manicure turned out beautifully.

On time! Very professional nail lady doesn’t talk much which i like. I went to Jennifer for a manicure fix that i got from another location that did the worst dip powder on me. Jen soaked my nails and redid my whole manicure left me clean and fresh. The spot has good color options as well. I got my nails done on August 7 before going on a cruise. That evening at the airport the polish on my nails begun to peel. I could not believe it. The next day the polish on most of my nails kept peeling. I had to go to the salon on the cruise ship to get a polish change. This was on August 8. One day after getting them done. I had to now pay 30.00 to get a polish change.When I returned home on 8/16 from my trip, I went to Paradise Nails to tell them what happened. There was no remorse. It was like they did not care that my cruise was almost ruined and that I had to pay again to do my nails. The lady just said Kevin is not here. Did that matter. I should have been offered an apology and a refund. My trip was almost ruined.

Ive been going to this place for about 2 years now and theyre amazing. Tiana is my absolute favorite and I ONLY go to her. Shes quick, but does an extremely good job for a really good price and shes so nice. You do have to make an appointment with her though because shes always booked and people love her. My nails always look on point. If youre thinking about going here definitely do it.

Horrible service and rude staff. Been sitting here for 30 min in the pedicure chair and not one person has acknowledged our existence. Ready to walk out. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced - we walked out. “Im sorry guys we are backed up and our guys do not do guys!” Really then don’t take the damn appointment. Staff was in the back hanging out. Do not waste your money or time.

Great visit, now my new place to regularly get my pedicure and manicure.Tommie definitely my go to guy for my nails and Kim does fantastic work on my hooves...I mean feet.(Thats how bad my feet get)...but I walk outta there feeling confident!!

Jennifer was AMAZING!!! She gave me the best pedicure ever. She is very fast and thorough! I’m a nail tech myself licensed in two states and i have always done my own nails but paid for pedicures. She follows all the rules and gives your feet a beautiful NEW LOOK!! I’m so happy i found my tech 🤗🤗 ASk FOR JENNIFER !!

BEWARE of nickel and diming... Staff performed a decent job based on normal standards expected BUT seemed only concerned with doing the MINIMUM efforts required. Wanted to upcharge on everything! More concerned with squeezing as much money as possible rather than acquiring repeat business.

Man at front desk is rude. The lady did a good job on nails but I spent a lot of money for him to be rude.

First time here: great, courteous service, nice atmosphere, my paws and claws came out exactly how I wanted, and they have amazing pedicure choices! Rachel was my nail tech and she was awesome! Will definitely be back again! 😄💅🏼👍🏽😁

Customer service is horrible, front desk always charges you different each time, even though I always get the same service the price changes every time and it’s always higher. The only nice person that gives good service is the lady in the first table. Which is why I give it a 3 star, only because of her. Everyone else does a terrible job and is extremely rude and aggressive. Holds your fingers and hand so hard that it leaves your fingers numb. You should really improve your customer service. I tipped the employee and I didn’t even receive a thank you, only a dirty look. I don’t recommend this place, I’m never going back.

I went in for a Dip manicure (first time with Dip) and a regular pedicure. The nail tech that was assigned to me was the only guy there. I was completely grossed out that he didn’t wash his hands at first and his desk was so messy with the ash of nails every where. Half way in another customer walks in that I assume that knows him and he started rushing with my nails. Telling the woman to wait 10 mins when he never put the dip on. I was visibly upset as he continued to rush with my nails. Then when he was finished he left me there to wait for another nail tech to finish with their client to do my toes so that he could assist the customer in which he told to wait.I left paying $40 for a rushed service.

Listen, I got my nails done there a week ago. In total I paid 140.00 dollars. Within 3 days of getting my nails done 2 nails chipped and 1 cracked in half. IT WAS DIP POWDER AND THATS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE TO ME SO NO IT ISNT MY NAILS. I went back and the lady in the second table filed them. I told her she needed to redo them but she only redid the thumb and it looked like I had a wad of gum on my nail. 2 days after I had already went back to get them fixed 5 of my nails are chipped and cracked. One of which separated completely from my nail. Most likely due to the fact that she filled them when I went back trying to fix them rather than her actually redoing them. I wouldn’t recommend this place. At all. Go somewhere else where you can actually get what you pay for.

I just had my nails done there with Jennifer she was awesome I told I wanted almond and she nailed it. The salon is asking to take your temperature and to wash your hands even before they start, I felt so safe. I loved the service it was so relaxing I drive quite a distance to go here. Its so clean and professional. I reccomend you make an appointment.Edit:I just went back after months being away due to work they still have the greatest costumer service every I loved Tan she so insightful and Jennifer did my eyebrows she never fails to impress. I love this place it was so clean even i after o havent gone in months they still go the extra mile.

Don’t waste your time, absolutely disappointed with this place, I made my appointment at 11:45 am, it was 12:20 and nobody taking care of me, I asked to the guy from the front desk which is absolutely rude, and his answer was “you have to wait to somebody to finish”, there’s no way to make an appointment to any place and you have to wait 30 minutes to be attended.

Love this salon! They did a great job on my mani pedi. Super friendly and relaxing.

I went into this establishment on January 14th with a friend. I was taking there as a gift and got a full set. I assumed that I would get a relaxing pedicure and manicure but I was fooled. Taina did my nails and she cut my fingers with her drill due to the fact that she was moving so fast. When I went to get my pedicure done they sent me to a tech that also damaged my feet. She scrubbed my feet so hard and fast it made my feet feel tender and raw. If it’s possible to upload a photo you will see my feet literally 6 days later. When I went back to ask them could they help with what happened I was disrespected and made to feel like it was my fault. This establishment is so unprofessional and I don’t recommend anyone visiting. They refused to help me and started yelling at me infront of their customers. I was embarrassed and honestly hurt.

Let’s keep it short. Walked in and out without anyone even acknowledging we where waiting for service. Simply don’t waste your time.

Love this place! Started going there Dec 2020. I was serviced by Hai, he does great work. Tried out another nail tech Tiana, just for fun, and WOW, amazing work!! I had read reviews on her being amazing and indeed she is! I’m very particular on how I like my nails done and they’ve both done quality work! Very professional and courteous as well. Started to follow Tiana on IG (218Tiana) so I can really see her other work and I’m blown away. Their cleanliness is also a great plus especially with COVID and all. Also did my eyebrows with Jenny, also very good! I am definitely a happy customer and will continue to go.

Im a bit conflicted. My reason for three stars . They dont clean the station they work on after taking a client, nor clean the seats after a client has sat on the pedicure station. So its a bit confusing you make me wash my hands and take my temperature but your employees dont wash there hands, clean there station nor pedicures station!?Now my nails always come out great but I always leave with nail polish residue on my hands and feet. I just think some minor changes would help. One these things change though I know they get alot of clients pretty sure it would increase. But what do I know lol.Suggestions-Playing relaxing musicHave workers clean stations and wash their own hands .And making sure your client doesnt have lumpy polish, side of nails not paintedand no polish under the toes and side of fingers .

First time here - sister reccomended them highly. Im allergic to all the fresh fruit citrus pedicures but they did have a mint lavender one I tried. Jimmy is a great masseuse. Been to quite a few in Broward..they do a lot of pampering for the $40 one. And I did have quite a few calluses going in since Im always working and never have time for me. I give them 5 stars.

I have tried many places in the Pembroke Pines area and have been very happy with my care at Paradise nails. The front desk gentleman is very courteous and is always accommodating my schedule for an appointment. I have had my nails done with 3 people and have always been happy with the results.I now only go to Taylor who has an impeccable attention for detail and I can’t speak highly enough of her ability to work with me to get what I want for my manicure.

DO NOT DO YOUR LASHES HERE!I am not one to write reviews but i cannot let someone go through what I have been through.These people use permanent wig glue on your lash extensions!!!!!!! I suffered from an eye infection and lost a lot of my real eyelashes. I went 2-weeks after I got them done to get them remove by them and they weren’t even able to remove them, the lady kept putting a solution that would burn my eyes and she kept pulling on my eyelashes very hard, I don’t have any knowledge with eyelash expression I am 110% this is not the proper way to remove eyelash extension. It was the worst experience I have ever experienced with eyelash extensions. Do not recommend. Stick to doing nails and pedicure.

First time ever doing a review and im doing it for TIANA! she always has suggestions on how my nails can look better and makes sure she perfects whatever minor defect she sees. i always had problems in the past with my nails not lasting with other nail techs or my nails were looking lumpy / not shaped nicely but since coming to paradise letting tiana do my nails, i have no complaints. Shes great!

Literally the worse job Ive ever had on my nails. The guy hurt me twice and burned me twice. Had to keep stopping to tell him to fix something and it still ended up sloppy. And on top of that had the audacity to charge me full price which was actually 5 dollars more than what I was told on the phone. Someone else at the same time was complaining about her nails too. Now Im wondering if all these five star reviews are real or are by people whove never gotten their nails done before. You can see in the photo the edge of my index and pinky the two little red spots are where he cut me. You can also see how sloppy it is.

Ive been going to Paradise Nails for a few years now and have never had a problem with their service. The manager is very professional and always takes care of his loyal customers. All the technicians do very good work. Although they get really busy, the manager always manages to make sure you arent waiting long even if you have no appt.

Icy is one of the best nail technicians Ive ever had! She delivers first class services that are above and beyond expectations. I notices there’s a lot of negative comments about the person who picks up the phone who sounds like the owner/manager and I agree with the other negative comments. The conversation started out awkward since he thought I was spying on their business. But that wasn’t the case I am new to the area and needed a new local spot, I’m glad I’m able to confirm if the bad reviews are true or not & they are.

The nail spa is decorated nicely and they have calm relaxing music playing.My spouse and I went here for the first time today and we had a great pedicure experience! The two ladies that worked on our feet where friendly and accommodating and we each left getting what we wanted. My polish looks great!We went on a Tuesday evening and it wasnt really busy, so it was fairly quiet in the shop, so it was really relaxing. I will be going back again!

Im in love with the services here! The tech makes sure youre comfortable and they are really gentle! The nail tech working on me was a pro and focus throughout my manicure. Didnt cut me once. After she was done, my nails looked absolutely fabulous! Definitely going to see me here again for sure!

I love this place!I have been a loyal customer for about 2 years and they never disappoint. Kevin at the desk is warm and helpful-always remembers your name and welcomes you. Tan is my nail specialist. She never makes me wait and knows exactly what I want. She is extremely professional and funny at the same time. I make sure to visit her every two weeks and always look forward to it. The spa is clean and the staff friendly. Make this your nail spot-you wont regret it!

Loved my experience. Not many places do next gen dip really well. Yet Paradise Rachel was amazing. I showed her an ombré French oval picture and she delivered perfectly! A perfectionist.... Kim did my pedicure and she was also so great! Cant wait to come back.

My nails came out OK . At least two of my nails are uneven and yes it is noticeable . I also was up charged . I went in to get Dip powder nails done with being told it was $35.... I go to pay and get charged $47 because they “ cut cuticles too “ which I NEVER asked for . The nail tech who did my nails was nice but will I be going back here ? Probably not .

Really great service! Come here every two weeks. Today a customer came in and was causing an unnecessary scene. Even with the way the customer was acting, they had great customer service. Especially Tan, she treated the customer with respect and explained everything to her. The customer then thanked her for explaining and calmed down. Tan did my nails really good. Love her and Ken! Ive come here on and off for years. Never really been too happy with the quality. Last weekend went for dip manicure, had to pay 5.00 extra to have my cuticles cut, isnt that the manicure part of a dip manicure? Regardless, we continue, instantly i could tell things were not good with the application, addressed it with the manicurist, she assured she would fix. Lets just say, i was back at the salon the next day because 3 nails were already lifting, they put me with the SAME manicurist!! One week later i only have 4 dip nails remaining because the others lifted so badly they ripped off getting caught on my hair. Dont waste your money, there are too many options.

I just had my nails done; full UV gel style and I love my nails. The young lady not only help select the perfect color for my wedding event; she could have done the entire process with her eyes closed; thats how good she is. My highest rating.

I took my 7 year old son with me and he said he was going to be so bored while I got a pedicure. He ended up wanting a pedicure with me and he said it was so awesome and I shouldnt have kept pedicures a secret for 7 years! 😂 The staff were wonderful to both of us and our feet feel FANTASTIC! We will definitely be back!

Today was my first time there and I must say it was an amazing experience. The best leg massage ever! And very a friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere and I cant wait till my next visit.

I’ve been coming to this place for 3 years and everyone is always so nice. The place doesn’t smell like acrylics, which i hate. My new nail tech Lee is fantastic. Attention to detail. I got so many compliments on my manicure and they are never aggressive about using their products. I bring my own gel coat and they use it with a smile always with never any pushback.

OMG, I never seen, some one as rude and this person who Im paying to do my nails, She drill so hard and ruff as hell. Not even an Im sorry. She looked like she didnt want to pplwork. Worst experience ever.. non of them make you feel welcome at all. Her demeanor shows on homework.

I always have a great experience here! They are under new management, they are very friendly and professional. I call ahead for an appointment and am seen right away at arrival, no mater how busy they are with walk-ins. The technicians are skilled and I am happy with my callous and cutical care. I would recommend this location to all.

I’ve been going here since they opened 3+ years! Just found out business was sold. New owners. That explains why my pedicures have gone down hill. Pay more, get less. New people didn’t have the color I wanted so pushed another. NOT what I wanted. Then made the nail look so thick I look like a man in drag! I will not go back.

This place is somrtimes great sometimes awful. Hence the 3 stars. The ambiance is lovely and smells nice, very clean. However when you make an appointment they always tell me come earlier if you can so I comply. Only to be sitting in a pedicure chair for 30 minutes, taking you well past the original time you requested. I dont blame the staff however, they are very attentive and do their best. The managers/owners just want the extra money over booking and such. The services themselves are nice and well priced however not all techs are created equal. Your nails could look gorgeous for two weeks or disgusting hours later. Its Russian roulette. Over all I would recommend because its one of the better spots around, but a little too inconsistent for my liking

Tan is the best! She is very friendly and makes sure you are very comfortable. I had the paradise pedicure that comes with three different massage creams AND fresh cool oranges! It feels amazing!

While you walk in and the place looks very nice and clean, the greeter and nail techs were kind of shady about pushing the more expensive gel polish on ALL of their new customers, myself included. I asked for a full set of gel acrylics and they were trying to insinuate that I had requested gel polish. (The nail tech was trying to pull the whole language barrier thing but she slipped a little while later, speaking perfect English!)The tech that helped me made a half-assed attempt while doing my nails. She was more interested in her cell phone than in what she was doing! She never put anything on my nails to prevent any infections prior to applying the gel powder, which as I understand is Standard Operating Procedure ANYWHERE you go! She cut all of my nails in varying lengths, some are long, pretty and feminine the others are short and dumpy looking. And she put the same effort into smoothing and filing my nails properly, she cut me with her square sponge file and tried telling me it was a hang nail!Also, they charged $27 for THE MOST plain pedicure Ive ever had! The tech left skin hanging from the bottom of one foot (all along the center of my foot), and what now feels like a fungal infection on my big toe on the other foot.Over all I spent almost $80 and I regret every penny!!!

They don’t respect loyal customers and extremely rude! I had gone to this place for a year and even brought customers. I had a regular tech but last time I went she stopped doing my nails and said her next appointment was there so she just handed me to the next available tech without asking me if it was okay I was shocked! I’ll never go back!

They are awesome!! And so polite and kind. I have to be honest as a Black American I sometimes I feel unwanted, disrespected and discriminated against at Asian salons even though my money is being spent but at this salon I do not feel this way at all. They are so kind and have great talent. The environment is very clean! I look forward to coming here all’s the time.

We had a fabulous feeling here. We had Sandy, Ryan, Vic, and KY. Ryan did my nails, and I will only request him because I can speak personally to his ability to relate, laugh, and wisdom about nails. Vic did my daughters nails and she was happy. Sandy did a great job with my husband. KY did my eyebrows. Glad we gave this place a try. They also provided water bottles. A very clean place that has been open for about 6 months.

The place looked nice and was clean with a friendly staff. That is the only reason this place gets one star.I went in for a gel manicure. The gel manicure was put over my cuticles. 2 days after the manicure the gel polish was peeling off and chipped off. I went back to the salon and asked for them to be redone. The manager sat me with someone and I thought they were being redone but no all they did was put another clear top coat on.I will not be returning to this salon nor do I recommend anyone go.

I came here with my boyfriend as a treat for his birthday and paid $80 for a shoddy job if you ask me. My boyfriends pedicure came out fine-as did mine. However the manicure I got was far from satisfactory. All I wanted was a gel polish manicure and two days later pieces of my polish were missing. I have done gel manicures lots of times and I have never had polish that peels off when Im in the shower!Maybe paradise nails are better with acrylic but the nail polish they use for gel polish appears to be ridiculously cheap so for that reason I advise you to go elsewhere if you dont want the hassle I endured.

Okay, so immediate 5 stars with the ambuance and the fact they use pedicure bath liners for foot bathes. I love dreaming into the clouds on the ceiling and the chandeliers are gorgeous! Although the Woman working on my toes didnt say hi 🙄 Awkward! I got her to smile and shes warming up now! Just sat down so well see....

Got a regular mani and pedi today. Lee was my nail tech. She did an amazing job. Cleaned up my cuticles extremely well... took her time with everything and did not rush. If you ever come to this place to do your nails, ask for Lee!

I was excited to come as I saw the good reviews. Unfortunately it didnt go well. If I could post pictures here I would!First: I was waiting for the lady for a long time, then she did my feet, they were good. Then, she had her own appointment coming in, and left me on a table to wait for someone else to do my hands. This lady was being rushed by the owner, and she literally left skin/cuticle on most of my fingers. The nail Polish was good, but the manucure was awful! Places like this want to rush the nail techs because each one of us people mean $$$$ to them. I paid $57 for hands and feet and I hated it!!!! Im mad at myself for trying a new place just based on reviews.

Highly recommended, great service. I also recommend Mr. Lee as a nail technician. Hes very superb in what he does. Let alone the owner, shes very professional, gets you in. No long wait time. 😄

Don’t waste your money at this horrible nail shop. I went in on my lunch break to get my nails done and the tech did such a horrible job I wanted to cry.My nail wasn’t smooth like it wasn’t filed properly, the polish seemed lumpy and thick the color wasn’t the color I choose. By the time I got off of work they was closed. I went back the next day to talk to the manager she was no better, no apology for the horrible job and said I would have to pay $20 to get the color I choose in the first place. I refused to pay them anymore of my money and she had another tech fix my accent nails he did a great job. But two fingers are fixed and the others look like trash. I asked for the owners information but none would give it to me.

They have the best massage chairs! Customer service is amazing and it is super clean! Cant wait to come back :-)

Update: unfortunately I would no longer recommend or use this salon. I got a gel polish manicure and pedicure. Within three days the polish started chipping. I went back to the salon and the owner/manager guy at the front said they would fix the polish and hands. So I had to redo both which took over an hour of my time. The nail tech he assigned me to was very pushy that I should change my color- so I did. I ended up doing an eyebrow and lip wax and when I went to pay for those the manager says ok since you got a new color ill just charge you half for the gel. WHAT?? You guys did a poor job to begin with and wasted my time and you want to CHARGE me? Completely sketchy. On top of that I felt obligated (obviously) to tip the new nail tech since it wasnt her fault and the time she spent with me would have been another customer. So I gave her 10, paid 17 for the wax and as I type this Im looking at the chipped polish on my two big toes. I will never return. If this is how they handle mistakes they dont deserve my business.

This place is very clean. They sanitize the instruments before and they line the baths with plastic and change it after each person. My tech Allison was very nice and she was gentle and precise. I dont like to spend money too often on Mani pedis but the prices here are reasonable and the atmosphere is awesome.

The service here is just amazing! And they just love how theyre able to make my nails look perfectly shaped and wonderfully design! They are friendly and just so sweet!

My mom and I took my niece for a surprise trip to the nail salon for her 6th birthday. They were so beyond sweet to her!!! Even brought her over an adorable little Bundt Cake from Nothing Bundt Cake!! Best service and a bonus... best pedicure I’ve had in any state I’ve visited and I’ve visited dozens!!!

Most of the time, they take their time on your feet..great massages!

The worse pedicure I ever received the service was Aweful I had to come back two days in a row !! the guy had no idea how to do a pedicure the polish was ridiculous he was rude and insulting the salon is beautiful the service inadequate I can’t believe I paid my hard earn money for such a lousy job I complained to the management however they never offered any Compensation all they did was make excuses for their technician I will never return!! They do not even deserve the one star I had to give!!!!!

I was looking for a professional environment to get my nails done and I found it! I had to wait a little bit but it was well worth the wait! I had a bad nail job previously and Tan brought me back to life!!! Very relaxing and I will be going back !!!

I dont know what happened with this place, but yesterday we had the worse experience ever. We used to like this place until last night when we made an appointed for 4 pedicures, looking forward to have a relaxing time together before an important event. First of all, we made the appointment early in the morning, when we got there they werent ready for us. My appointment was for a pedicure and to fix a nail, a black nail, but they did not had my color. What type of place doesnt have black nail polish? They expected me to do my nails all over again, when I had them done like two days ago. Pedicure was awful too, they basically put some soap and scrub and that was it. I wont be visiting ever again.

It wasnt the best experience for me. I felt it was a rush job. I was cut near my cuticle area of my left thumb, which wasnt pulled back from the beginning and it was done with a hand drill. Polish was very sloppy in certain places. At least 1 nail wasnt shaped correctly and I had acrylic powder dried up and left behind almost everywhere around the nail. Some areas needed to be filed more. The list goes on but I will stop there. The lady that did my nails didnt even deserve tuhis one gold star but it was the only way I could get to post my comment.

I thought this salon was nice at first, until I got gel overlay on my nails and got nail fungus bc the nail tech didnt put the base down before she put gel on top of my nails.Do not get your nails done here. They over charge and cut corners.Go to Venetian Nail salon in Shops of Pembroke Gardens. They are way better.

Beautiful place! Havent seen my nails done like this in a long time! I wish I knew the girls name who did them because her work is flawless! Im super picky with my gel acrylics!

I walked in wanting the ombré nails and that’s exactly what I got! Jackie was amazing! She’s friendly and she actually talks compared to others. I’ve had a hard time finding people that can do a good ombré so I was a little nervous but she did her thing and made sure there were no bumps or bubbles! I’m very picky and she is the first nail technician that gets a 100%!

Excellent service. Finally found a clean professional and great nail tech!!! Ken and Bibi are my favorite. Im sure everyone else is great.
