I like this nail salon, they are very nice and even better they have great nail techs. I go once a month for a hot stone pedicure! It takes about 1 hour from start to finish. It costs $75 and it’s so worth it. From the exfoliating of the legs to the moisturizing and the hot stone massage part is WOW!!! I only get this massage if Jenny or the other “older” lady is available. The younger ones don’t do it well.One word of advice, don’t just say which pedicure you want. SHOW them the one you want and repeat the price out-loud.. I took 1 star off because depending on how they feel that day the price might be $10 higher, BUT not if you show them exactly which one you want. Also you have to repeatedly ask that they paint your nails closer to your cuticles… otherwise as your nails grow the space is so much more visible quicker.***PRO TIP*** If you’re planning on making this your nail salon, make sure to ask for a frequency card… after 10 treatments the 11th one will be free. It specifies which treatment options you have to choose from.

Loved our experience. They fit us in last minute. Kids starting high school and middle school. My sis’n’law and I enjoyed our relaxing pedicure after a long work day. Nice calm music where I don’t feel like we have to talk over the music. And the girls enjoyed and love the outcome of their dip nails. Thank you so much. Great girls night out for us.

I walked in today and I was told I needed an appointment for acrylics. I’ve been here in the past and Ive walked in and was helped. To add, the door has a sticker that says “walk ins welcome” completely unprofessional.I do not recommend.

I thought I found a new nail shop. Unfortunately they are unprofessional and lost a customer. I made a 6pm appt with Mike. He did my nails before and the gel didnt chip. I had a 6pm appt got there a 6:05 and Mike was filing someones nails. No one said anything to me until 6:25p. A girl came to do my nails. I walked by Mike and said, What happened, you were suppose to do my nails? He said, you late...sorry! I came all the way from Boca for him and was 5 min late.They take your number when you make an appt. No one called me. When I asked the mgr lady said she usually do call but they were so busy today. Check out how busy they were. I like supporting small businesses but not with service like this. Doubt Ill be back.

My mom and I have been coming to Bellagio since they opened, and I can honestly say it’s the best nail salon I’ve been to in South Florida. As someone who lives in Coral Gables, I happily make the trek over to Pembroke Pines just to come here. The professionalism, friendly atmosphere and warmth of the staff, impeccable cleanliness, and great skill of all of their staff is incomparable. If you go, ask for Mike! He is the best! You won’t regret you experience here!

I have been a customer for a couple of years now and I cant say enough good things. Ive have had my nails done by Mike, Jenny and Jack and they are all wonderful. My nails are always perfect and Jenny slays the pedicures!As for the atmosphere, Mike and Emily are always there and you can see how much they care for their customers. Whenever I walk in I am greeted with the warmest welcome and they remember the smallest details about things I have mentioned. Its so rare to find a nail spot like this nowadays.

I was there to get a pedicure and powder nails...the girl we going so fast...I felt rushed...she only massaged for 1 minute each leg, and the guy who did my nails was very rushed as well I don’t know if he misunderstood but I showed a picture of an ombré nails with glitter and he used nail polish for the glitter which made it look bumpy, plus I used the 10% off and they still charged me the same amount. Very disappointed because it was my go to nail spot I always tipped 20% but I could not this time. Nothing relaxing or nice about this experience.

I was just there yesterday with my mother we were a walk in and the young man at the front said they could service us. The same man running the desk also did my mothers nails he continued to hurt her, im assuming from pressing to hard on the nail file. He was supposed to give my mom a blue french tip he was on the phone and wasn’t listening so he just ended up painting her full nail blue. even after my mom corrected him...his reasoning he “didnt know” at that point my mom was super upset. then he had the audacity to charge her 60!!! when he originally said 50 dollars. his reasoning the 10 dollar up-charge was doing her cuticles. ive gotten my nails dont at many salons have never heard that bs in my life. As far as my experience the older man doing my nails was super sweet and i feel bad for saying this but....he cant do nails. the nail shape was horrible, the french tips i asked for not even straight or even. the cuticle cutter was dirty had other clients cuticles still on it! the nail file was pre used on other people. overall not sanitary. and he nipped my finger while doing my nails and i started bleeding from my cuticle alot! it even got under the nail, he just left it around my finger instead of trying to fully clean it. Again i feel super bad for saying this cause the guy doing my nails was so sweet but it just wasnt a good service at all. Also how were they gonna charge my mom 60!! for acrylics on her natural nail that werent long or complicated but they charged me 43 for long french tip nails that had 2 different shapes on one hand! sounds like they were just charging what the wanted too not what the business would have charged . all ik is that im never cheating on my old nail salon again!!!! i had to redo my nails at home and i havent even gotten into cosmetology school yet and ik how to do nails better

I just moved to the area and I have been there twice, but I will never go there again. The owner did dip on my nails and he ruined them. When I went back for the second time, they simply couldnt remove the old dip because the owner had done a terrible job. The other people that work there told me that the reason they couldnt remove it was because of the bad technique that was applied to my nail. For one hour they tried to remove it and they couldnt. I had to go home with pieces of the old dip as you can see in the picture. DO NOT recommend this place

I attended this salon after a received a massage in the same plaza. This was my first time visiting. Overall, the experience was ok. I had to guide my nail tech on how to scrub my feet (still felt rough even after her scrubbing my feet) and file my nails (didn’t have the proper shape).The gel on my nails was completed and overall I felt good about them. Exactly a week later, I had two nails peel off and others are about to peel as well. Not expected for gel which yes they say last 7 or more days, but I have experienced gel nails that last longer.

I was a very loyal patron of this salon for a couple years. I only stopped going because I moved far out of the area. The owners are very nice and their daughter was often there during the summer or after school (very well behaved) which I felt gave it a small business feel, which I really enjoyed.I know there are a ton of bad reviews on Google for this place, which I have to say, is very surprising. Its not like I was a one-time customer and based my opinion on the business on one bad experience. I repeatedly received excellent service from not just the owners, but several other techs while during all my visits.I will say that they frequently get busy, even during weekdays, so I can see how someone might get impatient. I believe there is a certain type of clientele that will still appreciate the way this business is run. If youre looking for a super high fashion/high tech place, this is not it. Its a small business and runs like it, and I mean that as the utmost compliment. Ive been gone from the area for 3 or so years now and I still havent found a nail salon to replace this one.

The staff here are friendly and the services is excellent! The nail tech working on me was just absolutely gentle and would massage my hands too! Felt amazing! She fulfilled all my requests. Filed my nails gently to putting designs on my nails. Which were really detailed. Just love how my nails looked now!!

I love this nail salon. My nail tech is the absolute best one I have ever been to. I always look forward to my one hour of relaxation. I try not to let my gel manicure go more than 2 weeks, and although it does happen on occasion, my manicure is still in pretty good shape. The salon is very clean and run efficiently. I brought my daughter in as a walk in. They were courteous and pleasant. They were able to take her right away. She had a spa pedicure and a gel dip manicure. The nail technician, Mike, was helpful with her color choices and explained thoroughly how the dip process was compared to the gel liquid. The pedicure machine was clean. They used disposable liners and disposable products for the pedicure. The nail clippers and cuticle tools were freshly opened from a sanitized bag. I would recommend going to this salon!

My coworker took me here to get our nails done for the first time and i really enjoyed every moment being here. This nail salon had many professional and friendly staffs who really cared about their customers satisfactions. They also made conversations with us while working on our nails and we had a great time together. Our technicians were efficient on what she did and gave us beautiful looking nails at decent prices. I loved to be back here again!!!

The manicure was terrible! She did not do proper technique and my nails looked sloppy and dry. Clipped my nails unevenly, left scratches all over my nails, and used terrible technique when handling my cuticles. I would have been better off just clipping my nails by myself at home like I usually do. Do not go to this trash place.

I couldnt understand my nail lady fully, but everyone is so nice and accommodating. I showed her a photo of the nail design I wanted off of Pinterest and she did a pretty good job imitating it. I left happy. Prices are pretty decent with the quality that you are receiving. I recommend.

I came in for gel polish and a pedicure a week ago. since then, I have had 2 nails break. I came in today to have my nail repaired for the second time and was told that I had to wait 30-45 minutes to soak off my broken nail. After waiting 30-45 minutes I would have to wait another 20 minutes to soak off. The manager was completely unprofessional, arguing with me when I asked him to soak off my nail right away to save time. He threatened to call the authorities on me, because I discussed the poor customer service with someone in the salon. While doing another womens nails, he proceeded to speak loudly over her with obvious frustration, arguing with me accusing me of not being a good person! He said it doesnt matter if its 1 nail or 10 nails, you need to wait! No one is going to do anything for you I am appalled by the treatment that I received by the owner of this salon. Less than a week ago, I spent over 70 dollars getting my nails done here, only to return with a problem and to be treated so badly! It would have taken 30 seconds to apply foil to my 1 finger and cut my wait time down. The time and energy he spent telling me I was not a priority lasted about 10 minutes and instead of trying to fix the problem, he was aggressive and escalated the problem with no attempt at finding a solution. This business is poorly run, it was my first time having gel polish done there and I had 2 nails break in less than a week, only to be chastised and inconvenienced when I returned to have it fixed. I am not an unreasonable person. I did not expect to walk in and be waited on immediately, I dont mind waiting my turn, BUT, I do mind being treated like I am unimportant and my time is invaluable. Waiting 30-45 minutes for a soak off on 1 nail is something that takes 30 seconds. The owner made absolutely no attempt to accommodate me, but became hostile and argumentative. With a nail salon practically every 3 blocks one would think customer service has some importance! I do not recommend this salon, and I will not be returning.

Went to get gel nails. I sat with one person that started my nails. He wanted to put acrylic I said no that I had gel. He tells me he doesnt do that. I had to wait for another person who could do gel nails. My daughter was getting a mani. The person that did he nails was so rude and did an awful job. I had to wait for some to redo her nails. My mother and I came in to get pedicures and upgrades them to the bellagio spa pedicure which is supposed to be extended, with a whole bunch of other things. Avoid!!!! Be very careful. They will upcharge you at the end.Owner Henry charged me $50 for short gel powder full set when it was supposed to be $35. He said because the nail polish is extra and not included. Mind you, when I asked for full set they gave me a basket and said to select color. Never mentioned an additional charge.Additionally, the girl who charged me was confused herself. She couldnt explain why it was $50. He was then trying to rush me out because he didnt want the other clients to hear what he did.Be very careful because they will steal your money.I will never go back again. Ive been sitting waiting for an hour. Six people walked in after me and was provided service. I needed a solar fill and nothing else. As I write this I am still sitting waiting and they just started two more walk ins. The man told me to wait cause all they know how to do is manicures and pedicures. Very disappointed with the pedicure I received here. The nail tech was very interested in the FIFA game on tv and in the process she cut my skin on three toes while filing my toenails. I left to go out of town the next morning and 28 hours after I left there I put on sneakers. The polish rubbed off my toes. No excuse for that. Basically it was a waste of $30 and now I have to have them redone. Find another place to go for your nail needs.

Awful. My friend Lauren told my friend Kiana and I thats she hated this place, Kiana misunderstood and we got our nails done here. The place was relatively clean but we wanted acrylics, and they were rudely telling us (because we are in high school) tHat we needed to wait and so on. Many people go in front of us that arrived later and what not. We waited for about an hour. Then we were called. The lady I had literally was so rude to me and was making fun of my hands the whole time. She was saying how ugly they were because I had crooked knuckles chewed cuticles. She went on laughing for like 10 minutes. Then the whole time she was saying how badly she wanted to leave.... like if you want me to come back you need to be welcoming not bitchy. She didnt clip my cuticles so it looked super sloppy; there was no prepping or massaging the hands...nothing...very rushed. I asked for pink and white acrylics and do you know what? She tells me she refused to do them because my nail beds are too wide so itll look horrible... so she ends up doing whatever she wants without even consulting me. I got them done a little over a week ago and they already look awful.. DO NOT GO HERE....TERRIBLE NAIL JOB AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This was my first, and last visit to this nail shop. I went in as a walk in for a full set, and a polish change on my feet. The girl that did my full set rushed, and did a horrible job. When I asked her to starighten one of my nails that was crooked, she laughed and said it looks straight to me. If Im a customer and Im not satisfied FIX IT DONT QUESTION ME! I had to get home, and file my nails to straighten them. Then when it was time for my polish change they didnt have a matching polish, so i left with just a messed up fill set $45 later. NEVER AGAIN ☹️

I had been considering writing this post all week and finally felt it was necessary. I had been coming to bellagio for about a year now and have had genrerally good experiences. This particular time however, burned bridges where I will never return. I had sat and had my nails done as another woman sat next to me with a nail tech getting her nails done. The tech was black, and I say this because the staff are all Asian and this is my only obvious identifying factor of the woman. The woman being serviced was a white female. As I sat with my tech I listened as the two started what seemed like a general conversation of police, until the black qoman started on about being pulled over for failure to move over for an emergency vehicle. This escalated where the white female chimed in stating she had been pulled over for ten over and explained to the officer how she shouldnt get a ticket because they were late one time responding to a home alarm call. The officer replied asking the female if she would like a warning or a ticket for her speeding, where ultimately she was given a warning (this is no points, no fine, nothing on your record). My complaint is Im a police officer. Everything these ladies stated showed they in fact broke the law, did you not move over for an emergency vehicle? No you did not, did you get a ticket-yes. Now let me explain, Im sorry you received a ticket but did you learn from your wrong doing? Yea, good Im glad, but had you not, could you have hit that officer? Would he or she have been able to go home that night to their family? Dont you think they would have paid any moneys for a ticket just to live to see the next day? Now lets go to your speeding warning. Were you speeding? Yes, you admitted so, was it 10 over? It was. So why should you be the exception for a ticket ? He gave you a warning, no ticket, no fine. Nothing on your record, you broke the law and he just advised you to slow down and gave you a warning. What if at that rate of speed extra, had you hit someone? All because you had to go somewhere. That person probably had a family, you do too. But again the kind officer gave you a warning. Now you complain the officer was late to your alarm call. Have you ever been to a police meeting? Have you ever been on a ride along? Do you know nearly every minute police get alarm calls. That 9 times out of 10 theyre false. That majority of those calls pend before being dispatched because the homeowner accidentally set the alarm, the wind was too breezy that day, the dogs got too rough in the house or you simply hit the wrong code. They pend because its protocol as dispatchers wait for the alarm company to call and cancel the call. Ok so youre not satisfied with that, fine. How many officers does your town have on at a time? Maybe they had responded to a fatal accident, or just maybe they were having lunch. I assume you get atleast 30 minutes for a lunch. Thats nice, we dont get scheduled lunches, we dont have specific times and 99% of the time, we never get to have lunch. We finally sit down, maybe pull into the chipotle and as we are walking through the door we get dispatched to a call. We cant say sorry Im eating while you get raped. No it doesnt work like that. before I left, I told you to think before you say because at the end of the day, when you need someone, who do you call? You call the police. So as I walked out, your tech and customer chimed up stating yea because its your job. No maam it is not. If I do not want to pull your ass off someone whos attacking you, if I do not want to arrest your attacker, I dont have to. I can walk away or let you hash it out. I can go home with a slap on the wrist. I chose this job because I want to. I want to help people. So before you respond, tell me about you. Your job, you get to go home at the end of the day? Thats nice, because we dont. We wonder if we will live see our families the next day.

Went in for a fill in on my acrylic nails and was quoted two different prices. The technician was very pushy in trying to upsell me. Been coming here for a while but felt very uncomfortable after he was being pushy and then seemed annoyed that I didnt want what he was trying to sell. There are a million nail salons out there. This was my last time at this one.

I think it could be cleaner if i compared to othernail salons. Nail polish wall is a mess, basically impossible to find a color without flipping every bottle over to read name. Also they use same sponge like stone to remove callus from person to person, they just wash it. To me that s gross !
