The repair work is good, but they operate on Miami time, so dont expect them to meet any deadlines. In addition, their shop is filthy and when you get your car back, it will be dirty. They try to make up for it by detailing the car, but left the engine bay caked in a layer of shiny, slimy and dirt-attracting cleaner.

From the moment I entered I was greeted by professional and friendly front desk staff, who then walked me over to my customer service rep Zoe. I had just bought my new car and had an accident 5 days later... I was devastated and Zoe put me at ease and kept me updated every step of the way!! I could not have asked for better service. Although I hope to never have another accident, if I do I’ll definitely be back to Lexus of Pembroke Pines !! From the customer service reps to the management staff everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful! They have earned my business for life!

Both Nick Taylor and Joel were excellent. I find customer service experiences to be mostly horrible these days. But Nick and Joel made me pleasantly surprised. They were real in their demeanor (not fake-sounding pleases and thankyous, but normal-acting people that made me feel appreciated for my patronage, comfortable that they were being honest with me, all while not putting up a facade), and, I left feeling good about my decision to leave my car with them. I have not gotten my car back yet, but I imagine the service provided will be as excellent as the service I have experienced so far. Thank you Nick and Joel.

I’ve to drive all the way there because I need a quote. Toyota sent me to them. I was first in the morning and they attended me after 30 mnt from the opening. The manager told me I’ve to leave the vehicle for 1 week, rent a car, once they take off the part of the car they need to repair it because it would have been impossible to assemble them together again. They also told me I would have been provided with a quote that I never received.I got an other estimate later on from an other company. They did everything in 2 hours, they put back all together in my car, and they even dropped me off at home without taking an Uber or rent a car.

You can get a pretty good deal from this dealer. Best recommendation I can give is to stay away from that Indian manager. And try not to give him your car keys if you are trading in. Guy play games that are not professional just be careful and try to deal with someone else.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Unless you want your time and money completely wasted. Had my car for over 30 days for a simple front end repair, had to track them down multiple times to get updates, zero communication. Delayed delivery multiple times. Said they would pay my rental car beyond the 30 day mark due to their delays and then my credit card was still charged! Want to speak with the manager Roy or my repair “specialist” Nick. GOOD LUCK! They are never available to take a call, woman at front desk continuously makes excuses for them. 4 days of left messages and still nothing. These guys are THIEVES. Take your business somewhere else.

My experience with Lexus of Pembroke pines collision was excellent CARMEN LUNA again CARMEN LUNA went over and beyond very nice decent honest knowledgeable person. I had a small scratch prior to my accident on the right side of the rear bumper and she had them take care of it for free. The whole process was easy and fast i had my car back with a week. The workmanship is 5star couldnt tell the car was ever damaged and it has lifetime warranty. (Im a veryyy picky person who pays attention to detail) and Im very pleased and impress. Worst service experience ever. Be AWARE if you have a car accident! This place will take several weeks to repair your vehicle. They took over five weeks to repair a door. I called the manager twice and he was never available. Lexus of Pembroke Pines and the Collision Center offer poor quality service to customer that are expecting the highest quality service and experience possible is such expensive cars.

This is the second time Ive had to take my cars for repair at Lexus and I always go see Jessica, she keeps me informed of the process through email and text and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the collision process. I took my Lexus on May 2, 2019 to get it repaired after a collision. It took about 3 months to get it repaired. Staff constantly lies and treats customers extremely disrespectfully. When my car was delivered, it was out of alignment, a door handle was missing, a part from another car was inside my trunk, the car stinks to paint chemicals I havent been able to remove, not to mention that the finishes were horrible. In addition, when I took the highway, the car started making a very disturbing noise coming from one of the wheels. Took my car back to the shop and they said: no worries, it is just a baring. Thus, I contacted Lexus Corp. (headquarters) and they explained me that even though this body shop carries their name, they are not affiliated in any way to them. Then, I emailed the body shop manager, and even cc Vladimir Keslin, General Manager; as of today no one replied to my emails has been received.One morning while sitting at the lobby waiting for help, 2 more people were complaining about very similar issues. Please! do not get fool by the name or the constant phrase they use OUR QUALITY CONTROL. This place offers one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional services I have ever experienced.

I had a great experience with Lexus for the second time. From the front desk passing every little message on when I was unable to speak wit Carmen. To Carmen keeping me very updated step by step on my car through email and calls if I didnt respond to my emails. Also, any question Carmen didnt know (like about car parts and how the repairs were being done) Richard was able to answer and more. They were both very knowledgeable and had great attitudes about working for Lexus. SUPER SWEET!! I would ask both of them to help me if i ever had to return. My car turned out like brand new (Richard was very on top of it) and I am very pleased. They detailed the front of my car seats as I asked and they were not able to get all the stains out and because of that they didnt even charge me. I was very happy with the customer service and result. Great team Lexus and thank you for a pleasant experience.

My car was recently repaired at Lexus of Pembroke Pines collision center after a hit and run. Such an annoying thing to have to do since it was not even my fault and I had just gotten my Lexus fairly recently. Rodney and Lisa were great. They kept me informed and got my vehicle back to me in no time. The paint work was amazing. (my car has that pretty glitter in it that such a pain to make sure it matches). I had a small minor issue with my windshield but I brought it back; Rodney met me personally up front to take care of it. Just something that needed to be cleaned and I had it back within 5 minutes! Truly amazing customer service!

Took my vehicle here to get repaired and they somehow made a bad experience a pleasure to deal with. The receptionists were very knowledgeable and helped point me in the right direction and my advisor kept me updated and explained everything to me with each update. Worst service experience ever. Alex the service advisor for Allstate was horrible. Zero empathy for any customer and the rest of the team just look at you saying oh well you have to get used to it. The car broke down in 6th gear on a bridge at 60mph and almost killed my son. A 18k repair on a 20k car. Please do yourself a favor and don’t go here!

A few years back, I had a bad experience with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I promised never to go back. A few weeks ago, I was involved in an accident. No one was injured but my new Accord was severely damaged. My insurance company recommended Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I decided to give them another try, with great hesitation. I was helped by Rodney. I informed him of my past experience with them, but he reassured me that he would do everything in his power to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He did just that. He empathized, was very kind, extremely professional, and contacted me at every step of the repair process. Not to mention the repairs were flawless. I hope I never need repairs done to any of my vehicles, but if I do, Ill see Rodney.

The worst service. They had our vehicle for over two months. They do not communicate in a timely fashion. I was told I would be given a two hundred dollar discount on my deductible if I waited a month to bring my vehicle in they only honored that on one of my claims. I had to pay for two months of rentals and they only helped with two days rental. I have emailed and complained about their timeliness and it has been three weeks with no response from the body shop director. I was kept on hold for over 13 minutes to be told the manager was busy and could not speak to me. I have even tried to call Lexus corporate offices for assistance and to find out why they had my car so long. I was told they could not help me because I do not drive a lexus. Lexus had no problem taking my money not being a Lexus car owner, but has a problem solving my issue because I amNot a Lexus driver. I am still waiting for the manager and/or the director to return a phone call or email. I do not understand the point of their satisfaction survey being that they do.

For some reason my insurance company told me to take my vehicle anywhere but Lexus but Im happy I took my car there for repairs. A very good friend recommended me to pay their collision center a visit. My insurance company had told me to take it elsewhere. I was amazed at the professionalism displayed and how great they are at their craft. (All their work is guaranteed with a lifetime warranty). The customer service that was given to me was phenomenal, and I hope I never get into another accident again, but somehow they managed to make it into a very positive experience. The repairs exceeded my expectations and were done in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area. They had absolutely turned my nightmare of a car accident into an experience that was as pleasant as a car accident could ever be. Happy to have my car back looking good as new.

It is a total disaster, my vehicle has 2 months and they have not repaired it, the information they give is that the piece has arrived 2 times damaged, the information I have collected, is that the piece is not new and they are looking for it in a jonker, but insurance if they charge as if the pieces were new, I feel cheated and scammed by these people, who already cashed the insurance check. They are catastrophic, I do not recommend it at all nobody shows their faces and they dont respond, they are all irresponsible

They are not that good and real slow, ignore their promises I lost money. When I left my car with Lexus body shop I was told that the work is guaranteed and I should have peace of mind. Long story short my $1100 per month lease set there for 4 weeks for damage repair, and when the lease ended Lexus charged me for excessive wear and use saying the repair wasnt to Lexus Standards and satisfaction. Next time you have a repair take it to Audi Mercedes or BMW body shops, they will do it better and faster. Remember Lexus Body shop or service are not the Peace of Mind they are describing. I do have my wifes SUV that I cant wait to return and never ever drive a Lexus again

Carmen Luna was absolutely fantastic. She did exactly what she told me she would do. Phone calls at various stage of the repair process. She is sensitive, knowledgeable warm and caring. I would also like to add that the entire process was made so much more pleasant by your entire front desk staff and also by a gentleman named George who is constantly on the move making sure of all of the smaller details of getting cars in and out of the collision center are carried out. I was helped out by Carmen at the Collision center and the entire experience was wonderful! Getting in a car accident isnt always so pleasant but she made it so easy and gave me a piece of mind while my car was at the shop. She updated me frequently and was beyond helpful. I would also like to thank Jorge, the valet guy in the front. With all the stuff i have to carry around for a 1 year old he helped me move most of it from the rental to my car! Made the transaction process as easy as possible. I was also impressed that my vehicle was done so quick especially with them being so busy after all the damages due to hurricane Irma. Had an accident around two months ago and got hit right at my right rear wheel terribly and some scratches at the lower panel. I took my car to the Lexus Collision Center at Pembroke Pines and Patricia was amazing; she was a true fighter. I understand the process was not easy as she had to deal with the delays and have to contact and fight with the insurance adjusters multiple times. All because she wanted to make sure that my car gets brand new parts instead of recycled ones as my insurance wanted those to be used and to get all the supplements needed for my car to have it done as soon as possible. I knew from the start that I am in good hands for taking my car at the Lexus Collision Department as they are required to follow the manufacturer (Lexus) safety requirements which is the best.I just got my car today and I am so happy because my car looks, feels and smells like a brand new car. As I am Lexus customer, I can’t accept the type of service that people from this place offer to their customer.Unfortunately I’ve got into a car accident on my brand new car and I decided to bring it here to get the quote and fix it.To start my bad experience the lady named Rute has zero personality and customer service . Ando also she’s not care much about the customer.My advisor ( Mike ) decided after 20 minutes that he was too busy to take care of my case and walked out.Luckily Rodney was there and jumped in, after I’ve called my Sales guy Mohamad ( amazing guy ), and he did introduce me to Rodney.The only good experience that I had was with Mohamad and Rodney.Won’t recommend this place and hopefully I don’t have to deal with them again

Took my car here because I have been doing business with Lexus PP for years and always had a good experience. However, the collision center has bad customer service and really dont care. Took them over 3 weeks to fix my car to replace fender and paint the side of the car. Also, they got the color wrong the first time. I would not recommend this place

They claim they are in the top 10% of the shops around but that is far from the truth!My car was taken to the shop in June and I was given an initial estimate of about 20 days - Rear bumper, exhaust, and a tire was damaged. Just before the deadline, they submitted another supplement to the insurance company stating that more parts are needed without having any idea of when it will actually be done. Finally it took about 45 days. I was still fine with that.The problem was when they didn’t pay for the rental - even when it was because of their delay, and when it was promised. Alex from their shop promised me that it will be taken care of but as soon as I took the car off, he stopped responding to my texts, emails, and calls. He would just not take the call and the receptionist will apologize. This happened for about a month. I escalated the matter and asked to be connected to their manager, Roy. He was not ready to take the call too. I kept calling every other day and these guys didn’t even have the decency to return or attend to my calls. Today I am told that Mr. Roy is an “extremely busy person”. Seriously! His job is to take care of the cars and take care of the customers. I don’t know how someone can be so busy to take care of just one customer’s issues for months!In the two months that I have been trying to reach out to him, he was ready to talk only once. When he talked, he asked me to show proofs of Alex promising for the rental being taken care of. I emailed the invoices and screenshots of the texts. I was told again that it will taken care of, and it’s October now, and I still don’t have my money back. Heck, I don’t even have updates about what the holdup is.Even when my car was delivered the car wasn’t completely fixed. Bryan reached out instead of Alex this time. He was the most honest and sincere guy I met at this collision center. He admitted of the mistake and explained what will need to be done. He also admitted that he would probably not be able to get me a rental for a day when the car will in the shop. However, he went above and beyond and understood my problem of getting home without the car. He finally took care of at least the car and made sure it was OK.The 1 star here is for Bryan, and probably the receptionists that have been patiently taking my calls every day and apologizing.For any future customers, stay away from this place. They don’t even honor their own promises. They have very few good people who know cars. Instead, go to North Miami or even a different body shop. Save yourself from the mental harassment while dealing with the people who are passively insulting. Take my experience and learn!UPDATE AND RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I was asked to call again. I called four times and still I cant speak with anyone! You guys really need to learn some decency before even customer service.

Horrible! Go to JM Lexus instead. Got rear-ended. Simple back bumper replacement. What was supposed to take 3 Days took 10 Days. Ins. Co only allowed 5 Days car rental. Never got updates from service advisor. Was lied to about status of car. Was told that Insurance co was holding things up. Called Ins. Co and they said they never even heard from the shop. Ins co then started housing shop to get work done. Finally, got call to come pick up car bc it was ready, and that it had been fully checked out. Bull. First thing I checked Was if sensors on bumper worked. Nope. Car had to be brought back into shop for additional repairs. Supposedly for 30 min. Moe Bull. Sitting here for 2 hours and still waiting.

DO NOT go to that place..Don’t be fool just because it’s Lexus they are a bunch of liars and customer service is terrible..I have never wrote a review on any business before but believe you me Stay away from that body repair..My car took over two months to get repaired after an accident,after the first 30 days my insurance wouldn’t pay no more for the rental car so I called Lexus and asked how much longer my car would of been be fixed I was told”another 2 weeks”..So I paid $575 out of pocket for another rental still after the 2 weeks my car still wasn’t fixed..Went by Lexus some manager told me they would paid for 15 days for rental car he probably thought my car would have been ready by then.Wrong!..My car still not fixed so I called someone over the phone at Lexus told me”do not worry we spoke to enterprise rental car and they would not charge you a dime again until your car is done we will take care of it”.Lies!..To my surprise right after Christmas Enterprise rental car charged me $1275.71 and I was told by Enterprise that Lexus will not pick up the bill..STAY AWAY from that body shop..and I put money on it all these people here that gave them good reviews probably family members or fake accounts or probably Lexus collision doing the reviews themselves there’s no way they got good reviews or good service that place should be close and trust me I will report it all the way to mayor of Pembroke Pines.

Im going to post the reasons why. The staff is wonderful. I personally will exclude the Eduardo who helped me and kept me up to date when I had my second accident.I cant say the same for the agent who handles Geico claims. The repairs to my 2010 Toyota Highlander took much longer than expected. The repairs were done well and has nothing to do with my rating.Its lack of communication which causes you to be $2,000.00 in debt. My Geico adjuster together with the agent in question are responsible for Enterprise Car Rental having charged me the bulk of the rental fees incurred during the repairs of my vehicle.The Lexus Agent informed me that they would pay for a week for the rental and didnt follow through on their promise. The Geico adjuster conveniently went on vacation when I needed her most.I caution anyone who has geico to watch out for their schemes and to those future patrons of Lexus of Pembroke Pines to consider another shop if you have geicoThank you

Customer service representative has excellent people skills but the service department & the accounting department did an extremely poor job. It became unbelievable hassle to find out when the car shall be ready. When I complained to the management, one of the Assistant Managers promised to call me back, he never did. Car was not even properly washed when delivered. Even the clocks were not properly set and my Radio settings were all messed up. I felt that it was not to the standard of Lexus but a job by a roadside repair man. Extremely disappointed by the poor quality of work.Likewise, the accounting department jacked up the price of agreed upon price without consulting me or the Insurance Company. Suffice to note that Lexus Price was about 50% higher than the market price but I agreed to the higher price for Lexus name which turned out to be a big disappointment. When I found a mistake of few pennies in the bill, the accounting reluctantly fixed it by manipulating the numbers rather than finding the cause of error.To summarize, the whole experience was extremely dis-satisfactory.Piyush & Sudha Agrawal

I had a horrible experience over the past 5 days with Lexus Collision. I have had work done there before with great experiences. This time we used Rangel Polonia. He had the worst costumer service. We attempted to call him many times and left messages with no return call back for hours. We told him that the car rental was going to expire on a Friday. On that Friday, we called 3 times without a call back. Finally we went there and the car was no ready. He said it would be ready on Monday. It was still not ready then. We spoke with him Tuesday morning and he said it was being washed. 8 hours later still no call. We called HIM at 5:45 and he said it was ready when they close at 6pm. He never even called us to let us know it was ready! We asked to talk to the manager multiple times and he kept saying that the manager was not available. I have used Lexus of Pembroke pines multiple times to buy a car or for collision and this is not the customer service that we usually see. Rangel should attend customer service classes.

So far horrible service my car was dropped off for an estimate through insurance, it’s been a week and I still haven’t heard anything from them. When they promised to call me the next day, I let a couple days pass I called the shop and left a message, still haven’t received a call back. I have no knowledge of my cars wherabouts.Update - finally got an update on my vechile after almost 2 weeks of not hearing anything when originally I was told I was going to hear an update the next day. The guy wasn’t sorry about the delay he didn’t care at all of how much of an issue this is now. Very unhappy with their costumer service.

By far the worse experience we have ever had especially with Lexus. My wife first brought her car in and waited nearly 3 hours to receive her rental car. We came on. Saturday after being told our car was ready (after 3 weeks due to incompetence) when we walked in and asked the receptionist to get our vehicle she looked at us and said “I’m confused” the next person that came out we asked “is our car ready” her response “I hope so”. I had such a great experience with Carmen Luna and the Lexus of Pembroke Pines Collision Center. I was hit in a parking lot and the people that caused the damage left, I was so upset because now I had to pay for my own damages because they did not have the decency to wait or leave their info. State Farm was great, they sent over an assignment to LPP and Carmen was immediately on the reservation and helping me plan drop off, car rental and explained the entire process.Im happy with the service - we have 2 Lexus SUVs in my HH and Im a Lexus of Pembroke Pines lifer.Thank you LPP and Carmen! :)Jorge Hernandez

Lexus of Pines helped me go from not having a vehicle to an extensive amazing repair 70 days later to a beautiful lucking 17 STI. Carmen my advisor was constantly updating and staying on top of the vehicle. Anna one of the managers went out of her way to help the process as well. The advisors Roy and Luis helped maintain the consistency of the cars conpletion. The ladies at the front when calling all the time helped me so much during the process. They always had pleasant attitudes and never once did I not speak to someone when I called. The whole paint and body also technicians were nothing short of successful putting the vehicle back together. I ever was awarded an oil change which was awesome. I would chose this shop for any repairs. Thanks for the help and smooth process. I am defiantly enjoying the newly revived subaru.

The worst Body Shop possible Craig zinn needs to be contacted and informed about his body shop Lexus of Pembroke Pines I brought my vehicle here twice they popped my tire they had to give me a new tire my truck bed is crooked I have a brand new 2016 Toyota Tacoma this is the worst possible collision shop ever Craigs in needs to come fix this the shop had my vehicle for 2 months it should have been in there for one. They do not work with usaa a military insurance company. They didnt put stone guard on properly there is bubbling in the stone guard also the paint that they spray-painted on my quarter panels isnt properly painted it has bubbles
