The owner can`t be trusted. This is a 0 star store . three months ago, my new tire(not more than 8 month) that I purchased at this store got a bubble. When I went there he told me it has a warranty and they will send it to the manufacturer and get a refund check by mail to me, but right now I have to pay for a new tire to replace it, so I agreed with them and I left the bad tire to them. After that they record the information that they can mail the check .Almost three months Later, I still didnt get the check, so I went there to ask when can I get the refund, but they told me its no warranty with it and where is the bad tire, then I am muddled.Because I didnt keep any picture of what the bad tire looks like and no proof that they kept the bad tire .the refund is only 90 $, I dont really care about it, I just want people know if you have any similar problem you need keep some proof for that, Best way is dont come to here even it is a little cheaper than another store, you see the 90 $ is gone.

I Walked in to the shop to fix a flat and get pricing on 4 new tires for my truck. Not only was I standing around with no one at the desk, the old man that walked in told me to wear a mask in the most arrogant and condescending way, while he spoke to another customer who was also maskless. I don’t see how anyone can claim they received good service from this man, the service was terrible.

Had a worker laugh at me while Im trying to find a parking spot ppl that work there are azz holes went home and did my own tire rotation

I needed to replace both of my front tires, so I bought 2 tires and wanted to switch the better ones front to have the new ones on the back. I got my car back and the ones of the back were replaced, but the ones on the front were untouched. You could see the grease marks on the back and the front were pristine. I told them that they forgot and they swear they didnt and that they did make the change. It was so obvious they didnt just by looking at the car. So I had to go elsewhere to have the front tires replace because they really needed it and I ended up spending double the amount of money. They refuse to show me the tires when I asked, saying that someone had already picked them up. This was only 2 minutes after they handed my keys back and ir was around 9.30 am, so very doubtful. I let them know this, but left defeated. Around 2pm, they called me and said they had my tires and send me a picture, but they could have gotten any tires for that. The truth was obvious just by looking at the car. I took it to BMW the same day and they agreed. They saw that they were untouched. I made a video, but I will post the screenshots where you can see 2 clean wheels and 2 dirty ones. I was extremely disappointed. More so, when BMW charged me less for the tire replacement. So not only bad service, definitely not the cheapest place either.

I filed a warranty claim on a continental tire at this location in December 2017. They kept my tire to process the claim but never actually filed in my name. When I followed up, they claimed to have no record of me and none of the paperwork I filled out.

These people can’t be trusted. They do not take responsibility for their faults. Whole wheel fell off after few days!

They told me to hurry over so I could get my car tire patched . I sped over in my car and when I got there they told me they wouldn’t work on my car . What a waste of time

The worst place to purchase tires. I wanted to change the tire of my van for a new one and they gave me a damaged one, i went the next day for a guarantee and they didn’t gave me a new one but instead they gave me a used one as damaged. Very low quality tires and More expensive than other places.

The worst place ever when it comes to customer service. I was inquiring about prices outside the store, however the gentleman that was putting air in someone else’s tire informed me to go inside to get the pricing. In the midst of the conversation another employee came outside being disrespectful to him saying he was not doing his job which he was. I called the store asked to speak to the manager he himself didn’t care about the situation. Based on this situation I will never go there again.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Ive called 4 times in the past 30 minutes trying to get a price quote on 4 tires that I am trying to purchase and the guy keeps hanging up. I wished I couldve gotten his name but when I asked him, he just put the phone down. I will try to contact his supervisor and put a complain because this employee is way out of line, rude and disrespectful.

I cannot tell you how scared I was driving with the tire pressure light constantly being on. Even after I put air in it, like 12 hours later boom, the light was back on again. I had to work everyday and I was unable to take care of it. Luckily when I finally brought it to Family tire one morning before work, there wasnt enough time to do a full check so one of the guys put air in it for me. I even thought to myself, maybe I wasnt putting the air in right to begin with, because after he put air in it the light stayed off for the whole day. But unfortunately, the next day, boom, the light came on again. I called and explained what happened, the guys were so nice, they squeezed me in right before closing hours and lo and behold I had 2 nails in my tire. They fixed it and filled the air again and even gave me a discount since I was just there the day before for the same issue. I am so grateful and I know its just a tire but I had anxiety about it. Im happy its resolved now, and Ill never go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

First of all they are VERY knowledgeable on tires and rims, I have aftermarket rims and everyone else has no idea what they are talking about or what to do when aftermarket rims are in the mix. This place does!Also this is the best price in town! It was more affordable out the door here then even amazon

Cant beat these prices. After putting tape and gorilla glue on my tire to keep it from going flat over night it was actually time to replace the tire.

Got 4 tires today. Have used this place for years. I dont go here because the guys in front are sunshine and roses. I go here cause there is no messing around. Good prices, honest and quick. Will continue to use. If u want roses and sunshine goto ur car dealer. They give u that because they screw u. These guys dont. So again if u want good pricing and good service then go here.

My wife’s car needed new tires, I was referred to stop by Family Tire Distributors. They were busy, but that let me know a lot of people do business with them. Ask for Ian. He was upfront with me on expectations and costs. They delivered 100% on what was told to me. When my truck needs new tires, I will continue to do business with Family Tire.

Fair prices, the gentlemen in the front is a nice guy. But I spent over 4 hours just to install new tires and an alignment, that is unacceptable and I did not like that other customers were being put infront of me because they seemed to be acquaintances. If you go just make sure you don’t have anywhere to be Because fast is not in their forte.

But you will get great service for your car (which is what i need), and people who know what they are doing. I always get my tires at family tire. Make no mistake I priced my tires out every time I need them with different competitors however family tire always has the best price out the door. You can trust their work their prices and their hours. There open when they say theyre gonna be open and they close when they say theyre gonna close. That goes a long way in South Florida by the way

I bought four rims and tires from Craigslist and had Toyota balance the tires for me. The still vibrated, so I came here to see if they could either re-balance the tires or sell me new tires. After they checked the tires, they said I could just balance them and continue with them for a while until they wear more and then buy new ones. They could have easily told me they my tires were bad and i needed new ones, but they were honest and told me the truth.What kind of business would pass on a sale? An HONEST business. I appreciate your help and honesty. Thank you very much.I read the other reviews here and I can tell you that my personal experience with the owner and his employees was great. And I am not family or an employee.I did ask for a price on the tires if I needed to replace them and their prices (installed and balanced) were cheaper than what I could find online. Yes, I had looked up tire prices online, because I thought I had defective tires, it turns out that Toyota did a horrible job balancing the tires.

Only go to Family Tire for your tire needs. Weve used Family Tire for all of our vehicles for over 20 years and have always been extremely satisfied with their prices, service and honesty. They are not going to sell you something you dont need, and will tell you what you do need. They do right by their customers. We would never go any place else.

Pretty nasty owner of this joint, very poor customer service, he should not be running such a place, treats employees like garbage, I would not work there even if he wanted to pay me. I only stayed there because I had already decided that I had to put the tires on my vehicle due to my need to travel. I dont think Ill ever even think about this place in my live. I needed new tires on my Camaro, they had by far the best price around & were able to order my tires and install them the same day. Very happy customer. And customer service was excellent. Super nice staff.

I was told by another mechanic friend that my LEXUS GS 350 car needed 2 new tires; after ongoin, worsening vibrations and misaligment signs were observed. Robert took his time to just look the wear and thread of the tires and immediately he said No, what you need is an aligment, Tires are fine! I got the Aligment for $74.95 and they even balanced the front tires at no charge. Now the car runs like a baby, super smooth!! They saved me from spending over $600.00. SUPER HONEST PEOPLE!!! They only CON is that you should not wait until they call you. You have to call them first or just show up by the end of the day.

Beware do not go to this establishment. This is a very racist establishment.1. There is no parking, the supervisor working the floor yelled at my to park somewhere else.2. I went inside there was no one at the counter.3. As a female calling for quotes on tires who works for a dealership i was spoken to as though I had no knowledge on vehicles just because I was a woman. Asking simply for a quote on tires in which I knew the size, difference, and which Vehicles they were originally manufactured for, that were to be used on a vehicle in which came stock on a car that was purchased new, i felt not only insulted but was also disrespected after asking several times for the quote. After correcting the personal on his behavior towards me i was refused service. I suggest if your a female and choose to do business with this company that you do not allow yourself to be treated in this manner.

Our family has bought a lot if tires from Family Tire. They always have the lowest price in town and a great selection of tires. The staff is also very helpful and work well under pressure.I want to give them a great review today because I brought my car in with a tire that was leaking air. I had taken it to several other places and they couldnt find the problem. I went to Family Tire and they found the problem in under ten minutes and it only cost $19 to fix everything. They are fast, professional, and well worth the price. I plan to keep going back!

It was an awful experience. They were suppose to rotate and balance the tires on one visit. I had to go back to have them balanced because they didn’t do it. It was not suggested on the first visit so I had to go back. Then the guy with gray hair and a bad attitude talked to me like I was his granddaughter. He dismissed me like teachers do, telling me I had been somewhere else that had taken the weights on the tires. All this time I am trying to figure out what is he trying to tell me. I left with a bad taste and will never go back. There is no customer service. He treated like he was doing me a favor but plainly ignore my questions and comments.

Im not going to write an essay, but I will give an honest, non-biased review that is to the point. Ive been here a few times & these guys are always honest, direct, and effective. They get the job done without hassle. The prices are always reasonable & their service is quick. These guys want to help your situation. If you are looking for someone to stroke your ego & rip you off then dont waste THEIR time by bringing your car to them. Robert & Oscar have a lot of experience and advocate for their loyal customers. All the negative reviews are based on people who dont understand their humor/sarcasm. My advise is to lighten up and be grateful someone is trying to make your frustrating situation into a positive resolution.

If you want people that dont care about providing a service or people that dont know to respect you or your time this is the place for you. I called 9:45 a.m. to get tires and explained that I needed them today. They told me to come at 3:30 and the tires will be there to put on. Something told me to call at 3 and I was told that they werent there yet but would still be there to install today. Called back at 4:45 and the gentleman I dealt with left for the day and the guy that answered said yes they are there but he has 5 people there and they close at 5:30 and I would have to come in the morning.Cheap prices but terrible service. Meanwhile Im out of a vehicle for 2 days. Expect no business ethics if you decide to go to this place. Not even a explanation or apology from the gentleman for making me waste my time today.

It never fails when I try to go in for a flat tire repair it’s as if they try to deter you. Eg: I called one morning to inquire about the wait for flat repair and was told it would be a 30 min wait, I arrived there 10 mins later and it’s all of a sudden a 2 hr wait. Prices maybe decent but the customer service is horrible.

On Saturday, 6/18/2016 I purchased 4 tires plus installation from this store and the very next morning awoke to my front passenger tire almost completely flat. Upon further inspection I found a small hole on valve stem of tire that was letting out air. On 6/20/2016 ( the following Monday)I went back to the store and explained my problem and to my surprise the man who helped me told me that I would have to pay to replace the valve stem which I disagreed with since it was them who damaged it when it was replaced. I reluctantly agreed to pay the additional money to have the tire fixed and the man behind the counter refused to accept it and told the technician to just put my spare tire on. When I asked why he did this he stated because I didnt like your comment (I stated that I would pay but I would not to business with Family tire again. I have taken the tire somewhere else to be fixed but an extremely dissatisfied and disgusted with the customer service of this business and only wish that other consumers are aware of this.

Once again they proved to genuinely cater their customers–with honesty, respect, and courtesy-Today I went to have my car diagnosed on a problem they could have very well indicate they could resolve and quote me accordingly. And I could have (because I trust them) follow along and schedule an appt. to have the issue resolved. But instead, they called me back to state “my car should still be in warranty and to check first with my dealership [to not have to pay out-of-pocket].” I followed their instructions to an unfortunate resolve but the good thing is, their invaluable assistance and unsolicited advise enforced my confidence in them (for that matter the automobile/mechanics industry which being a single woman is scary as hell). ---My car will go back to them---So, a special thanks to Roberto, Oscar, and Enrique (and anyone else who might of help out of sight).Thank you, you guys are awesome!Brenda Lebron

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The guy in the front Robert has an IDGAF attitude. Has no care at all of helping the costumers. I almost left to go to another tire shop and one of the guys in the back was sooo pleasant, kind and helpful that he convinced me to buy the tire and he SAVED the sale for them, the owner should be happy for that guy but should really reconsider who he has in the front as the face of his business! I was going to take my business somewhere else because of the rudeness and uncaring attitude I got from Robert from the minute I walked in! I will not be coming back to this location! Ask for Oscar if you ever go. Time is very important, especially when you go make these errands with a one year old in arms, I am extremely unhappy by the customer service!

They are thieves. Their tech franc is a liar and a thief. They lie and say theyre a family business but they stole 2 tires from me.. i went in before xmas to get 4 tires and the dad (i guess the owner) says u dnt need 4. Ill get u 2 and rotate the front to the bck. So i pay for 2 tires as soon as i leave the tire pressure light comes on. Come to find out they never rotated my good tires and left the bad ones on.. they kept my good tires. So I call bt the guy at the counter says theyre closing and to come bck right after xmas. I go bck after christmas and the owners son says they dnt knw what im talking about. He calls over the tech franc who lies and says he changed my ttires I demand to spk to the owner and he says hes on vaca. These lyings thieves kept my 2 good tires and now i have to spend money to get more. Im mad bc they lied and stole. I cldve purchased 4 tires anyway. They chose to steal. Never go here

I changed my tires two times there and the third time, they damaged one of the holes in the wheel hub. After several discussions and complaints and chasing the manager, finally I had the wheel hub replaced but I am not sure if they put an original and new OEM part. The manager never showed me the box or the invoice for the part when I asked for it. Really bad customer service and not responsible for errors. They lost my wife and I as customers and few friends I recommended the place. Never go there.

I went to Family Tire after disregarding all the negative reviews and heeding the positive reviews. A mistake on my part. Now I know why there are only two positive reviews (probably written by family). I went in for a tire rotation, was given a price. After the job was done, I was charged an extra amount. I asked why, and was told it was because the tires had to be rebalanced (I had not asked for the tires to be rebalanced). When asked why I wasnt quoted the full price, they told me that they didnt know the tires would need rebalancing(?)Just another example of shady ethics. Stay away from these crooks.

This review admittedly is not reflective of their service. Instead it is reflective of who they are as people. I was the unfortunate witness to an extremely racist conversation that took place in their office this afternoon. The words that were used to describe human beings were beyond offensive. How these conversations can occur in this day and age is beyond my comprehension. I can only hope that their outlook on racism will one day change. However, unfortunately, it appears to be pretty well engrained within these folk.

Family is the wrong name for tgis place.Ive donr buisness with the one in Pembroke for years. Called on a price a week ago and when i got there orice changed. I would have been ok it is what it is maybe it was a diffrent brand at the time. But the guy helping was so rude and dont give a damn if you do buisness here or not that i woukd never send my cars. Well let me start with this, I did not get a tire or any service from this place. I had to request my car back before they did anything and leave. What happened you might ask? I went there to buy some tires, I noticed the guy at taking my writing up my work order was kind of aloof in a odd way. When it came time to pay, I gave him Gold Visa, he took the visa flipped the gold card up and down. Then this dude looked at me and said is this your card. I am like . why not ask me for an id, it is not like there was a girls name on the card, dude just looked at me and said is this your card. So I just said give me my card and car and I left. I have never experienced this kind of bias before, I was shocked.
