As soon as I walked in, I was blissfully greeted by Rose! She was very welcoming and kind. Told me for the next time, they’ll match my price and everything; super informative. Give her a raise! Haha. I loved the place, to be honest. It had a nice fragrance to it, nothing like other mechanic places, so it was very homey to sit down and wait for the service to be done. I loved how fast everything was. Since it was raining, when the gentlemen who did the oil change to my car, he pulled up the car right in front of the store, which to me was very kind to do! Everything about this visit was awesome! Most definitely will be back to this spot. 10/10!!

Run away from this place! When I took the car there for an oil change they diagnosed an issue with the transmission fluid, they said that I needed to change the radiator and flush the transmission system, did it with them and a couple of days later the transmission it’s completely gone! won’t engage at all. My advise to you is that if you appreciate your time and money just stay away from this place

Went in for a a full synthetic oil change. A few days later I realized they didn’t fill my washer fluid up. Ok, no big deal. But then when I went to fill it I realized they also didn’t re-tighten all of the connections for the filter, etc. and there was oil all over the engine. Had to spend an hour cleaning it up. The guys were pleasant and the overall experience was ok at the shop. But super annoyed they did such a poor job.

Went to get my oil changed and was told they couldnt work on my car because it was fiberglass. After telling the man that it wasnt fiberglass he continued to argue with me. I suppose because Im a woman I dont know my car and when I told them I had a Groupon he told me to let a refund from Groupon and shooed me away.

The best place to go for a speedy and reasonable oil change here in Pembroke Pines! Love these guys.

I have been going here for years and I am very pleased with their services. They are very honest and never try to push additional services on you. Whenever I have had problems with my 2007 Nissan Altima, they have quickly and accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Honest and reliable.

I bought a Groupon for an oil change here that said you must make an appointment. I attempted to call twice and no one picked up. I decided to just go and when I got there the man at the front desk said they dont answer the phone because they cant take anymore cars since they are so busy but that he could take me since Im there but that it would be an hour wait. I witnessed the same man, who I believe is the owner, argue with an older lady about what she thought happened to her car while in their care. He was very rude to her and dismissed her in front of everyone there. The oil change was fine but I will not be returning here.

This is my first stop for routine maintenance and repairs. I use to this myself, but life has gotten busy. Luckily I found a mechanic I can trust. They help keep my 06 Subaru Tribeca in good shape and at a fair price.

Im using Googles voice to text technology, so please forgive me for any errors, or any misspellings or grammatical errors, Etc. The first thing I need to tell you about this place, is that its very hard to find. Its in a busy Shopping Center and its part of a small stand-alone strip shopping center. Only about four stores in this particular strip center. There are other strip shopping centers immediately to the left of it and immediately to the right of it. Thats why its confusing to get here. Its part of a huge shopping complex called flamingo Commons. They have Walmart there, they have a post office there, they have la granga there and so much more. Its accessible off Flamingo Road, or Pines Boulevard. You actually have to look for the numerical on the window to verify that youre at the right place. This is especially true if youre getting a oil change. Why? Because next door is Shell Rapid Lube. Many people come here looking for an oil change, because they advertise awesome specials on Groupon, yet they walk unknowingly into Shell rapid lube instead believe it or not, especially if they dont have a Groupon.The only thing I dont like about this place, is that you cant really see the pit where the mechanics work on your car. This is because this place doesnt have a pit. They have a regular lift and thats how they do the oil changes . Which is not a problem, as long as the job gets done and gets done correctly.Just remember Shell Rapid Lube is the expensive place, but All tune and lube oil is the only place where they offer you (through Groupon) a Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil change for about $59, a synthetic blend oil change for about $40 and a conventional oil changes for only $25. Of course, if your car requires more liters of oil, then theyre going to charge you for that extra oil. But this is common practice. Theyre pretty busy, so when you buy a Groupon, you need to call in advance, give them the one days notice so they can schedule you in. This is because they actually value your time. Ive noticed this because Ive been a customer here for over a year-and-a-half, Ive noticed that they take customers appointment seriously so that way youre in and out and not waiting. Shell, which is next door, doesnt accept appointments. Even though they have more personnel and have pits and are supposed to be faster, I would still choose all tune and lube because their prices just cant be beat and the owner seems to have a very well-managed business. Not only do they do oil changes, but they also have ASE certified mechanics to fix cars.The waiting room is small, theres only about six chairs there. But I get a good vibe every time I go there, they never try to scam you into purchasing any additional extras. For example, they wont bring you your car filter that is relatively clean, claiming that its dirty, like Jiffy Lube and the other places do, telling you that you need to buy a $24 filter but you can easily buy at AutoZone for 12 dollars and install yourself.The owner seems like a very respectable guy, very serious at times, as if he is troubled in some way. Please make him feel good and if your religion asks you to pray for people, please pray for him, as the power of prayer is incredible. God listens, it seems like theres a heavy burden on his heart. But he seems to be a very honest individual, he has very well-trained mechanics, the oil changes that he has on Groupon are the best value in South Florida, and hell have you in and out in 10 minutes as long as you make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Once I went there and I called and told him that I needed to get the oil changed that day, right there and then, because I had to go on a road trip & couldnt wait till the next day. He honored that, which I thought was very cool on his part. Integrity in the automotive car business is not easy to come by. But rest assured, at All tune and lube, youll get integrity and so much more. I give this place 5 stars. If there were six stars available, hed get six stars! 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐

This auto shop is not what it claims to be. I brought two cars in to have oil changes due to seeing a coupon on groupon. We checked reviews and thought this place seems ok. Well 2 months later I have a severe oil leak in both cars. Both cars have chisel marks where the oil cap is and the pans are gauged. This place was the only mechanic that has touched my one car ever since we purchased it. They are refusing to take ownership of the problem and claiming they probably saw it when it was there but didnt have time to write it down. Then proceeded to tell me that I have no proof . The owner, Jack Porrino, hung up on me when I said that we feel that this is their fault and are just looking to find a resolution. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. This is the oldest trick in the book for mechanics. Unfortunately I took the car somewhere else instead of back to them..so they were caught. We will now be moving forward with a lawyer.

Visiting from out of town and my AC goes out. Thought it was my Freon so asked if they could fill it. I told them I was from out of town and I couldn’t have work done because they were about to close (New Years eve) plus I was was leaving the next day. They took the car to the back with the intention to add the Freon and they come back with your compressor is not working and a bill of 76 dollars to tell me that my compressor is not working. They wanted to make a quick buck from an out of towner in distress. Classless business. Would never recommend!

A friend of mine went for a oil change on her truck, they left a plastic container in her engine (to catch the oil that driped when the filter was removed) after a few days she noticed a problem. The plastic jug melted onto the pulley system causing the engine to freeze. $1600.00 LATER when the manager Jack Porrino was notified she was met with condescension and rudeness he actually said stop talking, I am not going to listen as a single woman I was appalled, I thought that that attitude went out with the dinosaurs!

Made an appointment after buying a groupon. For an oil change deal. They did not take me in till after 15 minutes. Then I asked him what oil do they use. Dauer never head of it. Google it he told me. The company started 3 years ago. I told them sorry am not trusting and using that oil with no reviews or info into my car. He got upset told me Fine! Call Groupon. Company should have put this on the Groupon. But if they did no one would would go there. When buying a Groupon ask questions before buying.

I would never do business with them. I took my car to synthetic oil change and less than 2k miles it saying it requires oil change again. This is the first time i happened and even with their sticker saying change was required in August the car asking now. Bad terrible experience.

I had an oil change last week and noticed yesterday that I was leaking heavy oil. Called this morning and a mechanic was sent to my home to work on my car. Issue was corrected and they drove my car back to clean the engine from the oil leak. Not many mechanics would do this, but Jack has earned my future service!!

Yesterday I went for an oil change, I told them to be careful that I was going to take a long trip with my family. They put the oil in the WRONG and now Im lying in the middle of I95 200 miles from my house waiting for a tow truck !!!
