Nails are always really lovely. Comfortable.Offers drinks.I wish they had more staff to do more things for the shop but, Kate really helps carry the shop on her back. I really recommend making an appointment because, time slots go fast. Best time to do walk in is on weekday, when it’s raining or cold no one will be at the shop.

Ive been coming here for almost 10 years. I love this place. Very clean, very little wait, and the best massage chairs. Staff knows your name. More like a family than a business.

While plp complain about their high prices thank god thats not my problem, Im disappointed i rate this place as a Really bad customer service!!! No one wanted to do my pedicure just because i was hispanic and had my two daughters with me really disappointed with these ladys arguing in for of my daughters saying that she doesnt want to do your pedicure and bla bla ! I was like these female have no education just left these place after one hour wait.

Kate has been doing my nails since 2015 when I moved to the area. Every two weeks I still drive 45 minutes just so she can do my nails. No other nail salon compares. Client for life.

The experience at this nail spa was amazing! Love my nails, they actually listened to what i wanted. They had so much in color choices for dip and gel shellac. I will be making it my to go place!!!

Its a great place for guys to go too, they provide wine beer or mimosas. They had the football game on the TVs it was pretty good. Touched up my nails and cuticles made my wife happy. You only have two feet, you got to take care of them.

They dont sanitize there equipment and my nails were horrible

If you want your nails perfect, don’t come here. They do a really crappy job and it’s not neat at all. The end of my nails are uneven, she even cut me twice because she wasn’t paying attention. the lady who did them was not friendly.The brushes you use after you get them done, had rust on them... and the faucet had Mildew coming from the stream of water. So if you like to be clean... again, don’t come here. Save your time and go down the street.thank meeeee later.

People are super nice, price is decent! I recommended Lily, shes very helpful and did my eyebrow. I didnt expect much on my first visit but I left with a good impression. She did a good job on my pedicure and eyebrows!!!!

I have been going to this place since I was in high school and it just keeps going downhill. All they care about is running up your tab. I made an appointment for 6:30 last Wednesday for a manicure, powder, and pedicure.. they rushed as fast they could because they were ready to go home. I was tired and ready to go home too so I didn’t even argue with the lady that did my nails and charged me for a manicure. She didn’t trim my criticals, use oil or lotion or even cut my nails before doing powder after I specifically asked. I was so fed up and ready to get out there that I just paid it and left. My (powder) nails starting peeling and chipping off on Monday of the next week. What a joke. I do not take my grandmother there anymore because if they move her to another table farther away from me, they take advantage of her and do the most they can to run her tab up. They’re ridiculous.

I have been coming here for about 5 years and have always been treated very well. Most of the time, I see Kate but on the occasion I have to see someone else, I have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, the place is kept clean, and the prices are reasonable. I will never go anywhere else! :)

I used to go here all the time. Yesterday I wanted a pedicure with shellac and glitter on top. I opted for a $30 pedicure and my final bill was $50! No design nothing but glitter on top. I feel I was way overcharged! I will not return! Go elsewhere!

My experience at Nails ll was great! They nail technicians knew exactly what they were doing and they were all so very friendly. The nail salon was very clean and in order. They also have large variety of nail polishes to chose from. I will definitely be coming back!

30 dollars for a refill. 5 employees all laughing and talking in their language and eating and burping for the hour and a half I was there. Now I know why I was the only customer

It was aweful. My nail tech did a sloppy job on my nails. Had to do them twice. Paid $30 for a foot scrub and it left my feet rough. Had my nails done Sunday and Tuesday the nail polish started peeling. Also the nail file was dirty. Aweful place.

Only 30mins for a mani pedi! Filed all my nails off!! Didnt even push cuticle back!! No foot massage! $45 for a mani pedi! So not worth it!! Will not go back
