Tim charged me $35 for these nailsI like the shortness and the fact that they aren’t thick but if I would of gone to my regular nail salon it would of been must less. Also they have a lot of air bubbles. They gave me a thank you lotion which was nice.

They are always great, and always helpful. Because of covid they only have so many people there. They are constantly sanitizing everything, they do have dividers between you and the workstations. They also make a point out of bever allowing someone to sit next to you.

Had my nails done a hand full of times done by Bory which was awesome had no problems with her fixing my nails when one broke, this last time I went Amy did them two broke came in for a fix and I was told she couldnt do them I dont know why, they had no customers after paying good money at this place I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND GIVE THEM MY SERVICE EVER AGAIN

Today was my first time at this salon and I absolutely loved it! All the ladies were nice and the place is cute & clean. Katie worked on my nails and she did such an amazing job. She did exactly what I asked for and did such a good job on the length and shape. The prices are super reasonable and I like that during the week theyre open till 8 which is really convenient. I like that they have a punch card & after so many visits you get $5 off. Looks like Ive found my new go to nail spot! (:

Do a great job with gel or shellac. Im on my third week and they still look good. They provide sodas but not sunscreen; apply before you come if UV light will be used.

Well, years ago I went to this place on a regular bases until they one day took my nails off in the most painful way. As they did so they laughed and talked to each other about how funny my pain was. Well today my friend talked me into going back and it was a mistake. The guy who did my toes was rude, made faces at me, and made it obvious he was talking about my color while continuing making grossed out faces. I don’t care that they didn’t like my brown and light brown combination, I hate that they had no customer service. After he finished he left me sitting there and never came back. Another employee kindly came to give me foam flip flops. The owner came out and acknowledged all the “regular” customers while cutting her eyes at me and my friends. Most of the people in the shop getting serviced looked uncomfortable and like they didn’t want to be there. I’m sorry I changed up my routine and went somewhere else. There are way better shops in Pearland! Avoid this one!

This place is really good! I usually get my nails done most of the time, so if you ever want an awesome manicure, come here! I like Katy and the lady that sits next to Lynn.

I went to this so called wonderful nail & spa place and I had the worst experience ever. I recently moved into the area and wanted to find a good nail salon. That was a mistake, all the employers agreed that $25.00 for a solar manicure was what i told them i wanted. I wanted pink white solar nails. How hard is that to comprehend? I insisted to speak to a manager or the owner the next day. The employees made sure that didnt happen. I feel that I was taken advantage of. I ask pink solar nail set, not a manicure. Other people should also know that this place is not so great.

I always feel sorry for the poor technician that has to give me a pedicure. Fixing my feet is a difficult job. Today I went to Serenity for the 2nd time. The owner Lynn gave me a pedicure last time and it was great. Today Mindy took care of the job. Even tho her arm must have been sore after all her hard work, she did a great job.The thing I like about this place is the level of cleanliness. As a diabetic, I have to be careful where my feet are concerned and at Serenity, I feel very confident in their hygiene, I just dont need an infection.Come on men, stop in and get a treat for your feet. I do.

Ive been using this salon for over a year now. Fawn is who does both my nails and pedicures. Ive also used other nail techs who have always done an awesome job.

I got a pedicure done today and loved it! The massage and the way she painted my nails was great!!! I will definitely be back.

Some techs are better than others. The lady I had worked too fast, seemed impatient and it just felt very rushed. I will go back but ask for a different nail tech. I had a lady named Holly working on me at first, but they sent her to work on another customer and replaced her with the impatient nail tech. I will ask for Holly the next time I visit.

This place does good nails, I am always really happy with my nails when I come here. However, I wouldnt recommend them for a pedicure. There are better places for a pedi!

I really dnt like the pamperin & I dnt like tht they dnt speak English while scv u. If u hv clientele who do nt understand yur language u shldnt speak it. Whn I spend my money the atmosphere shld b pleasant. Nothing wil chg b cause people cont to patronize theyre business. If they stopped r slowed dwn it wld make changes.

I am extremely disappointed in this place it use to be one of my favorite places to go i will not be back my nails look terrible the work is sloppy i was charged 50$ after several attempts for doing the work correctly i left now i have to go get them redone at another salon correctly

This was one of the WORST nail experiences Ive ever had in my life.The pedicure:The pedicure tech gave a decent pedicure but didnt remove the remnants of a blister I had on one of my toes. Additionally during the massage she didnt remove her rings so I have scrapes along both of my legs. The paint job ended up being very good, but she was incapable of producing a simple half moon design with dots. The half moon didnt come flush with the cuticle so there was polish between my cuticle and the half moon. The dots she painted were not dry when she painted the clear coat so they ran together. Instead of fixing it she sloppily painted more of the background polish. I requested that she remove the design and just paint the nail a solid color. She did....with a little bit of attitude, but she did it and did a good job.The manicure:I requested an acrylic overlay. The manicurist didnt remove all of the acrylic that was previously on my nail. As evidenced by the bits of black paint under the acryllic. Each of my nails were a diff shape and length. So much so that I finally just asked for the nail file so that I could do it myself. She didnt even out the acrylic on top (which is a sign of a detail oriented tech), but additionally she gashed the acrylic towards the middle of two of my nails so thin that she created a hole between my natural nail and the acrylic overlay. When I pointed this out to the tech, she said she planned to file it down. Ultimately she didnt. When I asked her to fix it again, she offered to just put more acrylic on top. I explained that solution wouldnt work bc the acrylic around it was already dry and would prevent the new acrylic from attaching to the nail. My concern was for nail fungus. Not that my explanations mattered much bc most of the people there didnt speak any English. At this point the woman, whom I assume was the owner became irate. I asked her to stop, and told her Id pay for what I had so far and would just go somewhere else to get my nails done. I went to the front and they advised it would be $25 for my pedicure and $35 for my hands. I stated they should discount it bc they did a bad job and didnt finish. At this point the woman whom I assumed was the owner started shouting saw it off, saw it off! At this point I was confused so someone explained they would take off my nails. I said ok and thank u. Unfortunately their actual intention was to argue more. Which we did. After several minutes of her yelling at me and me calmly asking her to bring her voice and her attitude down, I became irate. At this point someone threatened to call the cops. I said ok. Then another guy said they didnt call the cops and for me to just pay for my pedicure and go. I said ok and paid for my pedicure. I went outside and observed a sketchy guy taking pictures of my vehicle. I asked what he was doing, to which he responded whatever I want. At that point I called the police to make sure he wasnt planning to cause any damage to my vehicle and to ensure they werent planning to claim that I stole something when the other rep of the company clearly gave me permission to leave.The police did come. They determined that I would have to pay for the service and pursue the failure to provide quality service through small claims. I wont be going to small claims court. However I did want to share my experience. I genuinely never write reviews. However Ive never been treated so poorly anywhere. Their customer service is the worst Ive ever seen and if ur considering getting any type of acrylic from here Id go elsewhere. If u have the tech I did there at least a 70% chance ur likely to get nail fungus.
