Walked in for shellac before a trip. Wanted a simple color that would go with everything. They were quick to seat and polite. Did a good job, found 2 little spots that needed to be fixed after so I went back and they fixed it right away. I rarely get my nails done but will come back here again when needed.

Went to get a shellac mani on Saturday 4/10/21. The people were nice, but they were rushing. The polish has been chipping off and it has been 6 days. This is how it looks today and I havent picked at it, you can see its starting to crack on my other fingers as well. Whats the point of paying extra for shellac if it isnt going to last?

Finally found a nail salon worth going to in Pearland. Loved the service. They were quick and did an excellent job!!

Ive been going to Regal Nails for maybe 6 months and since day one they have been fantastic. Great customer service. Everyone is friendly. I have the most amazing technician who does my pedicures. Her name is Heather ( my best friend). I love all the employees they do an amazing job. I recommend Regal Nails anytime.

I usually grocery shop at HEB so I thought to give this place a try. Unfortunately my daughter and I will not be coming back to this place. We had pedicures done and the staff acted like we were an inconvenience for them. The tech who did my daughters pedicure even cut her foot, and she did not spend more than 10 mins for the pedicure. I think this is so unfair as I am paying full price for her. Overall bad experience.

I absolutely love this salon. My technician Lisa is always awesome, extremely personable, quick but never ever ineffective. I get the shellac treatment. I’m never disappointed! If, you’re looking for a salon; search no more!

Under new management, this Regal Nails Salon has new look and new atmosphere. Staff are nice and provide the best service. Got a pedicure here, just the classic one but the guy who did my feet really did a good job and a good massage. So relax.

Alex did my nails and she was excellent! I told her I was getting my engagement photos done with close ups of my ring and my nails needed to be perfect, and they are! There isnt a single spot anywhere like on the side of my nails that was was missed. She was patient and took her time but was still timely and I didnt feel like I was there for forever.I asked her what kind of polish/dip I should use and she gave her honest opinion which was the cheaper option as well, so Im glad she didnt just tell me the most expensive kind.Friendly staff, clean, comfortable. Will be my go-to place now!

My only complaint is that I didnt know that I would be getting Shellac as I had only asked for a manicure. I wasnt aware until I was checking out and was surprised. I recommend asking the customer at the beginning what nail polish/treatment they want to avoid confusion.

I had a great experience with my nails at Regal Nails H-E-B Pearland, but I’m not too happy about the pricing. I’ve been at their shop twice now for the same thing, dipping powder on my nails and a Deluxe Spa pedicure, but paid a different price each time. The shop needs to put up a price list for the different nail styles, in my opinion to avoid the price gouging.

I love regal nails! Everyone in here is good at what they do, my favorites are Jennifer and Vn! They both do really good full sets and Jennifer is amazing at pedicures!

Great work. Jennifer took the time to find the right colors for me and ensured that I got the manicure I wanted. Another tech did my 4 year old daughter’s nails. Service was great. They were just a little out of my price range. The nail salon a mile away offers the same quality of service for a lower price (not cheap, but I can afford to tip those techs after paying for my services) Regal nails stays open 30 minutes later, which was the reason for my visit today. I won’t be back anytime soon until I really want to splurge money. My manicure was $72 here as opposed to $55 at Ritz for the same quality. Maybe I was charged for removal of my old nails idk

1st time here. Will definitely come back to see if is like the first visit. MS. Heather was great with the pedicure. Was not a rushed job and even gave me suggestions on what to use on my heals and where to buy it.

This place is the best located next to Heb on 518 @ 288 the convenience of walking in without an appointment you do not have to wait long 10-15 minutes. They have men as clients also most place dont do service men this one do. So come try them out you will not be disappointed

They have a beautiful new layout with wonderful new employees. I’ve been told it’s under new management and I can’t be more happy that it is. Recently went to get my nails done and pleasantly surprised with engaging small talk. Also offered small snacks to help with the small wait. I would definitely recommend coming here as the atmosphere is very welcoming!

So first of all while getting waxed she snatched of the top of lip, second of all she snatched of a patch of skin on my check, and last took off the coner of my mothers eyebrow, while she did apoligize and give us back half of our tip it is unexceptable work.

This was my very first time at this location. I went on June 1st was very skeptical 🤨at first because I’ve been all over town, and couldn’t find a great nail salon. But when I got there they greeted me as soon as I walked in they asked wat I needed and took care of me. The young lady named Jenifer did an awesome job with my nail exactly what I wanted, I found my new nail salon 💅 I will be going back to get my nails done again for sure. Had an awesome experience, it really didn’t take that long to get a full set.

I am very disappointed by my shellac nails! I went to this salon because it had great reviews but I got my shellac done on Thursday and by Sunday almost all of them had already chipped! I have had shellac done many times and it always lasts but this one did not.

I just got my nails done here. They have outstanding service and my nails are gorgeous. I will be coming back. I suggest you give them a try. And they are open on sunday!

I went for a shellac manicure. Halfway through the manicure a male employee comes over and takes the place of my female nail tech. I was getting white gel polish and he said it was too hard for the female tech to do. I felt like a fish in a fish tank the way all of the employees were hovering over my nails while he did them.Less than a week later my shellac manicure had started to chip, REALLY badly. I went back to have the polish removed. It took 40 minutes to remove, and the male tech who removed the gel polish took at least two smoke breaks while he was removing the polish. Again, other employees were hovering over my nails, just staring. I suppose they were bored?In both instances the salon employees were talking extremely loud and most of them were just staring, with nothing to do. The salon is junky and unclean. I would never visit again and wouldnt recommend.

I came in on 3/28 and enjoyed a relaxing pedicure and manicure. I loved the pedi spa chairs, great massage and all the equipment is brand new. The new owners took over recently and remodeled, I met both and they were super nice! They offered drinks (I chose a moscato) and gave free refills. They have a huge selection of nail polishes to choose from and also have a nice variety of deluxe pedi scents to choose from. I will absolutely be back, I really enjoyed my visit!

I just received a manicure with shellac polish. Whoosah. It looks terrible and I am very disappointed. 15 for a shellac polish and my nails are clumpy and not only that, he didnt apply an extra coat so It could be more smooth. Very clumpy and unsatisfying. You would think the location will bring a lot of customers but I see why it doesnt.. Service is horrible. 30 bucks down the drain. I wont be coming here again.

My first experience here is described below. However after my most recent experience Ill never come here again. I made a habit of coming here pretty consistently almost every 6 weeks. Technicians other than Bryan are hit or miss. Today I came in for a fill. I didnt know the numbers of the powder before. So I matched them to the best of my ability. The colors were al.ost IDENTICAL with subtle differences in like the depth of color. He stated that bc the colors werent exact he would have to charge me $35 (the cost of a new set) rather than the price for a fill. I said then if that was the case he could color match it for me and then it would go back to being a fill. Bryan was unfortunately not present. The guy who helped me, was rude but also difficult to communicate with due to the language barrier. I requested that he call Bryan so I could explain the dispute. Everything I said he presumably went back and argued in rebuttal...but I cant know that bc he did it in a foreign language. Finally Bryan just asked me to come back tomorrow. Im a single mom who works 3 jobs. Finding the time to get away to treat myself is hard enough to do once. I cant do it teice. Unfortunately, I wont return here again. If you need your nails done for a one time event, Id say this is a solid place to come. I wouldnt recommend it for a long term resource. Service is inconsistent from everyone other than Bryan and the customer service is sub-par. I would also recommend against a pedicure. Sometimes theyre really good, but if u get the wrong person its a waste of money....if you have any suggestions for other places I can try drop the name in a comment if u can :).Bryan did my nails. He paid close attention to detail and took great care in his work. He was kind and efficient and offered great service. Ill definitely be back. Will post pics as soon as I can figure out how.

Excellent 1 on 1 attention!This was my first time here. I really appreciate the staff at Regal nails. They were so polite and professional. Also, they are not money hungry. There are some salons that I’ve been too where they start to rush your mani or pedi just so they could have more customers.At Regal Nails, they are more about quality. They were honest to the walk in customers about the wait time. If they stayed, great, if not that was ok as long as they gave the customer they were working on their undivided attention.The ambiance of the location was great. It was bright and clean.I love the scent of the scrub products and locations they used.Jason did my nails. He took his time and gave me a quality mani and pedi and gave great detail to cleaning my cuticles. Also a great massage for the Classic treatment with the scrub.Also, I really liked their massage chairs. You can adjust the strength of the massage and the width.Overall I am satisfied with their service and will return in the future :)

Dont go here these people are insanei took my girlfriend here to get her nails done but they blisterd her fingers with the dremal tool so she went back the next day to get a refund and the older man yelled at her face and wouldnt refund the $40 until they removed the nails

I just left this place and it was the worst experience. My lady was very slow doing the pedicure and then left halfway when a new customer came in. The lady that was doing the nails on my hands took over. And as soon as she painted my nails, she ran off to the back to talk on her cell phone and my friends technician had to finish up. Here were the issues i encountered:There was still nail polish left on the sides. Also, I went with a friend and she received a sugar scrub but I did not. We got the same pedicure... at first I was going to let things go bit the more time I spent there, the more upset I got. So I finally said something. I asked for toe separators and the technician said yes, but didnt put them on. My friend got toe seperators put only on one foot. Then I told her my nails werent cleaned up on the sides, she said yes. Then i asked her if a sugar scrub is included with the pedicure. She said yes. I told her i didnt get one. And she said yes. Obviously, she did not speak English well to know what I was talking about. They also had 1 small desk fan to dry BOTH of nails. Not a nail fan, so not very professional. If Im paying $40 for a mani-pedi, I expect some level of service. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
