I asked to get my face waxed an they didn’t deliver. I have been to other shops were they have done face waxing really well and this is not one of those places. The women were unprofessional as they discussed the nature of my face not knowing I understood what was being said. And then charged me outside of what the prices on the board stated. I have been going to this establishment for years. But that ends today because they seemed like they were more interested in meeting a quota then doing a good job. I still left with not results and an irritated face.

Horrible Experience. I went to get a pedicure an manicure. Took 2 hours just for my pedicure. I had a dr appointment. Told them I will be back for my full set. Went back and took 2 more hours. I regret going back! By the next day my nails were coming off. Went back to show them and they looked at me like nothing was wrong, a lady fixed them and and now 4 days later my nails come off.

Very bad service. I went to go get my nails done he was in a rush and did not take his time with my nails and was being very rough with my cuticles and I kindly asked him to be more gentle and he yanked my hand and was even more rougher. After that he was looking at the other workers and they kept staring at me and laughing. When he was putting the clear coat on he didn’t coat all of my nail and I asked him can you please get this spot and he rolled his eyes and said ok. Then he put my hands under the dryer walked off and then didn’t tell me when it was done until he came back and said you’re good in a rude attitude and walked off.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience, I’m not sure if the lady was new to doing nails or not.She asked me how I liked them and it looked like a child had painted them. Two and a half hours of time and I wanted to cry. I ended up having her repaint them in French tip and went two days later and had someone else fix them.

I have been coming here since my sister in law recommended it. It gets hectic around noonish esp when summer and spring break are around. I recommend to come in around ten am when they are open for business and setting up. That way you beat the crowd and what not. Very friendly staff here and bilingual

I have been going to this salon for years and years. My husband and my Dad also go for pedicures. They always do a wonderful job, and are very considerate of my 86 year old father they call Grandpa. Always clean, fast and professional. If you want the wine and strawberry treatment, there are other places for that.

Very busy but I didnt feel rushed. We will be back.

I love the ladies, they are so friendly and love to please customer needs. Ingrown toe nails was my problem.

There are better places. Like almost all of them. But they are cheap.

They are considerate and fast. Sometimes they bleed the cuticle.

The worst nails ever! I got my nails done on wednseday because I had a wedding on Saturday to go to. By Friday one of nails had compeltly broken I had to go a different nail salon to get it fixed thank goodness they could color match it. The following Monday 2 more nails had broken! My mother an I went to this nail place for years when holly owned it now there is a new owner and they are awful! The guy who did my nails stopped to have a smoke break. He didnt wash his hands after and he stunk so bad! I also got a pedicure which sucked. It didnt even look like my heels were scrubbed. My polish was everywhere on my toes. The bride to be also came with me she picked out this cute pink nude color in shellac the wrong number was written on the box it came out like a faint purple color. She pointed it out and the lady who rolled her eye and found the correct color. She didnt take off the original color so the day before the wedding she was fracking out because her nails looked like a washed out purple pink color. She also had to go to a different nail place to get it fixed. I would strongly oppose going to this place. They have cheap prices but you get what you pay for ...

I hate this place they look like grandma and my nails looked so ugly and I don’t want to come over here again
