I made an appointment for my daughters first day of school. After waiting 20 minutes the stylist finally comes to the front to tell me I can just shop around the store because it will be another 45 minutes. No apologies, not a care. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of time. What a way to ruin a childs first salon experience and back to school style.

Went for highlights..the manager was very rude and.liedd about what time they opened.. she wanted to cut my hair I kept saying no.She then did what she wanted to do to my hair and I ended up paying almost 200.00 after it was said and done..No price list to veiwThen she had another employee performing . I would never visit this salon again..no one there knows what to do. Very unorganized and unprofessional

Had made an appointment on April 21st, the receptionist ignored me the whole time and didnt even ask if i needed help or anything! Canceled my appointment was very disappointed

This salon, their stylists, and front desk associate, Felisa is amazing! They have outstanding customer service and the entire staff is extremely friendly. Shalis is my stylist and every hair appointment Ivehad with her she has exceeded my expectations. One of the reason I recommend Shalis is because she goes above and beyond providing a service by providing hair care tips and product recommendations. Though she is knowledgeable in alot of areas I really appreciate that she specializes in natural hair. If youre looking for an amazing stylist then Id recommend Shalis - She truly cares about her clients.

My hair was done by Jean Harris and it was a great experience. She cut and blew my natural hair out. Very pleasant, clean and knowledgeable.

Before you have your hair done here, be sure to confirm price and specific service with them. If not you will end up paying three times as much as you expected and you will be told that you had to have a different service from what you asked. I have never felt so cheated in all my life. I had been going there for the past year! No wonder there is never more than two customers there and a different stylist almost every time you go.
