I got my nails done on Monday. Not only do I have a broken nail, but 3 nails have completely fallen off. I also got acrylic on my toe, and it fell off as well. I think the quality is very poor considering I spent over a hundred dollars here.

10 months ago I had a good review but now it has changed. As of today I will find me a new spot. I was just in last week for a correction. Well it didn’t last again. So I didn’t ask for a redo of their mistake . I wanted a fresh gel polish only and hardener Chenel recommended . Well they failed to mention a extra hardener is $25. Gel polish is $20 so I spent $45 and didn’t even get a manicure. Nails not cleaned up. Alice appeared to be in a hurry or frustrated today. Lastly If you go get a Pedi cure if Judy is not there don’t waste your time.

I’ve been coming to Pure Organic every 3-4 weeks since they opened. I have never had a bad experience, and I have never had bad work done. Chanel ( the owner) and her husband are such sweet and friendly people. The staff are awesome! I always get a deluxe pedicure with extra massage time. They NEVER rush my service like some salons do. My feet look and feel spectacular! I always look forward to my visits because it’s a time for me to relax and getaway, and they respect that. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. I can’t say enough about this place and the staff! Thank you all so much, and a special thank you to Hannah! She’s my tech, and I love her! Koby

Just left on a busy Saturday morning and absolutely enjoyed my experience with Thuy. She made my well-overdue experience relaxing. My nails look great! I would definitely request her next time.

Hands down this place is amazing. Second time and didnt disappoint. You pay for the experience and mines was phenomenal. Mani and pedi was great but my facial was the best. Very refreshing 😌. Worth every penny!

Originally came to get milky white, squared nails, i payed 65$ and within in two days one of my nails cracked and broke, the next day another did. there were also little spectacles in my nails :( and not all of my nails are the same shape

This is not the place to go if you like creative and well done nails. Ive been a regular at this place for some months now and kept going back bc of the kind customer service and cleanliness. Well for the past two times I’ve had the manger (Chanel?) doing my refills and the first time I left somewhat unsatisfied with the finished product- it was a lazy job and she is very heavy handed with the acrylic nail shaping and not gentle enough around the cuticles- but this last time was the final straw. She was extremely rude and unaccommodating when she could not understand what I wanted even though I showed her 3 pictures for reference. She demanded I pay for polish I didn’t end up liking even though I had absolutely no intentions of doing otherwise. Another employee apologized for her outburst and she even interrupted them in order to rush me out. They have lost a loyal customer, and FYI they definitely over charge.

I absolutely love this place! Chanel runs an amazing nail shop! Alice is a marvelous nail tech and Tina did a good job on my feet. The prices are reasonable and they let us connect our phone to the speaker. So much fun!

I love the new cat eye gel polish! Such a cool effect and the techs always do a great job. The deluxe manicure and pedicure with hot stone massage and hot wax is the best. They take time to do a good massage with lotion at the end.

Someone hacked my account and had air buds sent to them at this address, they did it twice. Be careful since someone there is not honest. I had to report the fraud.

Tina and Alice were both quite the pair working in tandem on the pedicure and manicure my mom scheduled when she got me a gift card. I’ll book another appointment in the future for sure. Thank you ladies and also the kind gentleman that offered to walk me out with an umbrella because it was pouring outside. The results and experience were wonderful.

This is awesome place to visit. I have been going there for awhile. I never had to wait for service. They are very respectful. And worth the money. If you havent tried the facial yet I would suggest you do you wont regret it.

CLEAN, impeccable customer service, I’ve been twice at close to closing time and they finished me up late without rushing. They set a timer for their massages so you know you’re getting what you paid for. Tons of colors to choose from for dip, shellac, and powder. Every tech I’ve had is great and Alex is for real a MASTER on nail design! I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years and this place ticks all the boxes!

I got a deluxe pedicure. My service provider was amazing! She took her time and did a very good job on my pedicure. I was very impressed with the level of service and the quality of work. This is only my second time visiting this location, but after this I am very likely to return more often.

This nail salon is the best..Everyone does a great job here and they make sure to take your time on your nails and ask you what you want. The place is clean & Staff are Friendly. My experience was way more than expected and they deserve each star received.

I have tried this place twice now, and I thought they were pretty friendly. They didn’t take long on my nails and got me in and out. I noticed that they didn’t really provide a “full service” full set like I’ve received from other nail shops, but I know every shop has their own process. For example, they didn’t put a top coat afterwards or use the solution to wipe my gel polish after they dried. To me, it made a difference because I soon realized that either the polish that they’re using is cheap, or they are missing some steps (or both). It sucks becausethey’ve been very nice to me, but I don’tthink I’ll return because of the quality of work. My nails don’t last long atall. I’ve never really had my gel polish chip off at the tips. My nails really don’t have that top coat shine:(

I was a little skeptical about going here at first only because I’m not from the area & I usually go to a place closer to were I’m from. However they were super nice & welcoming, something you don’t get from many nail salons. I was accidentally overcharged for my service & w/out me saying anything I was simply refunded the over amount no questions asked. Someone else would have took that payment & kept going but they were honest about it. If I’m ever in the area again I WILL be returning for a pedi.

This is the BEST nail place around! I had a full set of acrylics today! Asked me exactly what I wanted and had no pressure to upgrade, like most places. Great decor, they even have coffee!! Ill be back and wont go anywhere else!!

Clean and nice staff. Great selection of colors for powder, polish. My pedicures last about 2 weeks without polish chipping, and that tells me that they dont dilute their products to try and make them last longer like some other places. Fair prices compared to other salons in the area.

It was my first time going to this nail spa at first I was a little scared since Ive had so many bad experiences. As soon I walked in I was welcomed got seated almost immediately. The nail tech who was doing my nails so so friendly and professional and I absolutely love her and I definitely will be going back!

It is really difficult trying to find consistent quality service. On my first visit I was pleased with my dip nails although there were some minor imperfections, on my return visit a week later because my nails were lifting, there were major imperfections my nails are lumpy and on day 2 already chipping, I also felt Alice was rushing on me and the pedicure was awful the worst I’ve ever had yet, I won’t be returning.

This had to be the best nail salon experience Ive had in a long time! Great atmosphere,owners and staff. Not only did they get me in for a full set and delux pedicure at closing but I was treated like royalty and not at all rushed or over charged. I will definitely be going back. This will be my new home salon.

It was NOT worth it, the nail tech was gossiping with other clients and co workers, left me unattended a couple times, burn my skin a few times. And over charged me, now I understand why it was empty!!Definitely not a returning customer here. It clearly appears as desperate owners that must pay an expensive space for lease!

The staff was very nice, however my nail tech was very preoccupied with managing the front desk and incoming phone calls. We also werent offered anything to drink. I will give them another try to see if it gets better.

Thuy is my favorite nail specialist (only one Ive tried). Pure Organic is new, nice and clean. Comfortable atmosphere with great prices. I recommend Pure Organic and Thuy.
