Vee, Michelle, Crystal, Kimberley, Daniel, and the managers are amazing! They will make sure youre happy with the service before you leave. I will definitely be coming back with my little sister in the future. They have options for kids and adults. They are very professional, honest, and great at what they do!

Good system in place for welcoming and managing the client experience. Very short wait time. Many choices, full suite of products. Very sanitary. Experienced attendants. And the best part, there were free drinks. I had a great glass of wine!

I do not recommend Marquee Nail Bar in Pearland! The lady that did my pedicure did not remove ANY of my dry skin from either foot! The gentleman that did my manicure CUT me on FOUR different fingers. That was my first and last time going there.

Awesome experience. We came here to have a girls day for my niece 22nd birthday. The mimosas were nice. The service was top notch. Everyone had on gloves and masks. They make you wash your hands upon arrival. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Its neat, the decor is nice. They are very attentive and meet your needs. The music is great. I will definitely be back!!

I went on June 12th,2021 for my birthday, I got dipped nails and they are so thick they look horrible, my son spent over 100.00 for my nails and his pedicure, he was happy, I am not,I really didnt notice how thick and lumpy they were until I left, I was already in there over 2 hours and didnt feel like going back.. worst nails Ive ever got.

Prices have went WAY UP. Cost 45 bucks for a basic pedicure w/shellac. Then I was charged 41 bucks (ODD PRICE) for regular square shape full set. It was only 3 other people there on the WEEKEND so that EXPLAINS A LOT. 86 bucks total for these nails 😳. Save your money!

Im giving 5 stars to both Tracy because of the excellent job that she did on my pedicure and the other lady who did my eyebrows!! Im giving this place 1 star is because of the horrible work that they did on my nails Im used to the hot pink powder(which I asked numerous times) and the half blue/half red (which I asked numerous times as well) on the tip of my nails that my nail lady back home in ft worth have done for me numerous times not the shellac which I never wanted in the first place (the tech told me that the shellac lasts a lot longer)they decided put on the Red on the whole nail and then putting the blue on top adding insult to injury they never kept my nails sharp and being charged an extra $25 for them to take them off my poor husband paid $130 (which were still waiting for a refund)altogether I walked out of the building crying because I was so angry I had to go to another place to get my nails done the correct way

For the price you pay the quality is awful. This place overpriced and they just don’t do a good job. The lighting in here is very poor so you don’t even notice the poor quality till you get outside and then have to go back in to get it corrected.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had a pedicure done by Kimberly and she did a rushed job. The polish didn’t last a week and I had to tell her several times to clean up the polish that was around my toes. She was very unprofessional.

I love Marquee Nailbar! I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails and the work is always top quality my nails don’t brake, and I have two kids so this is key. lol they always have wine and champagne on tap and even some alcohol 😉 if you’re up for it. I never have to wait, they have good music, my eyebrows are always done right so they get all my money and five stars from me!

The pricing is reasonable. You can tell that they clean up after themselves with each customer. Theres a full bar worth of wine and liquor of your choice. feel free to have a nail party here the service is great !! If I could give negative stars believe me I would. I started going to this place when it opened an have been a loyal customer. I love all th color choices. But it is the WORST nail salon I’ve EVER been to. S*** service, s*** staff, s*** nail job. Never seen a more cocky owner in my life. Staff will leave you for a long time to go talk or smoke outside instead of do their jobs. If you want acrylics for 15 minutes before they break off this is the place for you. I will never go back to this crappy place again.

I went to try this place out after having a terrible experience at another nail place. I went to go have my nails redone here 3 days after getting them done at the other place. I absolutely love the service, the environment and the way they do my nail. I always request 1 person in particular and I always leave super pleased!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Tech was on her phone for half of my services. Did not cut off cuticles during pedicure and performed poor paint job on the manicure. Provided feedback to supervisor and he promised to report the issue to the manager. It has been over a week and no one has called. Im assuming they do not care about the customers experience as long as they get your money.

Pedicure menu is more expensive than most, but theyre offering a lot per level of service. Plus your drinks are unlimited. They have two separate frozen margaritas spinning at all times: lime and strawberry.

I tried this place when they first opened awhile back. Convinced by friend to retry. Techs talked to each other about my feet. Pictured is the third revision of my French. The white was almost the whole toe nail. I find after the 2nd revision. My shellac nails do not look like the sample nail plus my nails are uneven and different shapes. Polish is all over my cuticles and skin. Shabby job but not shabby prices. Then tech hovered ..for a tip. Needless to say I will not be back. Fool me once Shame on you. Fool me twice Shame on my friend. Fool me again shame on ME!

Do not go to this place.Not only does it provide horrible service, but they lie to take more money out of you. I called for the shellac price and a gentleman said it was $20 for color. When I walked in with my daughter, I specifically told the manager / owner she wouldn’t say That I only wanted shellac “Color!” When done I was charged $36! For each . I complained to the manager and told her I specifically asked for color why the additional charge, she had the nerve to lie to my face and said” u asked for shellac and manicure with massage! She would not apologize for lying and I had to pay $72! Over charged $32 dollars. Ridiculous amount for a place like this with horrible reviews. I rushed because it was convenient. But never again! I’m sticking to Milano Nail Spa in pearland. Not only the best service but great ratings and no tricks or lies to take more money.

If you decide to come to this nail shop PLEASE bring your own tools and nail polish. I liked their service so I kept coming to this nail shop and I got a toe nail fungus. I got it treated right away but it took 6 weeks for my toe nail to be healthy again.I don’t think anybody should have to go through that. I won’t be coming back to this nail shop.

I would like to say I just walked in today 5/20/17 Was going to get a manicure and pedicure I decided I dont have enough time so I asked that they could remove my polish And they said that they would have to charge me $7 dollars just to remove my polish After they said that I decided I do not want a pedicure and I would never come back here again this is my second time here theyre really rude and selfish Not about the money the point How can you charge somebody seven dollars to remove their polish it was not shellac all you have to do was get a cotton ball and put nail polish remover and remove itLast time I went there. Told to wait 5 minutes for a pedicure, but I sat in the chair for 30 minutes with no one working on my feet. They knew it was understaffed, but told me the wrong estimate so I was upset since I had an appointment afterwards and they made me late to my next appointment. I also had a manicure and the front house mgr ended up doing it. She was so terrible at it because she was so distracted with everyone else was doing. Never offered me a drink while I waited for 30 minutes. The front of the house people just walk around in a circle waiting for customers to come through the door, but dont take care of you while you are there. The interior is pretty, but the customer service is less than desired. I am never going back.

All technicians that I have experienced have been very kind, hospitable, attentive and they do good work. I only get pedicures when I go and I am relaxed once I leave. They play good music and serve great drinks!!! They treat little girls like princesses and my daughter loves the treatment.

Nails were done quickly place was nice and clean (only reason for a star at all)Only had a polish change, Never dried my polish, basically sat in a chair for 3 min to let it dry and was told to not touch anything for an hour or two or my nails would mess up.Fast forward 24 hours....the paints chipped and peeled off 3 nails and is flaking on the rest. Staff kept pushing Shellac, and once it was obvious I was going to only get the polish change i asked for, i got low rate service and was basically pushed out the door.20$ for a polish change on toes and nails.

I started coming to this nail salon when it first opened and it has gone down fast. They have the worst customer service and will nickle and dime you for every little thing. The owners are rude, unprofessional and cocky for no reason. The service is horrible, the nails are thin and will break within minutes of leaving the salon. If you decide to go think twice if you value customer service and honesty because you will not get it here!!!! I wish I could give negative stars.

I went to tell them that my face was burned in several places after getting a wax. She asked did I want another wax or some water? Never ever will I be back. And shes rude when you dont get everything they try to offer you. I know its much better places to go in the area besides here. Now I have to go to work looking crazy with a burnt face. No remorse, nothing! No more of my hard earned dollars will they get.

This place is pathetic and manager is a racist. She was mad I don’t get my nails done anymore and only my toes and while her workers was doing my toes she decided to come and bother me about it and while we are arguing behind nothing she decided to tell me to HUSH MY MOUTH. The place looks nice and seems pretty clean. As others have said you get free drinks which is nice. However, the lack of customer service is really not worth your money.

They are very prejudiced they hours say one thing and when you get there they tell you something else once they see that youre black . Ive been going to this nail shop for about 7 months and never had a bad experience until last week. Before arriving to the nail shop, I called the receptionist to make sure my nail technician was there that Sunday. The lady who answered the phone told me yes he is here, just come. So I get there 1hour later and the young guy at the front door told me Tom just left. Then he tells me oh somebody can do for yu. I politely said no and asked well when will he return and the guy says tomorrow. Monday comes and once again I called before showing up and they told me yes Tom is here and available. One hour later, I arrive at Marquee for them to say oh he is out of town. Like for real?!? Which one is it? Is he out of town or is he no longer here? I definitely will not be returning.

The lady that did my nails was so rude and had so much attitude. She cut my nails super short without even asking me how long i wanted them. When I asked which bright red she recommended she said for me to go look for it that she didnt know. Very unprofessional. Will NOT be coming here again.

Customer service is terrible. I have been there 3 or four times. Everytime I get upset and say I am not going back. The place is a rip off. I went back this time because it said new management. There are no prices posted. They are hesitant to answer when you ask how much. They gave me a price the last two times and both times my bill was 5 to 15 dollar more. Technicians do a rushed job and do not provide quality service.

I have been going here since they opened. I love the customer service and am always happy with the quality of my nails and toes! Because of their large staff, I often can get my mani-pedi at the same time and then off to the rest of my day.

My index finger is polishless one day after getting them done (shellac!!). On top of one nail missing polish, my thumb peeled half way and I used super glue to try and fix it. On top of all of that, they sit you down immediately so you think you’re getting service right away but on the contrary, we ended up waiting almost 30 minutes before they started our nails and that was only because I had a flight to catch! Will not be going back!

I usually dont give negative reviews, but after this past Saturdays experience, I felt that I must. Ive been attending Marquee Nail bar greater than 7 months after I moved here from Nashville. Im usually satisfied with their service until, I had a customer service issue. I had 2 different nail techs. The lady (Marie) that did my toes did a superb job, while the woman named Vee or V did a sloppy job and used yellow color that I did not choose; insisting it was a neon yellow and when she finished I realized it did not look like the yellow that I picked, so I asked to show me the nail sample once again to compare and it was a mello yellow and it was not the color I chose. She was not apologetic and insisted that is the color I chose. Not only that, the color was painted on sloppy with nail degree and fuzz. So when I complained to the manager, they began speaking their language and I felt attacked and disregarded.As a regular customer who tips very well surely she would have made it right, but she sided with her nail tech (Vee). I did not want to argue with them, so I left very disappointed; so much so that I believe I left my debit card because that was the last place i used it. By the time I thought about it, the place was closed and I cancelled the card. No one should be treated this way; especially when youre a regular customer. I will not be returning. I will be searching for another salon who has better customer service.When an experience upset you so bad that you unknowingly leave your debit card, that is very bad. So people beware!!! If I could, I would leave 0 stars. Its been 2 days now and one of my shellac nails has noticeably chipped. So again people be ware!!!

I had a jelly pedicure that was fine. My dip manicure was awful. My manicurist grabbed the wrong color, but because it was powder, I couldnt tell until she had already finished. My nails were uneven, crooked, and different lengths. The top coat was also not applied evenly. When she was finished, there was polish on my skin, and she drew blood twice. Go somewhere else.

I went into this shop for the first time last week, my experience started off good, the lady that walks around set me down for my pedicure, I showed her a picture of a nail design I wanted she quoted me $50 I agreed, while getting my full set the nail tech informed me it would be an extra $5 charge for the length which was understandable, no problem, the lady that walks around who originally told me $50 walked up after my nails were almost complete and told me it would be $65 I explained that my nail tech told me it would only be an additional $5 for the length she was rude and cutting me off saying if I wanted that type of work and did r want to pay that price I should have went to another shop which insulted me bc the price wasn’t the problem, the problem was I asked before I set in the chair me and the nail tech discussed the additional charge and she walked up at the last minute trying to overcharge me, in the last week I’ve lost 3 nails which has never happened at my previous shop so I guess the work wasn’t worth the $65 she claimed. I’m still trying to find a new nail shop since I’m new to the area and definitely will not be returning back to this u professional shop. I should have just listened to the previous bad reviews and I hope you guys take my advice and run very far away to avoid a horrible experience and disrespect that I did I only gave them 1 star bc I couldn’t give them a negative 100

Very, very nice setup. Poor technicians. Was burnt 3 times and my tech made my cuticles bleed. My nails began to come off a week later and now Im able to see that he filed down too far on my real nail its super sensitive.

They do a great job. Most of the time they listen too. Couple of them are really friendly and try to talk with you while they work.

They do very nice shapes, & I love the atmosphere and that you can have free drinks while you getting your service done. but the nails break very easily, too thin of nails I believe thats why they break so easily..

Honesty is and always has been the best policy. It shows integrity. I went to this place for the first time on February 1, 2018 after leaving two other nail salons that were extremely busy but I couldn’t wait. Wished I had. I called about pricing before I arrived and was told $30 for refill with shellac as long as I didn’t change the shape of my nail. Ok that’s fair. When I arrived I decided I wanted the stilleto shape instead of the almond shape I had and cut down a little. Jennifer quoted me at her table $40 to do this. I agreed. My nails looked nice so I decided to get designs on two of my nails. Jennifer quoted me $5 per nail. I agreed. So if I can add correctly that equals $50. Once I got to the register to pay the price went up to $55. When disputed it she says I misunderstood her. When it comes to money there are no misunderstandings or language barriers. I understood clearly. I was prepared to leave a nice tip as I always do when I feel the work is good and I actually thought Jennifer was nice and could have a long term customer service relationship, but I didn’t. Here’s a tip “Honesty is the best policy.”Perhaps this is why it was so empty while all the other things nail salons in the area including the two I left were packed. No one likes dishonesty. Wish you well.

I went there and the nail technician, Jenny, did my full set with shellac and it wasnt a good job. She didnt even care for my cuticles stating cutting cuticles was an extra charge. My nails are crooked, some of them lacked polish on the side of the nail, and I was overall disappointed. My pedicure was good and I didnt get her name, but she did an awesome job. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this place.

I have been to this location a handful of times and been pleased. This past weekend, however, changed my opinion. The techs consistently seem rushed, and it shows in the length of time my polish is staying on. Its been 4 days and the polish on most of my toes is already gone. I got gel polish on my nails and it, too, is already peeling off.Although the prices of their pedicures differ, Ive tried all of them - and theyre all the exact same!! They are too expensive for me to return as frequently as I need if the polish wont stay on and services are subpar.

Have given this location more than a fair chance to earn my business. With only 1 out of 6 successful experiences, I will be looking elsewhere. Although you can get in pretty much any time you drop by, the speed they employ led to the sides of my nails getting nicked causing bleeding, the underside of my nails not getting filed down, and the thick build up from not filing down the nail beds thinly enough made my nails look terrible. The last time I went there, I ended up going the next day to another place to have them done right. They also butchered my poor husband on our last pedi trip. The bleeding almost made me faint. I don’t like the push to upsell you either, and the owner or manager barks out orders to his techs so loudly over a speaker, it makes them and the customers uncomfortable. Nice looking place, but won’t be back. For that price, I expect better.

I’ve been coming here for 4.5 years and can’t believe what they fid. I got my nails done last week for my friends birthday, nothing special . I always get them long with glitter and pay $45 only ONE time have I paid $50- this has been like this for 4.5 years SAME LENGTH, so why in the middle of my nails did I ask the price and they said $65? I told my nail lady umm no $65 for acrylic powder?! She said it’s because the length and the shape.. I ALWAYS get the same shape and length but one time I got them longer than this and only paid $50. I asked her why the price was so high again and she said it’s the shape, but like I said I always get the same shape. So after me going back n forth with her, I tell my friend who got her nails done LONGER than mine (and she had different nails each a different color ) to show the lady her nails- the lady just laughed at her nails.. my friends nails were only $50 that doesn’t make sense. So I told her not to do the shaping on my nails that it would be fine and she says “it’ll be the same price” but she just told me the reason why my nails were $65 is because the shape. When I went to pay she had a full attitude and didnt even give me my receipt that I asked for. Me and my friend walked outside and were talking about what happen and then one of the workers told us it’s because they didn’t have enough business so they charged us more. WTF?? What does that have to do with us?? Fast forward to a week later (yesterday) my whole entire nail came off.. not cracked, not chipped, not split. The WHOLE nail came off. She didn’t do my nails right. I’ve never had my whole nail with the acrylic just slide off. WOW

Terrible place they took forever then to top it off she left my nails bulky thick and wide. I will never come back to this place again. I wish I had the girls name that did my nails all I know is that she had a ton of eye shadow on.

Terrible service. Techs rush through services and are very rude. The tech who did my nails couldnt stay off her phone while servicing me. Of course, I was back a day later after a gel manicure because the polish chipped so bad.. the woman owner basically interrogated me because she didnt believe I got my nails done there. I tried to give this place a chance because of the innovative concept, but there are many other places in the area that does QUALITY work for less than what they charge. I will not be returning.

Asian guy with glasses once told me I shouldn’t get light pink bc it wouldn’t go well my skin color, I dam near wanted to cry. I still got it and it looked good af on me. Also I broke a nail and went to get it redone. The lady who was about to do it, put the Acrylic on there without even puttin the plastic piece of nail on first, then she tried to shape it! It was all lumpy and uneven I was sooo mad. That was the first time I ever acted up in a nail shop. Don’t go here

I will definitely not return. The salon is beautiful in the inside but the quality of services you receive is horrible. The pedicure looks like my 7 year old daughter did it. Took my mom with me and person doing her nails was very PUSHY on type of pedicure, and other lady asking why didnt my mom speak English?? Does it really matter if she only speaks Spanish! The lady working on my pedicure cut my cuticle too deep, if it wasnt for her coworker next to her mentioning to apply product on my cut. Whenever I went to pay the guy at the register he looked upset because I showed him the facebook offer for my 15% off discount. THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS!!!

Went in for pedicures with my friend. Both techs cut cuticles and hurt us a little. I was bleeding a tiny bit. The paint on mine chipped after a few days. My friends held together better though. The margaritas were okay tastewise, but hardly any tequila in them.

I paid 129 to plus 15 in tip for myself and daughter. My nail lifted in 2 days they was very thick uneven so my daughter forced me to go back cause my bday. I spoke to owner and she told come after told her they didn’t remove all the dry skin on my feet Heals, after having gel pedicure. I drove from galleria and they only fixed my nails refused to fix the dry skin issues .Let me say I’ve been coming to them since they open . I won’t be returning. Poor customer service. Plus they was moving stations around and it was soooooo much dirt underneath yuck . The son was being arguementive to me and my daughter

I Will NEVER go to this place again. I have gone there for a year and a half and will never go again. I have always gone back thinking that either it would get better or the service would change but time and time again they have proven me wrong. In 20 years that Ive been getting my nails done I have gotten fungus underneath my nails twice now in the last 6 months. They are constantly saying that it has nothing to do with them but it totally does. The consistency of the technicians are horrible and do not know what theyre doing. There service is less than par and would never recommend this to any person that I come in contact with therefore I want to warn the public. Trust me when I say do not go there

Never come here! Received the worst fill of my life on my nails!Also my mom and I received a lip wax and our top lip has been burning for over 2 weeks, regret letting them do it completely.When you try to call the salon they dont answer.Absolutely terrible place

The owner rocks, but his son, not so much. I prefer to go when the owner is around as he goes out of his way to make you feel appreciated as a customer.

These people are rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. They ran out of my first 3 color choices and I had to settle for what they had, not what I wanted. They charge an additional $20 for gel color on manicure and pedicure. The nail techs are sloppy, they left paint all over my fingers. The owner’s son has the audacity to be rude when they’re charging crazy prices for poor work. I have been going there for 3 years. I’m done after today.

Ive been here about four times too many and the service continues to decline. There is a lot of young nail techs here that seem to be unprofessional and immature. The last two times I was here the nails techs were in a hurry and didnt have the best attitude. I wasnt offered anything to drink and I appeared to be an inconvenience if I asked for something as small as warmer water during the pedicure. I tried to come back hoping it was just that nail tech but unfortunately the service is just inconsistent altogether. Not to mention the owners just stand around looking at 20 plus nail technicians run around and gossip when the shop is not full with customers.

Terrible pedicure, I repeatedly told TRANG that she is not doing my pedicure right. My water is cold, the massage chair is not working, and everytime i tell her something is wrong she just smiles and nods her head. I usually love coming here but i will start a search for a new nail salon.

I have been in multiple times just to rule out if it was a bad day I was having, or if the service really sucked that bad... its the service. I specifically asked each of the 3 DIFFERENT people who did my nails, not to file them on the sides, as I do not like the skinny nail look... these are my natural nails, with powder over them, so once they are filed like cat claws, there is no going back!! My solar pedicure coasts me $50 each time, and they dont paint the color all the way to the side of your toes.. plus the lady cut me with the file so much, I just asked her to stop.Hate it here. I have never written a review for anything in my life, but please save your money and go somewhere else where they take pride in their work.

I dont want to give them no star but I have to give in these one star to get on here to write a review this is the 2nd incident where Ive went into Marquee nail bar and they keep telling me that their closed their hours say 1 thing but when you get there I say something else rudely the 1st time I just blew it off but this time Im sure its because theyre prejudice because there was another woman that walked in before me and they had seated her and given her a drink I know its the 4th of July butif youre page says your open then you should be opened to service for anyone, the customer service sucks and they are rude especially the owners son

I came to the nail bar for the first time Monday 2/15/16 along with 3 other family members who also were coming for the first time. From beginning to end the experience was not good at all. The technicians were not polite. In fact there were quite pushy. They kept trying to get us to upgrade our selected service. One technician was speaking to my family member through her mask which made it extremely difficult to understand. We were not asked if we wanted anything to drink. We had to request for someone to come take our drink requests. The music in the salon was very offensive. There was lots of profanity and explicit lyrics. This is not the type of place I would bring my mother or daughter as we often go to get pedicures. One of my family members was cut during the pedicure. When it was brought to the attention of management, nothing was done. There are plenty of options in Pearland with much better service and prices. Never again will I spend my money or time at Marquee Nailbar!

Was a loyal customer for several years but I was disrespected and was overcharged. I know how much I usually should pay before coming in but they drew the line today by even breaking pinky nail in half. Now I’m left worried about my pinky nail and disrespected, especially after how long I had been a customer and brought so many people by my word of mouth. Never coming back.
