Very nice and clean nail salon/spa. You can listen to soft relaxing music while sipping on a complimentary beverage. Tracy is the best! She is very patient and provides good nail care. Appointments are the best but they do accept walk-ins.

Where do I start. I wanted to like this place. It hadn’t even been two weeks and I went back twice to fix multiple broken nails. 4 broke within a week. Horrible. Then two broke some days after. One that was just fixed. And today, the other one that was just fixed broke. I don’t know how nails can break mere days after getting them freshly done. And THEN the ones you JUST fixed break 2 and 4 days after. And because it was CLOSE to 2 weeks, not even 2 weeks yet they want you to pay for that horrible quality to fix it. Please. Save your money. There are plenty of nail salons in Pearland. Find a better one. When nails break, they hurt because they are done well. These literally just popped off like nothing. HORRIBLE.

This was my first time here and I’m glad I found them. My experience was amazing great customer service and a large selection of colors. I will definitely be combing back.

Be here to get pedicures done ! Amazing job on that 10/10 so I never thought it would be a problem for me to get my nails done here. Wrong, firstly I go to a home based nail tech so I know the difference between when I’m being rushed and when nail techs actually prep my nails for the acrylics. Never once did she prep my nails she was ready to just dive into the powder and call it a day. I got them done and the next day one popped off too easily and so on. This was the reference photo and I asked if she could make the same shape she told me yes, but not quite. Payed $45 for acrylics added $5 for the length and another $10 because they charge for using different color powders.

Had a very dissatisfied job today. Prior to today’s appointment I had been here before and they they seem okay. I can back with my daughters and was super disappointed. The nail technician I had today had me soak my nails in a bag of acetone on top of a bowel while I was sitting on the pedicure chair. After telling her that the acetone was going to fall she assured me that it wouldn’t and like I predicted the acetone spilled over my dress and seeped through. After telling her what happened she continued to keep my hands in the bag after I told her that it wouldn’t work. Once we were done we told the young lady at the desk but she couldn’t even find words to say sorry adequately. Seems that they don’t like to take suggestions so it won’t happen again. So beware.

The place is very luxurious, very nice and cozy but the lousy service they charge very expensive and they do not know how to fix the nails well. Some of the people who put them are apprentices and they do not grill well. lousy place and very expensive work do not waste your time going 😡😡😡😡and I tell the man to clean my nails and a worker told me to do it at home bad place I do not recommend it

My first visit went great... Tina was perfect!Today’s visit... absymal! I signed in for a manicure and eyebrow wax. The lady at the front desk stated the wait would be 15-20 minutes, I agreed and took a seat. I waited very patiently, but it was nearly an hour after I arrived... I was hoping to have been leaving with a manicure and eyebrow wax in that amount of time. No one communicated why it was taking longer, how much longer I would need to wait...the lady at the front desk just stayed on her laptop. I wish she would have been truthful about the wait time so that I could have used my time more efficiently. I left after spending 50 minutes waiting, with neither an eyebrow wax nor a manicure.

The service is always spot on. I would recommend an appt so you avoid any wait time. They are very accommodating and clean establishment. I have been here several times and always leave impressed.

Won’t be going back... way too overpriced....they charge you for a manicure when you’re already getting 40-50$ acrylics. So that would come out to 70-80$ for a darn acrylics. Hard pass....!!!

Kay is my girl, she does such a great job. She’s usually pretty booked, so I’ve gone to others for last minute drop ins. Always happy with their services.

I was a walk in visiting from out of town and they were pretty busy but my wait was not long. The gentleman took me back and my nails are everything I wanted. I will definitely come back when in town. Thank you

I got a pedicure that was a step up from the basic with one add on. I was VERY pleased with the level of service and attention I received. I went on a Tuesday after work and they got me to a technician within 5 minutes. The atmosphere is calming and I really enjoyed my pedicure. This is my third time visiting this location. they are a tad pricey, but every visit has been wonderful.

The service here was decent but I will not being going back and I would not recommend. First of all, I was overcharged for a pedicure and dip manicure. The young lady at the front desk basically argued with me about why I I was being charged more, which was total BS. There are a million nail salons in shadow creek. Don’t go here unless you want to be blindly overcharged. Spend your money where you are valued.

I came to this salon before leaving on a trip. The tech was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. My nails looked great when I left but the next morning they were discolored, streaked and blotchy. They went from dark pink to peach.I tried contacting the salon (even emailed photos) and never got a response. There are so many nail salons in the area I expected quality to keep patrons from going elsewhere. This was my first and last visit there. Due to their lack of response and quality I’ll be sure to tell everyone on all social media outlets.

Clean, modern and posh location with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tools appear to be autoclaved between customers. Gentle, fast yet not rushed service as well. Will absolutely return.

Have been a handful of times now and they do amazing work and very clean place. Owner takes good care of her employees and it shows. Highly recommend.

My wife waited in a chair with her feet soaking for 50 minutes after her appointment time before getting up and leaving. Employees walked by several times and said that someone would come but no one ever showed up. The only reason I gave two stars is because she said a couple employees were extremely apologetic. She won’t be going back.

My husband purchased a gift card for me from this place for Mother’s Day. I’ve gone several times and called to try to make an appointment. It’s been empty and nobody answers the phone. The voicemail is full so I can’t even leave a message. Did they go out of business?!?!

The service was OKAY when we walked in. she told us to sign in. Then we were seated and the spa. When they finished our nails, we werent satisfied with was done to our nails at all because they werent what we wanted. So, I wouldnt recommend this place to nobody because of the simple fact that everything felt kind of rushed and I feel like they didnt take their time on our nails. For the amount of money, we paid for our nails, they were not up to par with what we had expected when we initially walked in the door. I will not be returning to this nail shop in the future.

The nail tech Thuha, is horrible! She is more worried about up selling a set of nail to make money off of you. On top of that she talks about you in her language to other nail techs, she is very rouch and unprofessional! Don’t go to her !
