Citris Nail Spa is the best nail spa I’ve been to in Pearland! The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with helping me select designs and styles. The shop is kept extremely clean and very luxurious, they also provide a wide selection of drinks. They always have new colors and keep up with the latest trends! All of the staff are very talented! I will definitely be coming very often!

Ashley and Diane are a dynamic duo! They are both very professional and see to it that I am satisfied with my nails and feet. Diane takes time on my acrylic nails and has been able to do every designed that I have shown her. Ashley really takes her time on my pedicures. My feet are so soft and my polish is always applied well and last for weeks. I love Citrus Nails Pearland, Ashley, and Diane.

My wife and I have been coming to Citrus Nails for about two years. The staff is great, the service is fantastic and the facility is magnificent! “Leena” is my go to person for an outstanding pedicure, but I have had outstanding service from anyone I have seen. Tracy is my wife’s favorite! Not only is she an expert at her profession, but she always has engaging conversation. Duc always greets us when we arrive, and from the moment we walk in the shop we feel like we are the most important people there. They truly are a class act…tough for the others to follow! Courteous, professional and caring.

Went to get a full set and a pedicure. Wanted a certain style but the person that was picked to do my nails did not know how to do them. Walked away with just a pedicure. Was asked to come back the next day to get my nails done in the style that I wanted. Came and got my nails done by Andy (I believe). The appointment took over 2 1/2 hours. As time went by I hated my nails more and more. My nails did not last more then 10 days. Two nails popped off at the same time. Also all other nails were lifted at the cuticles. The set cost me $70 and the job was definitely not a $70 job. I am so tired of of paying these salons all of this money and the work not match the price

Ok, easy to walk in and get nails done even on weekends. Pedicure was good job. Nails were OK, could have been better. Overall attention to customer experience seemed lacking

I had a bad experience with an employee who is no longer there. They immediately identified the problem and asked another technician to fix it. She was amazing! So polite and friendly and she did beautiful work. I became an immediate fan and have gone back to see Diane ever since. 😍I’ve been back every few weeks for several months and the staff always welcomings me by name! I usually go early on weekdays as I know they are busy on the weekends, but I have sent friends there on weekends and they have always said they had a great experience.**Ask for Diane!!**

I was here one week ago and my dipping powder cracked after two days and the front counter employee is rude. I didn’t feel welcomed.

Why bother showing a menue with prices if the staff doesnt tell you about the surprise fees? The lady who did my nails rushed and was very rough with my fingers. Then I get to the counter and they want to charge an extra 10$ for polish removal and a french tip color choice. Im so tired of these places price hiking.

This was my first time coming & I LOVED IT 💕 the receptionist was very nice and my nail tech Tom was amazing! I’m very picky with my nails and let me tell you, Tom made sure my nails were perfect! Even while he was shaping them I was already excited and satisfied! The salon is beautiful and the fact that they have a bar is a plus 💯😉 I will definitely be going back to Tom for my sets! I’ve never been so excited to return! Thank you so much again!

Always feels clean and comfortably. Its on the pricey end but well worth it, my nails always last at least three weeks.

By far the best nail salon in my area. Their polish isn’t old, and the place is kept immaculately clean. The service is great! They take their time and do it right. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve come in here. Never once had a problem! (Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures of my nails but they do great work)

My sister got a pedicure and nail technician used excessive force on her feet that didnt need it. Now, she has a major cut on her foot.

I absolutely love escaping here to get a mani + pedi. Ask for Diane! She is so amazing and always does a great job. She has yet to disappoint. More upscale but when they get really busy theres a long wait time even if you have an appointment. 2 out of the 3 times they have offered beverages.

Customer service was great. I love that they are actively following social distancing measures. All customers receiving services were spread out and you had to have a mask even before the city or dances.

They were actually really good. Everyone was pleasant and the ladies did a great job on my nails. They took their time and I didnt feel rushed. I hope they keep up the quality of work AND the customer experience. Prices are justified based on the experience. I just pray they keep up the good customer service because the minute these nail salons around here start feeling themselves the customer service DROPS just like Cozy Nail did across the street.

The girl that did my manicure did take a good time on them and didn’t rush but when it came down to my shellac it’s super bubbly and not well applied on top of that for a regular shellac manicure was $45 Dollars?! Way overpriced, won’t be returning ..

This place is a rip-off way way over price for something anyone around the corner can do. I came here for a French shellac manicure and pedi and pay $102.00 I find that absolutely ridiculous expensive. Lady who did my mani was really good but the one who did my toes was terrible @ painting my nails. Place is really nice super clean but when I asked the front desk person to point where on the menu say $75 dollar for a pedi he couldn’t give me a straight answer all I wanted was to see where that amount came from but no answer and act like he didn’t understand me.

This is my place.I go in every three weeks to get my nails dipped and they always look awesome and last until they are too grown out. The few times I made bad color choices, they fixed me up to ensure I was happy before I left.The pedicure tubs dont have jets so way more sanitary than the usual.I pretty much never have to wait long even without an appointment. There was one instance were I did have to wait but the quality is so worth the wait... Waiting is definitely not the norm.

Walked in and waited for someone to just acknowledge my existence on Friday 4/19/19 - no one came to the front at all. There was a nail tech sitting to the right of the desk with a client and he said NOTHING. So I left and I’m heading down the street to Ruby Nails. Very sad because my other 2 visits to Citris were great. If you are not going to sit at the desk 100% if the tine (and who can really) HAVE A BACKUP PLAN. Oh, and their phone number does not work or I would have told them personally rather than leave this bad review - oh well...

Follow up— liked them so much came back for a pedi, the indulgence was worth it. They were meticulous in making sure me feet were in good shape and that the polish was perfect.First visit and they did an excellent job on my dip nails. They look and feel natural and beautiful.

Walked into the nail salon, beautiful set up- customer service was horrible. The after getting a pedicure, I also wanted a refill. After sitting at the pedicure station, I had to flag someone down and ask, can someone please do my nails. Someone beckoned me to sit at a station- only to wait until another person finished with someone else- 15 min later. The only reason I didnt leave was because it was already 7pm, and other nail salons would be closing soon, and I had to fly out the next morning.Once the tech came to do my refill, she worked so fast and ruff, I asked her if it was time for her to get off. She said no, then proceeded to speak in her language to the other tech at the next station- who then looked up at me. (Im a psychotherapist that studies behaviors for a living) so clearly they were speaking about me. Needless to say- I am typing this with a broken nail!!!

This is not a nail salon. It definitely earned the nail spa experience. The technicians my husband and I had were very polite and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I appreciate a place that is clean and doesnt make me cringe watching them be unsanitary like most nails salons. They had the texans playing on the tv which my husband appreciated, also the prices are about the same anywhere else youd go in pearland.We will definitely be back!

I made an appointment for 6pm. Was acknowledged and offered a drink as I waited. Then was taken to techs station. I sat there and then waited for 15 minutes and no one came after that. There Customer service went downhill. I gave one star but that was so that I could give my negative feedback. I guess they dont care and choose to ignore customers. Theyve lost my business!

Tonight has been AMAZING!I can be picky and tedious but from the moment I walked in to the time I walked out I felt at home with no kids. Lol.Julia started on my feet water ready warm just waiting on my feet. She took her time and made me completely relax. Then here comes Andy.. He was like a best friend that I havent seen in years yet we didnt have to catch up he just had such great charisma.My legs feel like silk my toes are polished perfect. As for my nails he took a disaster and made them look marvelous and he is capable of designs🤗. His ombre style was smooth and most of all he did not hurt me in any way.I am definitely coming back and will only recommend this place from now on. You pay for quality!!

First time here and I loved it!

Heres the thing, Ive been coming to Citris for YEARS but last night was bizarre. First, the tech was rude during my entire session (not my usual tech but I called same day for an appointment and thought it would be okay), once finished I can honestly say my nails were alright but definitely not at their best. Then, when I go up to pay I notice that the total is significantly higher than usual ... when I ask why, they tell me its because they were charging me more to SHAPE MY NAILS! WHAT?! Since when is that a thing? I obviously argued the point since this had never been the case before and I can only assume that shaping your nails is part of the manicure ... eventually they relented and took the additional charge off. What a riot. Im disappointed because I love this salon but Im confused by their pricing system and dont like the idea of getting the run around. I think Ill be going back to the Clear Lake location or a new salon all together.

The customer service of the majority of the staff is horrible, they never offer nothing to drink or ask you for what do you need, they just sit down and wait for you to ask things like if they don’t deserve you and like if the client is something less, the majority are always in bad mood, the restroom usually is dirty and they don’t have baby changing station and In general all or these girls are lazy including the manager that I heard him telling the girls that If they think that is difficult any nail or requieres some extra work to don’t it, they are against the customers, they hate their customers and the worst thing that I’m looking to who submit the complain is that they don’t use sterile tools they share tools in between the customers without any sanitary measure, terrible place.
