I have been doing Brazilian waxes for over 20 years, but I have never been so happy with a wax center as I am with Crystals. The salon is warm, inviting, and most importantly, IMMACULATE. The energy of the space is calming ... walking through the door into Crystals spa-like environment puts me immediately at ease. I am so happy I discovered this place, for all the above reasons. And, I have to say its nice to get a Brazilian wax from an actual Brazilian—there are no friendlier people on the planet.

The spa is clean, comfortable and very relaxing I got a facial and a laser treatment. My husband got a facial. Renata and Marilene were very professional and thorough. They answered all my questions. The staff is wonderful. I would go back and definately recommend this spa.Wendy!

I went to Crystals a few weeks ago for a laser hair removal and my first expression was, what a pretty place! . The spa was very clean and nicely decorated. The staffs were very polite. The 2nd time back, I had a small hiccup with the esthetician tech but Crystal herself was able to resolve the problem. crystal was very polite and she had no issues explaining how things worked. She made me feel very comfortable and I even felt relaxed enough to for her to do my first ever Brazilian wax (haha). Thank you for all your service!

I booked an appointment through class pass and got an email saying the salon had confirmed my appointment but when I showed up the salon was closed and their phone line was disconnected even though according to their Google hours it says it should be open right now. Frustrating to have traveled all the way and wasted the time.

This is THE best laser studio I’ve been to in Boston (I’ve been to 5). The owner of the business pays meticulous attention to detail - the design is well thought through with roses, fluffy rugs, and other decorations everywhere throughout the space. The actual laser experience was great too - Karem was thorough and gentle while doing the procedure. The prices are affordable! 10/10 experience - highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a great clean place with affordable prices. Thank you 😊❤️

Could not say better things about Crystals! The girls are the best at what they do and make sure you leave feeling your absolute best self! From the body contouring and lymphatic drainage, to the waxing — no detail goes unnoticed! Very thorough and dedicated to their craft. Doris and Kari have magic hands!

The Brazilian wax was fine, however, the customer service not so much. I waited about 20 minutes which wasn’t a big deal — however, there were 5 other people within 4 feet of me also waiting. I eventually went into the waxing room and she began the service.... left about 5 times during it (opening the door while you’re half naked on a table 🥴). In addition, another woman came in during the service 4 times.They also sell a groupon for a Brazilian wax, but after you get there they tell you that it’s actually just for the front and you’ll have to pay $30 for the back which is not standard— the groupon is essentially just a scam and you pay the full price for the service.

When I arrived for my appointment there had been a bit of a mix up and it wasn’t in the books but Karen was so sweet she took me right away before her next appointment came. I hadn’t gotten a wax in a long time but Karen did an awesome job! It barely hurt and she was very conscious of making sure I was comfortable. She was meticulous, making sure to get every hair and used a serum afterwards that got rid of the little wax left overs and was soothing. I have had many Brazilian waxes at other places including chains and high end boutique salons, but I can say this is one of the best waxes I have ever had! I will most definitely be returning to see Karen in the future! Thank you Karen!!

I wish I went here when I started the laser removal for my underarms. I discovered this place via Groupon because I needed the additional laser procedure. This place is very clean and easy to navigate. Jay and Adrianna were great!!! I have one more session and I can’t wait to see the final results!!!!

Groupon scam. Does not honor brazilian groupon will have you waxed just the front then claim an additional $30 for a full wax. Brazilian doesnt mean just the front or else I would have purchased the bikini groupon. This is scamming people to go in and buy the full cost of the brazilian (75). Would rather go elsewhere for cheaper only came for groupon but it is scam.

The office is so cute, and everyone who works there is amazing! I got laser hair removal and the staff talked me through what to expect and gave me after care instructions. Iconic. Amazing. And the room smells so good. 10/10 would recommend, great experience!

I went in for laser-lipo and Cavi-lipo for the first time and had an amazing experience! Everyone had a mask on and the rooms were clean and the music was very calming. The process was explained to me well, as was before and after care. There was 0 discomfort. They were able to accommodate my tricky schedule for my second session. I saw results after the first session and can’t wait to see the results after the next one! Highly recommend and am excited to try their massage and waxing services next!

Best brazilian Ive ever had. Doris was absolutely amazing. You know someone knows what theyre doing when youve just had hair ripped out and you leave more relaxed than when you arrived. I have gone two about 4 sessions now, every time I have met with wonderful Gabby .She is so pleasant and makes me feel really comfortable .Helped recommend something I should do for my body which was micro stimulation . Really helped get my tightness back in my stomach . She’s amazing .This place is great !

It was my first time here and the place was beautiful and clean. The ladies were very friendly and made me feel comfortable, the only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is because half way through my Brazilian wax I noticed she wasn’t wearing gloves... it made it slightly awkward for me. The techniques weren’t necessarily professional either, for example, at the end she used a Johnson and Johnson baby oil to get rid of the stickiness with her hands and then gave me some to apply to areas not appropriate for her to lather on herself with her bare hands. I have been to multiple waxing places and this was the first time I experienced this “method”. I’m use to some sort of oil being applied by a cotton pad. It was more funny to me than anything and I wouldn’t mind going again, as long as these things are taken care of. I would suggest a little more training too. The amount of pulling on my skin wasn’t necessary.Ok I’m done. No need to embarrass myself any further. 😂

I got a gift for my birthday for a face deep cleaning. I went by the center today. I wanted to leave an appointment but they welcomed me immediately. The environment was so relaxing, clean, and with flowery smell. The employees were amazing. One of the girls talked me through the whole seance. She was always asking me if i was comfortable, relaxed and if i had any questions. I would recommend this place. 5 starts. Would go back again

The worst facial you can get it’s on this place u will pay a lot of money for cheap service I ask for microdermabrasion which I did my research before o ask for it that they clean your’e black heads and then they use the machin which she didn’t even clean nothing only used the machine once on each side she worked on me and my sister same time a lot of noises on place it’s just I felt I went there I Wach my face and I put mask that’s all think twice before you go there

Scratched up my entire body during a hair removal treatment. Claimed I was allergic to the metal! Ridiculous, she does not know how to use a trimmer. AVOID!!! Will never go here again.

I normally dont give poor reviews, but this was just ridiculous. We made reservations, and then on our way to the place we called to confirm our massage time, when they told us that their massage therapist decided to not come in today. Unbelievable! However, when I originally called to make the reservation, the woman on the phone was very kind. Im sure their services are good quality, but I unfortunately never got the chance to have them because of this unprofessional encounter.

Absolutely amazing first time experience. I got a Brazilian wax and having never had anything waxed before I was nervous! I was instantly put at ease, they worked with me Jay was amazing, reassured me and I didnt feel weird or awkward at all. She chatted to me the entire time and made me feel really comfortable and made it as painless as possible and it was over in a flash, super fast! Couldnt be any happier with Jays waxing!

Its a cozy and relaxing environment. The technicians were were sweet, attentive, and hardworking. I had Marilene for most of my appointments, and she provided a great experience that delivered the results I wanted. The center can be fully booked on some days, but there wasnt much difficulty in getting an appointment on short notice (within 7 days) for me.

DO NOT go here. I never leave negative reviews, but need to warn you ladies about the unhygienic practices in place at Crystals. I got a brazilian wax about 2 months ago (was enticed by a groupon deal). The esthetician used ONE wooden spatula for the whole session. Double dipping is disgusting, but to make matters worse, we werent working with a fresh pot of wax...it was half used when my session began, and likely used again on the client after me.Ive been getting brazilians for 6 years, and Ive never had such a painful session. The wax was stuck to my skin, and the esthetician was yanking and yanking. When she was finished, there were many uneven sections and lots of hairs left. She removed the tiny pieces of wax that were stuck to my skin with HAND CREAM.To make matters worse, I got a nasty skin infection a few days later. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
