So, 15 minutes standing there as Hope (management) talked to her customer more than cut his hair (not cutting and talking...just talking). The other person was letting customer trim his own beard (taking much time). Both customers around 5 more minutes in shower room and then sat back in chair....It was time for me to leave for sure. I dont mind waiting a few but they were wasting so much time so I went to Great clips on Crosstown drive. Much more professional, they were busy but got right in, Better hair cut than used to from sports etc.

Not only is this place awesome in general but this particular location is surrounded by some eats and snacks. Depending on the time of day there could be a wait of up to 1.5 hours or more. So in order to maximize your time just book online and then go grab some lunch while you wait. This is also uniquely a golf-cart friendly town so watch for carts crossing here and there if you’ve never been to Peachtree City. The stylists are all really nice (as per usual in Sport Clips locations ive visited around the country) and if there is something specialty you need and they have a specialist available then they will kindly redirect you to that specialist. I get skin fades and Adriana is the expert at these.

Came here for the first time and had a really good experience. The woman that cut my hair, Antoinette, was very professional and friendly. One of the best haircuts I have received!

I asked for her to not cut too high on the sides and she did I asked for just a thin out on the top and not shorter and she cut it shorter, I never asked for my facial hair to be cut and she cut half my face and left the other, also asked for the mvp and never got it.

With Covid limitations the wait is a bit longer than you would like but its still a good haircut and they record all of the things you like in your haircut so it is a nice repeatable experience.

Sports clips in Peachtree City is OK if you arent picky about what your hair looks like. However I was not satisfied by what I got. I showed the lady that was doing my hair a picture of what I was wanting to get. Instead of going by the picture she ignored it and done what ever she wanted. I was wanting to get a haircut like Chris hemsworth from the movie Extraction. Instead she cut the top very short and left no bangs what so ever. Again I was not satisfied by what I got and if you are particular about what your hair looks like and if you like longer hair on top. Dont go here, however I think if you do go here please get the point across to them because they will not give you what you want!

I often get my haircut here but this time was an all around terrible experience. The barber couldnt pronounce my name. She was incapable of understanding the notes on how I get my haircut. Her talons got in the way of actually being able to cut hair. Dont get your haircut from Penny.

I went in on a coupon to get the experience. The hair cutter (they are not barbers) had me clipped in about 2 minutes. I was supposed to get a scalp shampoo and massage (neck and shoulders). I had bumped my head that day and she didnt want to give me the scalp shampoo but I figured I would get the massage but then she said she was done. I had planned on giving her the value of the coupon for a tip but I just gave her $5 and left. A few days later I got a survey in email so I responded to it with the above. I got a call from the manager who asked if I would come in so they could make it right and I said I would the next time I needed a hair cut. A few weeks later I came in, explained what I had been told and the girl said the manager was busy but would help me shortly. I sat down for about 10 minutes and the manager came out, told me that she had replaced the old manager and then asked me to explain why I didnt like my haircut. At that point I told her that I really didnt want anything, should not have come back and to have a good day and walked out (and she let me without complaint). As to the establishment, it has a sports motiff and a big TV but it isnt a barbershop, you are paying up to twice as much as other hair shops and I would predict that this place wont be there in a year because folks are smarter then paying premium price for a standard cut and they certainly dont seem too concerned about their customers.

I get a text saying Sport Clips: We estimate that your Stylist will be available within 10 minutes. I was around the corner and arrive five minutes after the text. Someone who just walked in is in my chair and the tv says 19 minutes. I tell the stylist Im confused and Im rudely dismissed. Very unsatisfied

My husband received the WORST haircut ever (you cant even call it a haircut) by a so called hairdresser named KIM! He looks like he has a Mohawk, and when you look at it from the back, the right side of his hair is shaved shorter then the left side. The little bit of hair on the top of his head arent even even. It cant even be fixed other then to shave his whole head. Its hideous, she should be FIRED! When you have two young kids that laugh when he walks in the door, and says dad what happen to your hair, THATS BAD!!!!!!! And the condenseding manager Wendy, should be fired as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The stylist did not do as requested by my husband. He wanted the steamed towel and massage but left with only a mediocre haircut. He was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. It was not worth the cost at all.
