Had the worst experience ever!! Had my sis in law, best friend n myself, for 3 full sets. First with appointments it took 1 & 1/2 hour for one of us to get in than another 30 min for the second and 15 more min before the last one of us got in. Then the one of us who got in last, got the manager. While she is getting her nails done this lady is answering the phone, writing appointments in a notebook, dealing with customers as they are coming in, and telling her employees what to do!! All while yanking on my friends wrists and jamming her hands in the hand dryer, to the point she bruised her wrists and hands. The manager also messed up on 3 nails and instead of using nail polish remover and clearing the old bad polish off, she used her own nails to try and scrap it off and then tried repainting them!! After we tried to speak with her about the TERRIBLE job she did, she ignored us!! As the manager she did nothing, didnt refund any of the money, didnt offer a free fill or set or ANYTHING!! She just ignored us and went back to working on another ladies nails. That was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a nail salon and from a manager!!! I will never go there again nor tell anyone to go there, for what we paid for 3 full sets and the service it was not worth it. My teenage daughter could have done our nails better than that manager!!!

Made a 130p appt, and didnt get in until 210p. (They took two unscheduled guys ahead of us) If you have an extra 40 min to sit around, then choose this place. They will not offer a discount for your inconvenience. The prices are higher than most other places too. $68 for a deluxe pedi, no prices listed until you are seated. They charged an extra $15 to remove my gel polish too. So, $90 pedicure with a $7 tip.

I would give them no stars if I could. I wanted an ombre french tip and the lady who worked on my nails couldnt even do that, said that it was beyond her skill level. Honestly for 5+ years in the business, you would at least know how to do ombre nails instead of trying to rush your customers out. So I requested a regular french tip gel manicure, and it was horrible. As you can tell, my nails are already yellow and this is only after 2 days. If the owner working on my nails wouldve taken her time and sealed the nails properly, my nails wouldnt be this terrible. Please dont go here.

I hated this place and i will not recommend going here. i set up an appointment at 12:30 and they didn’t even start til 1:30. They set me down with 2 different people and then melted off my full set and redid them although they were just fine. When i picked out my color, nothing was said to me about them color changing into a nasty green. I won’t be coming here again and being a person that doesn’t like talking to people i still payed full price.

No stars would be accurate. I called morning of to book an appt.. lady told me 315 was good to go. She didnt even take my name! I had to remind her to do it!!! Get there at 305, signed the note book at the counter with my name and time in. Sat and waited until 345 where a tech comes over to me and all the other people who said they booked appts. She decides that these two middle schoolers who arrived after me and wanted full sets compared to my polish change where more important than me who arrived before them. I only had a baby sitter until 5 which I explained. I left knowing 2 full sets would take more than an hour and 15 min. 2 weeks before I had spent $235 on 3 pedis and a mani. Those were just an ok job...bubbley top coat.. Will never ever go back.

This place is very expensive. The wait time is ridiculous and the quality was poor for what I paid. Would not recommend at all!! Take a look at the photo. My daughters nails are not even cleaned! Avoid this place at all costs!

They didnt fill property and the lady burned me multiple times and cut me and after 2 days of having them the acrylic and nail polish started chipping and she didnt prep my nails at all. This is the second time Ive went there and both times they burned me and didnt put the acrylic on very good. I wouldnt recommend going there.

HORRIBLE QUALITY & SERVICE‼️IF I COULD HAVE RATED NEGATIVE I WOULD HAVE.I made an appointment to have polish on my hands and feet THATS IT. I pick out my color she asked me to put my feet in water. I said all I want is polish on my hands and feet. TELLS ME once you put feet in water it becomes a pedicure🤷🏼‍♀️. All of a sudden shes putting polish on not even the color I picked. They dont even match! She then put gel polish on never asked for gel polish😡 AND dipped the tips of my nails in some unsanitary powder, EVERYBODY dips their nails in. Total was $91 She Comments by saying SEE YOU HAVE LOTS of MONEY LEFT looking in my wallet and WOW.Top it off the next day they were peeling. Called couple days after they were all peeling. She said to come in. WHICH I did to be told BY supossed Manager that they werent going to do anything. They were peeling because I work with my hands🤦🏼‍♀️. And it look like I had been in the jungle. NEVER been treated like this by any other salon. Not saying all the nail tech are bad there. My experience with the one in the way back on the left I would advise 🚫

Just know that even though this place says it makes appointments, it doesnt honor them. At all. We showed up for a 1pm appointment and were told they were running behind and we would have to wait 45 minutes. We were behind several people who had quite clearly not made appointments. It reminded me of that episode of Seinfeld where Jerry tries to rent a car and the woman says they have his reservation but they dont have any cars for him, at which point he tries to explain what a reservation is and she says I know what a reservation is, and he says, I dont think you do. I cant say anything about their services because I refuse to patronize businesses that treat customers this way.

Had an appt for 4pm for a full set. Waited, waited, a group of pedicures came in. All the techs went to satisfy that group, with 430 reservations and there i still sat. I was the talk of all the clients, the staff however never once updated me with about how long it was going to take, or that i was next. Do not recommend. There were many people coming in with appointments that have to wait an hour yet. The fact that i sat for an hour, was bypassed, and not once would anyone give me an eta, I’ll never go there again

Didnt polish the whole finger nail. Kept switching people half way thru each thing I wanted done. They didnt want to engage in conversation and more expensive then most places

Horrible! I would give no stars if I could. My appointment was at 5pm. Showed up 15 minutes early like I was told to. Nails didnt start getting done until 5:30. Wanted a design below and was told that they couldnt do it at all. Got very plain cat eye. Not impressed at all.

Absolutely horrible! A lady there kept yelling at my daughter for messes she didn’t make and every worker was crabby no communication no nothing waited an hour after my appointment to get in. No time was taken was all rushed. I do NOT recommend going here unless you want attitudes from the workers

They did okay....tech was unfamiliar with doing long nails

We had an appointment at 2pm, at 2:30 they took 3 people in who didn’t have appointments, we asked, they brushed us off. We were finally seated at 3:15. Both of us receive the worst set of acrylic nails we have ever had. They look like play dough lumps on the ends of my fingers. 3 days later I need a fill. The nails on each of my hands are completely different sizes. A 8 year old asked me why I got such tiny kid sized nails on one hand.Just bad.

UPDATE: a week after getting my nails done one index finger kind of caved in and broke off on half of it.I paid $106 for full set of acrylic nails and a basic package pedicure. The woman was wonderful and very thorough. I will definitely be coming back.

Ivy did my nails and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure it was everything I wanted. I showed her a picture and it was identical. She was so sweet and kind and I could tell she really loves what she does. I would go to her any day any time. Ask for ivy when you go!

They always accommodate the designs I want!

My family and i recently visited here. We set up an appointment the day before and had to drive two hours to get there for them to tell us we never had an appointment so we told them we did and had to argue about it so we waited for our turn and they were taking people with appointments after ours when we should have been first up in line since our appointment was scheduled before and ended up having to wait several hours. The workers were also very rude the guy is very rough as well and the nails break very easily i’ve had mine for a week and have already lost two nails and we payed almost $70 per set very disappointed in this place the only good worker was a lady named Ivy she was very kind and did a really good job on the nails she did.

Worst place EVER!!! We made reservations for 5. When just one from my party was in a seat they started taking other reservations that were scheduled 30min or more. When I confronted them they argued for quit a long time and then sat 2 more of my girls. Over all it took 2 and 1/2 hours for us. The designs werent all that bad but as far as quality Im the only one with my full set intact. My oldest daughters acrylics started falling off the 1st week we are now at the end of the 2nd week. I spent $400+ in their and will never return. BEWARE

Had a 5pm appt. Along with 6 other people who showed up for 5pm appts. I sat there for 50 mins and someone who got there after me was taken before me. I wasted an hour to sit there for ABSOLUETLY no reason at all. Now I have to go somewhere another day. Thanks for wasting my time. And my gas to come here.

Loved this place. The staff was very nice! We stopped there while we were staying in town to go on our cruise. They were great with my son. . He had lots of fun. I enjoyed them to the staff was very professional. If I ever come back to the area I will definitely come back to this nail salon.

Awful experience. If you are wondering why they have 3.8 stars its because THEY GIVE DISCOUNTS TO PEOPLE WHO LEAVE A 5 STAR REVIEW! I would give them zero stars if I could. I had an appt for 4:30 and nobody came to grab me to get my nails done until 5:45. This was after they had let two other groups of people in before me (all of which had appts scheduled after mine). I was there with a friend who got her nails done while I waited and they are all crooked, super thick, and one of them broke off the next day! They also painfully cut her fingers like 6 times which she showed me. Save your time and money!

I had a 4 oclock appointment I came and no one said anything to me till I said something first. After I asked the lady doing nails at the front are they ready for my appointment she said they wasnt ready so I asked when to come back Ill walk around the mall we agreed in 30 mins, I came back and she blamed me for leaving so someone else got my spot and and said I had to wait longer I would never go there again. She was unprofessional and I didnt see the the reason to book if u have people do that.

Best place to get your nails done in the area!!

While getting my nails done with my friend, the employee was very rude, wouldn’t talk or ask my questions and was very rough with my hands. On top of that he filed my nails so hard that the sides of my fingers were bleeding. He kept shaking his head and kept propping up my forearm with a jar. The guy later asked if it was a separate payment, I said yes. The lady that had done my friends nails took my card after he was done and payed for hers with my card! Then all the workers were ordering food and not paying attention to what they were doing at all. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to!

My friend got her nails done here and the flame art done was ABSOLUTELY terrible. Don’t go in for any nail art whatsoever, find a different salon because they do a horrible job.

My girlfriend had a mani/pedi here while I waited. It took about two hours. The lady took a 30 minute break in the middle of it. Gave my girlfriend two different shades of white (one shiny one matte, I mean seriously??) Her nails are crooked, ground to different widths at the ends and weirdly lumpy with a downward curve if that makes sense. Not worth the money. Will not be back.

Absolutely horrible service. I came in asking for a specific design and they said ok we can definitely do that. I asked what price and they said $36. Once it got to the pint of the polish, they told me to pay $50. They raised the price for no reason. I payed and waited for her to paint them. Once it came to the design, I told her exactly what I wanted with a reference photo. Not only did she get the colors wrong, the design was a completely different on than the reference photo. She painted over with a clear polish when it wasn’t even dry and it smeared all over. It was soooo sloppy. I do not recommend you come here. Maybe try crystal nails.

It was terrible! I have been there a few time and I’ve liked it. Today, after being told a 30 min wait and that they call us. 40 min later we went back and noticed they had skipped over us and told us that it would be ANOTHER 30 min. They finally called us 30 minutes later and when we got there I noticed they had skipped us AGAIN!! They seated us and we ended up waiting 20 minutes. They had brought someone be else in and did her nails first. The customer service was absolutely terrible! Not recommended!

I wish I could rate this place higher, overall they do a good job, but organization here seems to be extremely lacking. I have made an appointment here three or four times and each time I have had to wait over an hour to get in a chair. With an appointment!! I end up being there for 2.5+ hours and it’s exhausting and not relaxing as it should be at that point.I also usually go here when I need an appointment on the weekend and Pearl isn’t open. So I understand that they may be a little busier, but appointments should come before walk-ins.COVID protocols seem kind of “meh” here on the customer side.However, like I said they have alway done a great job on my nails. I generally do dip which is sometimes more difficult than polish. Tips are always sharpened nicely and the ladies take time to make sure it looks good. Sets always last over 2 weeks and if one breaks they get you in a chair to fix it right away.

I was pleasantly surprised by and happy to follow all of their Covid-19 Precautions. They were professional and kind, provided good quality service and took their time doing a great job. The massage chairs are comfortable and the salon is beautiful. I loved my end result! Best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. You will not regret coming and is a good value for reasonable price. 😁

I came in for the first time to get a full set of nails. She rushed through it, not even the right shape after I told her to fix it, the paint job is the absolute WORST! They do not focus on 1 customer she was running around leaving my station to go wax eye brows and other people’s nails while I was sitting there waiting for her to finish my nails. Then as my nails were still wet shooed me out so someone else could take my seat Absolutely ridiculous and NEVER COMING BACK!

I waited for 2 hours for a lunch

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get in right away as there was only one other customer in there. Got a pink and white ombré full set in the coffin shape. The process that this was done was the worst. It was very sloppy and I knew during the process that the nails were going to turn out bad. I mean I was hoping they’d be good at the end. But the nails are uneven, different lengths. The nail lady kept missing parts of my nail too, so she’d have to keep adding to it instead of doing it in one smooth motion. Charged $61 for it. My favorite place is Diamond nails and unfortunately they were packed. Next time I’ll make sure to go to diamond nails.

Lady who did my nails seemed irritated that I was there, didnt listen to me because she was on the phone or ignoring me doing what she wanted. She cut my fingers with the emery board 3 times and when I flinched she glared at me. Then after 2 weeks my nails are already peeling up and starting to come off. Dont waste your time or money. Go someplace else instead.

They are friendly and very nice. I however found that they over book and we had to push half our service back to the next day.

Do not go to this place they make up Fees terrible paint application they do not paint the entire nail. Very spotty paint you can still see your own now. Very rushed unprofessional discriminate against people and very rude. Way too much money for what you get.

I love this place! Every time I come they get me in right away, even on Sundays!! They do a wonderful job! I’ve had full sets, fills and pedicures, great every time! Today I had the Deluxe Pedicure and the hot stone massage was soooo worth it!!

I walked today (Sunday) and saw there were very few people waiting for service, three staff members total working, asked for the wait for a fill, was told an hour and forty-five minutes to two hours. Asked if I could leave my name and they would call me, so I said sure and said I was going to lunch. Just before finishing my lunch, I received their call and I told them I was going to pay my bill and be there. When I showed up, my name was crossed off and they asked what I needed. I said you called me and I’m here for my fill. The woman gave me sass saying I took too long to pay my bill and was asked to wait. When I was called back, she rushed my fill, didn’t shorten my nails like I asked, left all of the corners of my nails super sharp, and the clear gel isn’t covering the whole nail on almost all of my nails, which is because she started working with another customer while she was still working with me. Her only saving grace is that I love the ombré color I asked for. She charged my mom and I separate prices for the exact same service. Thankfully, the nail technician that worked with my mom was the complete opposite - was friendly, took her time, listened to what my mom wanted, and did a great job. I will be going back to where I live and asking for them to fix my nails.

Welcoming service! Nice ladies! I came in for a bachelorette party, party of 6 and these ladies were so patient and fast and great work! They always offer tea or water and try to make you comfortable. Prices are reasonable and Ive never been disappointed!

So I never got my nails done here. I went over to Diamond Nails on the other side of the Hwy. They were packed and a ton of nail technicians. They got me in right away. What an amazing place. GO THERE!

The Lady that did my nails acted like she didnt know what she was doing. Was rude and did a poor job.
