If you’re looking to get some sort of fade, don’t come here. I’m temporarily in the area for a few months so I decided to give this place a try. I show a pic to the person of what i want and specifically state that i want a midfade. I immediately notice the uncertainty look on this persons face but I didn’t want to believe it. Sure enough I was right, she didn’t know what she was doing. The haircut was uneven and nowhere near what I wanted. No fade at all, pretty much buzzed the sides, and the top part of my hair was overlapping the sides which made me look like a pineapple. She could have at least told me she couldn’t do it rather than saying nothing and proceeding to cut my hair. On top of that I had to fix the cut at home myself to make it look somewhat presentable. Not worth the $30 I spent and definitely never coming back.

If you are looking for a black barbershop that can do pretty much anything you show them I recommend going to cutting kings in Fayetteville, Ga. I don’t recommend going to any black barbershops in peachtree city, Ga because if has bad reviews you should trust your gut and go the extra mile.

Sean the barber came to our home to give my husband a haircut. My husband’s hair is not easy to cut, very wavy with cowlicks. Sean did an amazing job, not only cutting his hair, but trimming his beard, grooming his eyebrows and overall cleaning him up. He was very knowledgeable about his craft as well as beard and hair products. He is professional, courteous and overall a joy to be around. We will definitely be scheduling Sean for a regular home visits.

Today was my first visit with the barbers at this establishment and it definitely will NOT be my last as I absolutely loved the level of comradery exhibited by the barbers and customers here. This is a true area amongst friends, welcoming each customer who declares their day must include an experience at Roosters.

Sean took six months of an overgrown, unruly beard and fashioned a masterpiece out of it. He is meticulous about getting it right and I couldnt have asked for a better result. The haircut is amazing as well. Great shop, friendly and clean. I highly recommend them.

My bf got his beard trimmed here and the person who scheduled him said she was making sure she put him with someone who did beards well. The person he was scheduled with turned out NOT to know beards and made it all worse than it looked before when it was shaggy. Do NOT go in for beard trims, they seem to not take face shape, beard thickness, etc, into account for beard trims.

It is the best place in Peach tree city to get a haircut. You can get the same barber every time and they know exactly how you like your cut. I have a regular appointment every two weeks weather I need a cut or not.

I CANNOT recommend this place enough. You are greeted by a very friendly and very helpful member of staff right at the front desk. They helped me pick out the right stylist/barber for what I was looking for. Ive gotten two totally different haircut styles done by two different people now and they did amazing both times. Never have I felt like someone was legitimately taking their time with my hair and making sure everything is just right. Seriously, do yourself a favor and schedule your next cut here. I personally recommend both Mr. Andre 4000 (Lol sorry.. A nickname I made myself. He just goes by Andre) or Ms. Mary. Both are absolute professionals in their fields and will not disappoint

This place gets 5 stars from top to bottom, and it starts with their owner. All staff members are extremely respectful and professional, and Jon has gone out of his way twice to fit me in on short notice with Chris. I’ve seen 3 or 4 different barbers and have never left disappointed. Chris is the man though! This particular Roosters is the epitome of a leader who leads by example.

9 minutes before my appointment while I am sitting in the parking lot they call and cancel my hair appointment. Told me I could wait a hour and a half and they might work me in if there is a cancellation. Was told not to make appointments online to call but when I called yesterday nobody answered the phone the four times I called. Highly do not recommend this place at all.

Walk in and they are ready. Temperature check, everyone wearing a mask, more than necessary distancing as you must sit in a chair that is far enough away from other chairs, you must phone in from outside the shop when you arrive and wait until you are called in for your haircut. Then you get a first class haircut. Cant beat it.

Did not get in, heard they did good cuts but they were ‘too busy’ to accept walk ins...

It was my first time there and I asked for a simple taper fade. I never asked for any off the top. Despite this, I let the barber shampoo, blow dry and then subsequently cut off most of my hair off the top. I let him do it at the time because he kept assuring me that it was hair “I didn’t need”, so I thought he was just cutting off some of the dead hair from the top. I go home and I realize that he basically cut off most of my hair even though I never asked for any off the top. He just decided to make that decision for me. Keep in mind that my hair grows slowly and the length I had was probably around 2 years worth of growing and he put me back down to probably around 4 months worth of growing WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING FOR IT! I won’t be going here again.Edit: my hair isn’t even! It is much longer on the right than the left and longer in the back than the front. I had a whole routine that I was doing to my hair every single day and now I can’t even do that because my hair is not long enough. I definitely won’t be going back and will leave a bad review everywhere I can because I am upset 😡

Typically service is great. However, my appt was at 1:30 and I wasnt seen until 2pm which through off my time table since I had work appointments after and found myself rushing. The cut itself was great but scheduling definitely seemed to be an issue.

Fantastic barber shop. The way they all should be. Andre is my go to guy there and every couple of months or so, I go to him, and I come out feeling like a new man. Reasonably priced too, given the quality of service. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good mens haircut.

Sean is master of the cuts!! He grooms all hair types with ease and has a plethora of knowledge and experience and nobody lines up a beard like he can. The atmosphere at Roosters is unlike most barber shops with an authentic old time feel with all the modern amenities, technology, and the best hair products. If you are looking for a new barber shop check them out. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Although this is predominantly a mens salon, I go there for Mary to cut my hair. I also bring my 3 grandsons to Mary. We all love her but everyone gives great haircuts. I dont feel out of place and I am always treated with respect. They are very conscientious about cleaning and sanitizing and take everyones temp as they walk in the door. Everyone wears a mask. Only clients are allowed inside until the Covid-19 crisis is over.

Not only was the staff EXCEPTIONAL, but Sean went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I. We drove from Griffin, and I (stupidly) did not think they would be totally booked and not have room for walk ins, but somehow, Sean sweetly wiggled room into his schedule for us. This was hands down the best hair cut ever, best shape up of the beard, best service... just best all around. Sean is a precious man. Thanks Sean!

Roosters is the best! My son and my husband always get their hair cut there. The staff is really nice, the grooming center is always clean and there is coffee/tea available. They love Chris, but everyone there does a great job!

Came in 40min to closing, not 30 min to closing. Regardless, I understand that Roosters may not take all 3 boys and I get that. What I didnt like was the way I was treated. I walk in and immediately I get the WTH is this. I already felt put off. So I pick up on the negative environment and asked if there was a problem or if they didnt have time. The Barber looks at me and points to the receptionist and states she will tell you. What, so you cant handle a question from a potential client? Not one but possibly gaining 4 clients. My boys and my husband were looking for a place they could come to and feel good leaving. Again, the point is how I was treated, cause if you all would have treated me differently, I would have booked for the next day. SMH. It doesnt matter what time you close, treat everyone descent. Kindly explain yourself and not redirect your customer to the receptionist. I asked you, because the receptionist was busy. Oh well.

Rooster’s Peachtree - after moving to Senoia, GA I tried several places for haircuts. This is the one I am so happy with. Great haircuts, responsive to style changes, they even do color to cover your gray hair if you want. Everyone there is talented and the receptionist is terrific, so nice to have a reliable place you can count on. Online reservations are a big plus, especially if you like a particular barber/stylist - but as I said, they are all praise worthy!

Great cut by Diamond. She was polite, skillful and gave me a great cut. They are much more pricey than other barbershops. Maybe youre paying for the nice place and seats but overall a good experience.

After this last visit I will not be returning, they have no respect for my time. I waited about 30 minutes, after arriving to my appointment on time, before asking about how much longer it could be. I was the guy had been in the chair for over an hour. Not wanting to wait any longer, or have an hour long hair. I left and will not be coming back.

Finally found a great place to get my hair cut at an affordable price. Staff is amazing when it comes to customer service and knowledge of hair. The owner is also awesome and really shows passion for his business and customers. Sean was my barber and he did an amazing job! He took the time to go over the best haircut for me and was very detailed. Great place hands down!

Best cut I have received well over a year . Since I travel alot for work. I recomend this place. Dont be scared if the price. You will definitely leave happy.

Let me first say that I have gone to many places to get a quality hair cut ever since I moved here and never been successful until I went to Roosters.I first saw Roosters commercial at the movie theater when waiting for the previews and for the movie to start.So i gave it a shot, why not Ive to everywhere else. I went there to see how they operate with walk ins and appointments. Appointments is the best results. The lady in the front had me go to Glenn.This gentleman is a very professional, takes his time and he ask questions on how you want your hair. He cuts my hair AND my two sons, which they have choice to have Glenn cut their hair from now on.Glenn takes his time and gives you quality NOT quantity(He DOES NOT rush to get the next customer in his chair). He makes SURE that we are satisfied with the end result.Each time I walk out of Roosters I feel refreshed and full of energy, due to the hot towel, beard trim, the fresh cut, and most important I feel I spent money on a GOOD quality haircut.Thanks Glenn,See you next time.

And, yes, sometimes I have to wait a little bit... thats because Sean is not going to rush anyones experience in his chair. Every time I go to Roosters its not just a haircut but a haircare experience. The first time I went I was greeted and offered water and explained all the services they offer in its entirety. That was refreshing to have a place that actually has a pretty cool menu of things offered. I have been back and now I feel as if I am a member of the Roosters Mens Grooming Family. Each Stylist is AWESOME!!! If you have never had a grooming experience...you are missing out!

2 years ago I gave this place 5 stars. Somewhere between July and Oct this place went down hill. My go to quality barber, is now a great clips 2.0. I havent come to my last 4 appointments without waiting 20 min +, one of which was 45 minutes, and my low fade was suddenly a botched horse shoe by someone who usually isnt terrible. Fool me once, shame on you...fool me 4 times, Ill go elsewhere. Not the place it used to be. Find another.

My son loves ms claudia! she is fabulous and we have been going to her for 3 yrs now. she cuts it just the way he likes. he loves the warm towel on his face and the wash and massage. appointments are a must and can be hard to come by.

So I got my haircut today and I must say I am not a happy camper. When I first looked at it at the shop it didnt look bad until I looked closer at home before I went to work. The back of the cut is uneven and the fade was mediocre. The lady said she had been cutting hair for 50 years and it sure didnt show. She was a very sweet lady dont get me wrong however being sweet doesnt make up for giving me a bad haircut. The place can look as nice as it wants but after this experience I will never come back to this place again. I want the owner or manager to contact me immediately. I already left a message for someone to call me.

Absolutely loved this place! Everyone is extremely friendly here. Checking in was very simple and easy. Hassan was my barber and did an excellent job on shaving. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing and so did everyone else! This place is great and I will definitely be back again!

Great haircuts but that is about it. Prices are outrageous, and customer service sucks. They also offer a discount but only for active Mil/LEO/FF/EMS but do not extend it to veterans

I only know one master Barber and stylist in there. His name is Sean. Sean can cut any race hair there is. And he is damn good at it. He adds designs in the hair and color if you want it. He is the bomb diggity

I read all of the reviews, however I decided to give them a chance. I made an appointment with Keisha at 11:00 a.m. I arrived at 10:40. I sat in the shop and watched as all of the barbers appeared to do a jam up job. Keisha was working in the back. She finished her client at 10:46. Over the next 22 minutes she proceeded to text, walk to the back three times. The receptionist went back at 11:00 to tell her that I was waiting. The receptionist had already put my ticket up 10 minutes earlier. Keisha walk back to her station scrolled on her phone and then walked back to the back for the 4th time. I left and won’t come back. Had a reunion tonight, I am not going to let someone who has this type of attitude touch me.

I typically go to Chris but Claudia has given me a couple cuts as well. The experience is always great.

So with all the news about airlines overbooking flights and poor service, you would think businesses would be mindful of customers experiences. Unfortunately not the case in my experience with this barbershop. Arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was told would be a few minutes. 30+ minutes after my appointment time, still not taken back. Other barbers standing around joking with each other with empty chairs. Some of the joking was inappropriate with children in the waiting room. Seemed to pay no attention to waiting customer. Interestingly for an appointment based barbershop it was standing room only when I arrived. There are several local barbers without appointments with better customer interaction in my experience. Afterwards, talking with my father he noted he came here once about a month ago and wouldnt come back either because his beard was poorly trimmed and staff had attitude. Disappointing. Wont be coming back.

Best barber in PTC, hands down. I grew up in PTC and Roosters is the best shop since Andys Barber Shop closed down decades ago. The barbers are friendly, well-trained and consummate professionals. Furthermore, its just a nice place with a cool atmosphere. Honestly, its the only time I enjoy going back to PTC, since I avoid that Ken and Barbie town like the plague.

Best full service place in town. Im fond of the free neck trim between cuts as an added value. You pay more than somewhere like Super Cuts, but its worth it.

I have recently moved to the area and were referred by coworkers to try this place. Im very picky about my hair cuts and have had awful experiences trying to find a cut comparable to most western european countries that cater to every follicle...but these guys nailed it. The attention to detail was great. As most reviews say- its a little pricier than your run of the mill super cuts, cuts for less, etc- but you get what you pay for. 25$ is worth looking and feeling great.
