Great haircut and beard trim. Trimmed eyebrows, too. Nice shampoo. Was offered hot face towel, but declined. After towel dry, nice massage. All around great experience!

Whatever you do do not get your hair cut by Michelle. Asked her to cut half an inch off my top and she at least did an inch and a half. Terrible hair stylist. Did not work with me at all and started to blame it on me when she knew she messed up. Terrible worker

Great I go there every month I have Amber cut my hair and Mackenzie theyre both nice people to work with they know what I want they know how to cut my hair Ive only been going to that one a couple months but if you want to really get haircut. Go to the Sport Clips at Roswell corners and Roswell,Ga. And they will treat you right

Online booking - great. Online time / reservation tracking - great. Most importantly, Mckinsey at the Roswell Corners location in Georgia, gave me the best haircut Ive had in at least 5 to 6 years, I will definitely have her as my regular stylist.

The service with Jewel was great - on time, very professional and extremely safe during this pandemic situation.

I had to wait for 20 minutes before somebody would tell me to sign in. 3 people got brought in before me That came in after me. The stylists would just look at me funny and never helped

This has become my location of choice as they consistently give me a great cut. Wait times are usually reasonable as well. Ive had four cuts here now with different stylists and all came out great. MVP includes shampoo, got towel, and a brief but nice massage. They also offer a free neck trim between cuts but I always forget about that.

Tee and Michel are my go people to cut my hair here. They use the saved hair cut system and are able to make my hair look great and not robotically done or bad use of skill. I will wager I will still go to this place if I move away in state just to get a hair cut.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication. My son and I checked in on-line and when we arrived had an additional 20 minute wait. That was not a big deal. However, after waiting our 20 minutes and being “on-deck” (next) we looked at the monitor and our time switched to 32 additional minutes with no communication. After waiting another 5 minutes, thinking it had to be a mistake I asked the staff what happened. We found out that a stylist went to get change. Really?! No one else was waiting but us. So, because of their poor planning my 9 year old should have to wait an additional 30+ minutes.Could change not wait for 1 more guest? Sadly, after another 5 minutes of waiting we decided to leave without a cut. I don’t care to give business to an organization that doesn’t value their clientele. This wasn’t my first time at this location but it will be the last. UPDATE: we checked in at Great clips down the road, arrived with a 3 minute wait, we were greeted immediately, we sat down almost immediately for our cuts and got a great hair cut.

Heidi is a great stylist and she always gets my hair right. She is friendly and listens to what you want. She even has great suggestions if you are looking for a style change.

Beverly did a great job! After going to several salons, after mine closed, and getting bad hair cuts, I came to sports Clips as I wanted a short cut. Im very happy and did not have to come home and trim my hair up like I have after my last 3 cuts.

To be 100% clear, I am not writing this about the whole brand, just this store, particularly the person who cut my hair. It was the worst haircut I have ever received. 1. The price was outrageous, with my military discount. 2. I get a high and tight, easy, 0 on sides high fade to a 1, the lady literally had a shelf going all the way around my head. 3. She missed 3 chunks on my head in which i had to go spend money well spend to Great Clips of Hickory Flats Common in Woodstock, GA.

I forgot I had reviewed this place almost a year ago and gave it an abysmal rating because I had trouble with them being closed when the posted hours suggested they were open. I later learned they had some staffing issues back then and should have changed my review to reflect that.In more recent months, these folks have done great. The gimmick of the MVP is slightly annoying when guys go in there and actually ask those people to waste everybodys time with those silly vibrators, but the haircut you get is pretty consistent. The stylists are great. Id rather guys learn the value of a $20 tip rather than spend an extra $20-$30 for them to sit there rubbing your shoulders with a vibrator. lolAnyway, sorry for leaving a crappy review on here for a year.

This afternoon I checked in online. I arrived at the time when the app said a stylist would be ready to only be told my wait would be another 82 minutes. The app would not let me cancel so I could go to another Sports Clips. What a waste of time - I will never go back to this location again.
