I liked my hair cut, but my daughter didnt like hers. The guy that I wanted to cut her hair wasnt there that day. Maybe next time she will make sure he will cut her hair.

The stylist are very nice. I take my son here and he feels comfortable enough to have conversations with the stylist.. and he loved his cut. Great job.

I’ll never go back there, no value for appointment.. I fixed an appointment on line and reached there 5 minutes earlier, and i saw 2 people came after me and signed up for in front registers after me got in for their haircut. And the arrogant lady said they all fill for the time I booked.Very unhappy..

Absolutely outstanding. I goofed up on my hair coloring when I did it myself. Elizabeth (my stylist) did an amazing job bringing my color back to exactly what I wanted. No easy feat. Extremely happy and I highly recommend Supercuts.

I have never left a review about anything. But I need to say I am so happy with the amazing cut + color I just received from Tamicah (“Micah”) here!!! She is a true professional and master of her craft. She patiently answered all my questions, worked efficiently without cutting corners, has been cutting hair for literal decades, and is absolutely up to date on techniques and trends. I’ve paid hundreds of dollars more for results I wasn’t half as happy with. She is a gift.

Inconsistent service at best. I have been going here for my past several haircuts and have been pleased, as has my wife. Today mustve been the C team because they butchered us both.

Got 3 grandsons hair cut. Two ladies were friendly and made sure the boys were satisfied, but one wasnt too happy at all. Great price and it wasnt a long wait.

I didnt get what i ask for dont like my haircut at all. Once she was reminded that her next appointment was ready she stopped cutting and hurried to get done when i ask about the style she said i could play with it but i paid 33 to get it styled. Nothing like the pic i brought in. So if you just want a basic cut a good place, but if you want a style not the place to go. Now i have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Lesson learned

On suggestion from a friend of mine..I made an appt with Elizabeth. So glad I did! She was wonderful ❤She took time with me and I know I will see her again. My children see Tiffany the most but all of the ladies in here are professional and great!

The lady who cut my hair did it very un evenly and it looks awful,I asked for framing and it looks like she gave me bangs

Incredibly rude employees. My daughter checked in online, arrived early and was abruptly told there was a long wait and the online check in didnt matter. When my daughter offered to go run some errands and come back, they said not to bother because they werent going to stay late to cut her hair. No worries, ladies. This was a last-minute decision anyway. Theres a reason why you work at a $10/haircut joint and you just proved it.

Super rude employee, she seemed like she was in a rush and a bad mood. Haircut was even worse. Normally when I go here it’s decent but not only was the lady extremely rude, she gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. She didn’t bother to clean up my sides or trim the top at all like I asked for and and the end she didn’t blow dry the hair off me or even bother to give me a hot towel. When checking out, she even seemed to push me to ask for my change in one’s so I could tip her even though she definitely didn’t deserve a single tip. Never coming again. You guys lost a customer who used to come one every two weeks. People, your money and your hair deserve a better place. Thanks for taking my 15 dollars!

I took my son in for a haircut and on the way there, we practiced how we would describe what he wanted. When we go there, the lady and was told 1/2 an inch off the top with the sides a little shorter than the top. She cut over an inch off the top. I think she was going for the fastest hair cut award as it took about 6 - 7 minutes tops. Speed is definitely not the key in hair cutting. Needless to say, we wont be back.

Ive had a person that cuts my both of my kids hair all the time ever since their first haircut, Unfortunately she was unable to do it this time. I decided to look for places to take them near me and this place came up, So i took them and as Im trying to explain to them how i wanted their haircut they seem kind of clueless, My kids usually have great haircuts where i i take them, But If you want a (watever haircut look) this is the place. Cause i even showed one of them a pic of how i wanted my childs hair and it looked nothing like it..They need Someone that really knows what they are doing. REALLY NICE PEOPLE THOUGH..

Not quite the quality as Great Clips located in the same shopping center. More expensive: $15 to cut a toddler- I can get it for $10 with the lunch special at Great Clips.Ive had more than 3-4 different stylists at Great Clips cut my sons hair adorable while Supercuts is still a fan of the outdated bowl cut look, or theyre just inexperienced with fading.

Contrary to some of the other reviews, this place is WAY better than the great clips in the same shopping center. I was an immediate convert after my first visit.

Because we had such a bad experience at the last place we had taken my Asperger son to have his haircut, it was a BATTLE to get him to go. He reluctantly agreed to go to have his haircut. After waiting for long periods of time at two previous shops we signed up online for the queue and entered Supercuts in PTC! Not only were they very accommodating and pleasant, but Tracey took the time to be very gentle with my 10 Year old with Sensory issues and explained everything before she did it and was really just an excellent experience!! He left saying how great she was, how she did not hurt him and how he would definitely go to see her again. :-) TY Miss Tracey!!! We will be back to see you and really appreciate your professionalism and calming demeanor!! You Rock!! :-)

Average for the chain. Staff is always changing. Decent cuts for a decent price. Has a rewards program.

Came here with my brother, the lady that cut our hair doesn’t know what a fade is, as she rushed and cut the hair, when I asked for a inch off the top she cut off way more around 2-3 inches. The back of my head also now has 2 hairlines tyvm and one of them isn’t even straight! Will not be coming back and DO NOT recommend
