Rented from them for my sisters baby shower everything went well. Decided to use them again for my gender reveal party was able to rent and pick up tables even added since we had more guests than expected. Let me mention to get our deposit the guy met us after hours and accommodated us. We returned tables and chairs back on time but my husband forgot the pink slip they require to ger deposit back he advised go back with it and hell give us deposit. Have been trying to get him to meet me to return me my money! He was so fast to wait on me to get my money but wont accommodate to return. Very unprofessional will have to look for another place next time.

Worst F****g place to ever do business with!! Called and asked if they provide insurance since parks require a certificate of insurance. The man said yes. We went paid deposit and booked our reservation. 2 days before the event I called as I still had not received the insurance they suddenly decided to charge me an additional 100.00 just for the Certificate. Had the event not been two days following that I would not have went through with this company. I called today to get my deposit back and that was pulling hairs!!! I had to argue with them!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM I PAID 220.00 for 5 hr rental for a regular moon walk!!! RIP OFF

I rent from the the shark water slide, for a Saturday, almost 1month and half from my party.they call me Wednesday that they found that the slide had a big cut and couldnt rent that one for me that they will give me 2 small ones. As it was so close to my party I agreed ☹. I also told him that theyll have to bring a water connector for 2, he say he had that ready cause he always use it with his customers. But on Thursday I pass by their street and guess what! They has the shark on display outside. I called, the lady say she didnt know nothing about it, that maybe they were trying it, and she didnt even know the guy who called me say it had a cut.( couldnt talk talk to the guy all day).I pass Friday and there it was again on display from morning to afternoon. On Saturday I was hoping that they will bring the shark slide, nope the brought the the 2 old, small slides.☹ when I went and get my deposit the lady gave it to me but a guy came in and say you have to give me 15$ out of that deposit cause my guys never found the connector.( We make sure the connector was with the slides ) we told him this and he got a bit angry and say well I went and buy that just for your party( he had tell.me he already had it cause he use it with his customers ) and when I ask him about the shark slide he say oh no it was another one. 😏 my husband didnt want to make a big deal about it, we decide it just to leave.. DONT RENT FROM THEM. OHHH!! AND THEY ALSO CHANGE lOCATION, THEY ARE STILL ON SHAVER BUT ON THAT SHOPPING CENTER LIKE A BLOCK WHERE THEY USE TO BE LOCATED.YOU WILL SEE THE BARREL WITH THE MOPS OUTSIDE!!!

I rented 20 chairs on Monday for a party I had on Saturday and they told me to go pick them up Saturday. My husband shows up and they tell him that they didn’t have enough chairs that they rented them all out. So now I’m stuck looking for chairs last minute. I’ll be lucky if I can find any. Never going back there and telling everyone in my family and friends not to do business with them. Very unprofessional.

I dont usually leave reviews but this is absolutely the worst place to ever do business with! Do not waste your time. You will be stressing the whole time throughout your event. I booked with them because their prices are decent. We rented a tent along with the tables and chairs we needed for a party. We were sitting there till 1:15p.m. not able to do anything because the man kept saying he was coming and didnt show up till then. When he finally showed up, he showed up with just the tent and said someone else was coming behind him with the tables and chairs which was a lie! He set up a 20×30ft tent by himself along with his 2 small kids which he left unsupervised to do so! He was so impatient and stubborn when telling him where to put the tent. It took him about 35 minutes to set it up and he wasnt even prepared with extention cords to connect, we had to go buy some and Connect the lights ourselves. Once he left, we waited another 45 minutes waiting for the table and chairs and still nothing. We kept calling and calling, when he finally answered he said he would call the other people to see where they were but never called us back. He ended up showing up around 2:15p.m himself with the equipment, so he was lying the whole time about someone else coming. Our party started at 3:30 & we literally had guests sitting there waiting for us cause things werent ready. On top of that, they stole my uncles rope from his house to take their equipment back which is just ridiculous. They even made us drive all the way to Pasadena to pick it back up! This place is very unprofessional, please dont waste your time or money. This is the last time we do any kind of business with them!!!!!

This place is the worst dont waste your time and money on them! Paid for a moonwalk that never even arrived and then they told me they couldnt refund my money.

I had an event on a Saturday evening, I called this business to ask about availability and pricing for a same day order. The male owner said the moonwalk I wanted was available and he had a promotion of $109 which included the moonwalk, 3 tables/18 chairs and a FREE star-shape PINATA. Honestly all I needed was the moonwalk, but whatever, I asked him to proceed with my order of $109 + tax + delivery. I was not at home when the items were delivered, so I made my payment over the phone and was sent a receipt by text. When I do get home I noticed the piñata wasnt there so I called the delivery guy. He said no one told him anything about a piñata and for me to call the owner. So I called the owner, who asked me to go pick it up ---- IN PASADENA!! I said I didnt have time to drive all the way to Pasadena and if he could guarantee that the piñata would be given to me if I went another day and he confirmed.A week later on a Sunday, I go by this shop and it appeared to be closed so I called him, told him I was there to pick up the piñata that was not deliver to me a week ago and he said, sorry we closed at 2 pm. I made it very clear that I would come back another date.I go back exactly 2 weeks after my event and the wife starts saying that I couldnt get this free pinata, that I was suppose to pick it up prior to my event, that its been more than two wks, etc. I clearly said it was a same-day order AND that he NEVER said I had to go pick it up. And all of this is happening right in his face and he never said a peep!! Like he couldve at least acknowledged the fact that I called him last minute, that he offered the package, that he guaranteed I would get the free piñata another date, that I was there a week after and called him........ ANYTHING! But no, he just stood there watching how my voice was raising and getting frustrated because she didnt want to budge. She was acting like shes doing me a favor by giving me a free piñata and making it seem like it was my fault.VERY, VERY unprofessional business.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

We ordered a miller lite beer can piñata and it looked like a class of kindergarten kids could have done a better job. It was a waste of $60 horrible job!

Rented a moonwalk with a slide on 10/08/2016 and it kept deflating. When we returned it we told them about the issue. We needed another moonwalk for 10/15/2016 so we returned there to rent it. We wanted the same one and they told us it would be thoroughly inspected before delivery to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. The day of the party they came and delivered it and just laid it on the grass, didnt even turn it on. Once the party started at like 8pm and the kids started jumping it started doing the same thing. Thats when one of the kids noticed a huge tear by the slide. We called both numbers on the invoice and they went straight to voicemail so we sent a group message to both numbers explaining what was happening. The owner mustve though it was from the other number and simply replied cobrale or charge them. We replied stating that we were the customer and asked him to call us but all of a sudden he was busy at an event. Eventually a lady did call back and told us they couldnt give us a refund or a discount because she had already taken $25 off (which was a lie because we paid $75 on 10/08 and $100 on 10/15) and she told us to put tape on it. The next day picked it up I asked the guy if he was the one the text and he said I dont know and walked off. They obviously knew there was an issue and refuse to correct it. We rented a moonwalk for Saturday ... Nothing bad to say .. no tears no nothing, It’s a good store if you get lucky just saying my experience was ok. We got attended fast and quick; only been their for 6 minutes and Go. People might not get as lucky as that. Anyway Good service on “My experience“: Spanish - We rented a jumper for the savado and I have nothing Bad to say, We did not hide any flaws in the balloon, The children were happy with the jumper. People who go to your business may not have had the best experience, but my experience with you went well. - Do not feel bad for the bad comments, God bless your business, Thank you!
