My girlfriend decided she wanted to paint for her birthday so we found this place and it was way better than I had anticipated. The vibe was great, the instructor was friendly as well as the bartender. The wine was phenomenal, We definitely plan on coming again
ImPress out of towners with Pinots Palette! LA classy spots.Great Seating, large conversational couches. Friendly waiters and great lighting. Perfect Ambiance for a taste of LA . Great Wine selection, BUTbe careful some wines tastings are $7 dollars and a full glass $21, and then the bottle is sold upstairs for $40.
This was a really fun experience! Definitely will do this again.
I had done Pinots virtual paint n sips and had a great time so I was excited to see how the in person experience might be. I had a great time! They have a pretty decent collection of (alcoholic) drinks to choose from and arent too pricey. They have quick nibbles like chips as far as snacks or food is concerned. Id definitely say give this place a try whether youre on a date or just looking to have some fun with some friends
The experience was absolutely wonderful! Had so much fun!
Always a great time at Pinots palette! Always welcoming staff, clean facilities, good drinks, and of course good memories. Instructors always make their painting instructions easy to follow especially after one or two drinks on board ;). Also old town pasadena is always fun to roam before and after youre done. Highly reccomend (even for inexperienced painters). ENJOY!
Celebrated my birthday with a wine and painting experience for me and my friends to share! The studio was very professional and gave me a lot of freedom to choose the painting and the wines. The instructor was able to break down the steps so that even the beginners were able to create gorgeous masterpieces. I brought my own spread of cheeses, crackers, and fruit but there were also snacks available for purchase.
Instructor choose to teach an “interpretation” of the Monet that was on the website which ended up looking very cartoonish and not an impressionist style at all. He even instructed us to paint little yellow flowers on the lili pads like a child would and entirely missing on the Monet. 2 stars because they at least generous on the paint and service was quick. BAIT and SWITCH. If you can’t paint/instruct in the impressionist style, don’t advertise a Monet.
Great fun and no experience required. Wines are wonderful too.
So my wife and I were invited to a retirement party there. I thought it was going to be a French restaurant. We were both surprised to find it an instructor led painting parlor. Their motto is Drink, Paint, and have Fun! And we did. It was a unique experience and I think families may enjoy it. Btw, I was amazed that I was able to paint a half decent picture.
I loved it!! My friend Mayra booked this visit. You get to paint a painting even if you are not good drawing. You have an artist that is teaching you step by step. Its very relaxing and you can go with a friend or by yourself. Every date its a different painting so make sure to check the web site. Check what I did on my first visit; not great but not bad at all. Two thumbs up; WAY UP
Nice hosts
Really awesome experience. They have a lot of staff, so there is always help available. They are quick to refill the paint, and are very positive. This is a great place to hang out for a few hours and relax.
I would recommend this place to everyone!I had my 25th birthday here recently and it was the best party Ive ever had. To have your own party here, you must pay a $50 registration fee and you have to have a minimum of 15 people (if you have less than 15 you are still responsible for the remainder of the money). Each ticket you sell to you guest is $30. Once your party is set up, you pick a painting and title your party and setup a password that only your guest will be able to access. This is so that people on the website know that it is a closed event. In order for your guest to purchase the tickets you can send them the link and the password and everything else is self explanatory. I provided my own food and wine. The course is about 2.5 hours. Its really a great time. They also throw their own events thats open to the public that you can purchase tickets on. I would highly suggest this place for all ages!
Fun place to go...
I enjoyed the class. The instructor was very good at teaching color palette and ways to draw. It was relaxing and fun
Friendly atmosphere and just lots of fun...dont have to be an artist, just go.
Super fun! I went with a group of colleagues for our annual holiday gathering. We started with dinner a few blocks away at Mi Piace and then walked to Pinots Palette. Tiana our instructor was fantastic and she had the best play list. The music was EVERYTHING! The wine was too. I believe they also serve beer. Great mature atmosphere. Im not the best painter but between the wine and good music I sure believed I was. 😂 Fun place.
My wife and I did this for the first time, painting a picture together, and we had a great time. Very relaxed, fun atmosphere led by friendly staff. Thank you for the fun night!
My husband and I had such an amazing time! Hosts were so gracious. Great fun for the novice and experienced.
