For many years I have always used Alyssa’s party rental services on all my kids celebrations. I continue using them for my grandkid now. Great service !! I highly recommend this place.

My husband called to get information on a moonwalk and we got nothing but attitude.

If I could give zero stars I would but horrible service do not use this place. I ignored the bad reviews and thought I’d give them a try and I should’ve listened to all the bad reviews on here. The lady gave a price over the phone then changed every thing up when we showed up and acted like she didn’t talk to anyone. Then said she could only take exact amount in cash only because she had to use money to get donuts that morning so had no change to give back.

I was very skeptical due to the reviews but the prices were great, delivery was in a good time frame. The ladies that I spoke to were both so sweet. Would use again!

I highly DO NOT recommend this place at all!!! Stick to the negative comments you read in here! Dont waste your money! Worse experience with them and the lady that helped us is all about lies!!

Weve used Alyssas for the past 6 years! Great quality bouncy houses and they deliver during the time frame you request. Definitely recommend these guys 👍

Reasonable prices. Delivered early. When I had an issue before the party started, they came out within 30 minutes and replaced the blower. The moonwalk stayed up the rest of the day. Will rent again.

Good experience. They were friendly and helpful. My bounce house arrived on time and I had no issues with it. I would only mention the bounce house did show some age and stains from mildew on the inner walls, but nothing I was concerned for my kids to use or have fun. Nothing you wouldnt run into with others. If you use them I think youll be fully satisfied.

Terrible service!! The lady I talked to gave me a good deal over the phone and when I showed up in person they tried charging me WAY more! I spoke to the manager and she was so rude about the situation. So unprofessional. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. Please avoid this place, don’t waste your money.

Horrible service!!! Not only did they ruin my nephews birthday party by showing up 2 hours late WITHOUT THE WATER HOSE ATTATCHMENT FOR THE WATER SLIDE but they have the nerve to CURSE my sister out in Spanish after finally giving her HALF the refund. Save your money!!!!! Also they harassed her by calling her 30+ times!!!!

Everyone in the Pasadena Area Please avoid Alyssas Moonwalks at all costs!! If you don’t want to read this long post as to why please just rate them 1 star. But here’s the nightmare of what happened ....I rented a moonwalk/waterslide from them and they promised to be there to set up at 130 pm for my party at 2 they didn’t show up until 3! When they got there they forgot the most crusical part to the waterslide... the water connection to our slide!! They left to go back to their shop to get it and 30 minutes later they came back to drop it off. Which by then it was 345 and the party was already more than halfway over! The staff carelessly left a giant nail in the grass, which they were using to poke holes in the hose, luckily my cousin found it before any of the 2-10 year olds running around could step on it!After this nightmare it took me 2 weeks now to even get compensated for the 300 I spent for this awful service! And as I attempted to rectify the situation and get compensated for my lack of use of the rental I was badgered by the owner’s staff saying that I need to learn Spanish and stop wanting everything for free, and when I told her I was going to post this online she went off saying go ahead that my review won’t matter but if I can help one family then that’s good enough for me! upon leaving I started getting harassed by the owner who kept calling me over and over!! You guys please go to their page and leave a one star rating and or comment! They are unprofessional and rude and clearly will harass their customers at all costs and should not be in business. I’m seriously floored!!

Rented a waterslide/jumpy for my grandsons 2nd birthday party in late May. Mind you I paid over $300 for this rental yet after it arrived an hour late it came missing the crucial piece which supplied the water to the slide. After arguing with him for another hour on the phone they show up with the wrong piece, by then the partys over. And as I attempted to rectify the situation and get compensated for my lack of use of the rental I was badgered by the owner saying that I need to learn Spanish and stop wanting everything for free, yet my grandsons swim party was totally ruined. And on top of that during the takedown of the jumpy house they ruined my lawn and knocked over my mailbox. Total Horror Story. I am recommending that they be shut down. And just for the record I do know Spanish but only choose to speak it we needed not told to. 😣😡

Completely unprofessional and rude. Gave me one price on receipt that I paid into then on the day of the event she charged me the initial price and said I hadnt paid the deposit. Then when I told her we have the receipt that you wrote and circled a subtracted amount because of what we already paid she got mad and started yelling at me about how I couldnt read a receipt right. Terrible business and terrible manager.

They take a long time ... I have already been waiting for 22 minutes and still do not grab the horde of singing boy chairs to love ..... And the bad thing is that it is on the date of the TURKEY ... THANKSGIVING. I SWIM A YA SENORA WORKING ... Im not coming back, nothing but I send my mother-in-law ... but Im not here anymore, its a shame to wait 22 minutes for chairs ...
