Great place to shop for party supplies. Has amazing decorations.Also has baking supplies.I been a customer for 24 years and highly recommend it.

A very rude man was “helping” us pick out baptism outfits for my children. He didn’t really let us touch the items we were choosing and he didn’t show us very many choices. He held them the entire time. Some time after they were bought we decide we want to measure them on the kids before the baptism and we find out the pants were not in there. We decided to call the store and explain what happened. They told us that there was nothing they could do because we should have checked out items before we left the store. He basically rushed us out of the store! And they told us they did not find any pants out of place so we must be lying about it.ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.They’ll blame you for not checking your items. They won’t give you a refund. They’ll say there’s nothing they can do.

A friend of mine told me about this place just in time fir my daughter and sons birthday party. Got lots of great stuff for party as well as ideas from displays. Store is kinda crowded - no wait time to check out. Got everything I needed to make center pieces for my tables. Will definitely go again for my next event.

Make sure you check all the things you buy are in the bag before you leave the store, I bought 4 items and when I got home and notice 2 were not in my bag, I called the next day and they straight out say they gave them to me in a very rude way. I didnt expected them to give me the items or to be honest, but at least be nice about it, It was not much but Its the moral principal you feel like you just got cheated when they act this way.

Any time I need to find supplies for party favors or party decorations, O P imports is my place to go. Employees are very helpful and you find other supplies big stores dont have.
