***STAY AWAY***The girl that answers the phone, the owners daughter, is rude and unprofessional. They have never completed the job for us but refuse to refund our money because she claims we signed a contract upon delivery. How did we sign a contract upon delivery if theyve never delivered the goods??? This business is shady and Ill never rent from them again. As a matter of fact the day of my party they did not deliver so i went to look for them and another angry customer was there already waiting. I ended up renting from a place in Pasadena called Alyssas Party Rental and they went above and beyond to fix a problem their company wasnt responsible for - will be going to them for all future parties.

They never delivered my ice cream machine. I was told I would get a refund I never did they kept saying they were going to mail it never got anything. They eventually stopped replying. Beware never rent from them.
