Safe and clean storage facility, very professional and friendly service, easy access to the building. They do required a 30 day notice before moving out which caught me by surprised but overall i had a great experience during my 4 months storage stayed and would recommend them it to anybody looking for a storage facility.

Your team was very helpful and polite. I appreciate the efforts they took to find us the perfect unit. The first one was not what we needed so they took us to find another one. The paperwork was quick and easy and the move was even easier.

My boyfriend and I stopped by yesterday to rent a 10x10 unit，the place looks nice and clean and stuff are friendly. Chad and Julia was helping us，the whole process was simple and easy，it took us less than 20 mins to finished paperwork and move in. It was a great experience. Strongly recommend！

I was in the military for 12 years and moved around a lot and by far this is the best storage facility. The owner lives on the property with lots of cameras and secure fencing. It is also very clean unlike some others I have been too.

Ive needed the storage space three times, and each time they taken care of me good secure place to keep your overstock .

I keep my motorhome in the covered storage lot. The facility is well lit and secure with water and sewer facilities. The sites and lanes are paved and very wide, making it easy to maneuver and park.A little expensive but covered storage is hard to find.

I had one storage unit and lost two guitars to water damage moved to another unit and lost all my pictures to mold and water damage. Priceless photos gone forever. All went to the dump. Not happy at all.

Ive been storing at Safeguard Self Storage for 4 years. Management and staff has always been great to work with and accommodate all my business needs.

I highly recommend this place for your storage needs. I had my belongings stored here for over a year and was a very happy customer. The staff is very friendly, they kept the grounds and units really nice, and I felt like my belongings were secure and safe. They also have an easy online payment system and it’s easy to close your contract!

Exceptionally clean! Office people are friendly and easy going. Extremely easy to deal with them and very helpful. Decent pricing too. Extremely satisfied.

Paul & Jordan were so wonderful, friendly & helpful during my initial phone calls to Safeguard, and that great Customer Service attitude continued when I got there to finalize my storage unit! All my paperwork was done efficiently & thoroughly, with all of my questions being answered to my complete satisfaction! The location is so spotlessly clean everywhere, their security is top-notch, the prices are very reasonable for all you are getting & my specific unit was beautifully clean! I am convinced that my property stored with them will be completely safe & secure! Highly recommend this location of Safeguard Storage!! I will update my feedback as time goes on.

We’ve had a storage here for a few years now and I would recommend them to anyone! Friendly staff and the property is always clean! We plan to be long term customers in the years to follow.

This is a very well run storage facility - always clean, very secure, and there is a dump station on site. The staff - including the manager Paul - are top notch. They have always been very accommodating of our needs, sometimes on relatively short notice. We will always store here for as long as we own an RV!

Clean security is good i guess but you only have access from like 9to6 i believe. Makes it hard to get in there when you need. Like after work at 8 at night when you need to run to storage you cant.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Worked to get me what I was looking for and even gave me a discount. No hidden fees or manipulative tactics like there is at PS Public Storage. Also, units are reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Nice covered storage for your RV or boat but be prepared to pay big bucks for your spot. Its the reason this place doesnt get 5 stars from me. I dont know anything about this storage operation across the street but the place is clean and will managed.

The people are really nice and helpful. Great security, big concrete walls around the whole place and cameras everywhere. When I closed my account because I no longer needed a storage unit they waived the 10 day notice fee.

Staff is great!Facility is really nice and locked down like Fort Knox! You dont have to worry about getting your things stolen.They gave me a free lock 😱Passcode to get in and out of the facility!I will be using them again.

Chose this place based on reviews and customer service I received when I emailed. Every person I encountered has been very kind. Clean office, nice staff, safe feeling and clean unit. So far so good! :-)

Building C bed bugs They told me it was an ant infestation so I had leave behind everything in store but my grandmothers chest I cleaned it off the best I could only to move into my new apartment not worrying it was something way worse. so two weeks after Moving into my new Apartment, I found out the hard way it was bed bugs. I called them and let them know this had happenes, and I got no call back. A year paying storage at $100 a month $900 just to throw my stuff away, after I hard assumes it would be protected, but I honestly don’t recommend to anyone ifs not worth the hassle

This place is very clean. The staff is very helpful and professional. This place is an exemplary for the other storage to follow suit.

It was great up until move out..i was sharing it with my mom and i got all of my belongings out she got all hers...but she put a mini fridge that she couldnt haul by the garbage and they put it back in my storage..i didnt find out till later and didnt have money to pay what they were asking..it went to collections and now my paychecks are being garnished 300 dollars every 2 weeks till i pay off a 30 dollar initial charge costing me $1600.00. I think it was a little harsh insensitive and could have been handled more appropriately. Very cold and heartless.

Had a great experience renting a new unit with the property manager and his assistant. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help by giving me the best deal and treatment in town. After the rude and disrespectfull service I had received from the Kent-Des Moines Public Storage off of Pac Hwy, and watching the property manager there Tina actually berate and humiliate a trainee right in front of my face, I was about to give up on self storage facilities all together. Thankfully I finally found a place that knows how to treat their customers and employees with respect. Dont even waste your time with the rest cause Safegaurds the best.
