Once i was taken to the back Angelina made me feel super comfortable i also mentioned a few things i was concerned about and she answered my questions and recommend different techniques and products that would help . Listen, if you havent already gotten a membership I highly recommend it. They make it a breeze to get your services done. Love the fact that they are open late, works great with my busy schedule. The facility is very clean which is what you would expect from a place offering these types of services. I have never been concerned with their hygiene practices. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable... as comfortable as you can be getting waxed 😊

My review is a split one. Fabiola the eastetician is wonderful! First time with her (since our regular tech left) and we will definitely book with her again! However, the bad review is because of Alexis at the front desk. This isnt the first time shes made us feel unwelcomed and doesnt seem to care about the customers. She seems moody and doesnt want to be bothered/or interrupted from her ongoing personal conversations with co-workers. Management should really look into her behavior and possibly follow up with much needed customer service training.

This was my first time at this location as well as using European Wax Center. I went for a Brazilian, I’ve done this before and stopped for sometime. The woman doing the wax was very nice. I felt a little weird not being left to undress as in the other wax studio I went to we were given privacy to prepare. I understood there was going to be pain I’ve done this before. I was happy to receive a discount because it was my first time in one of their wax studios, but I would’ve gladly declined it if I knew I wasn’t going to be getting all my hair removed. I do have patches of hair on some areas that were not removed. I will be calling and looking into a policy on what can be done.Update!They’ve reached out to me and made me feel better the young lady who did my touch up today was amazing! I will be recommending her.A lot of people don’t know but they do have a touch up policy of 5 days for free. I didn’t know until I called. Nevertheless, the young lady today made me feel very comfortable!

Adriana P. Gave me my first ever bikini wax 2 months ago she did great, hair grew back slowly and thinner with no ingrown hairs. Very fast and friendly staff members and answered all of my questions and out me at ease .Last month I had Amber... she was friendly and nice BUT I had SO many ingrown hairs when I left and I had wax residue on myself and my panties that I had to pull off when I got home. My hair grew back alot faster as well with her. So this month I scheduled with Adriana again and she did a good job I am smooth and was left without residue.

2 TIME BAD EXPERIENCES.😡 FIRST TIME I CAME TO THIS LOCATION YEARS AGO AND THE WAX WAS FREE, BUT EVEN STILL. THE WAX EXPERIENCE WAS OF POOR QUALITY. TONS OF RESIDUE AND PARTS OF MY BODY WERENT EVEN TOUCHED. I GET IT, IT WAS FREE.🤔 SO I RECENTLY TRIED THEM AGAIN AND PAID IN FULL. TELL ME WHY AM I STILL RECEIVING LOW QUALITY WAXING EVEN IF IM PAYING FULL PRICE AND MEMBERSHIP AS WELL🤬 THE SAME THING HAPPENED I PRACTICALLY SIGNED UP FOR A FULL BODY WAX AND INSTEAD GOT 55% BODY WAXED💩🤬😡

Highly disappointed in this place. They have a big sign that says stop scan the code to check in. I did that and got a text message that said thanks your all checked in don’t go far. Well I wait 15 mins then someone inside called and said I was supposed to come inside to check in. Why they didn’t have a sign that said to come in. She said she doesn’t even check the text messages. How am I supposed to know that and why would they put that sign if they don’t follow it..endless to say she said because of you loosing 15 mins you have to reschedule because the girl who was gonna wax me is going to lunch. I didn’t think it was fair because it was their mistake not mines but today confirmed that the pearland location is better then this location.

Today was my first time getting waxed, and my first experience was great! A friend highly recommended Crystal and let me tell you she was so amazing! She talked me through everything and explained everything she was doing as we went. I did my underarms and a Brazilian. The underarms was the easy part and of course for my first time the Brazilian was a bit painful. Crystal was very patient and gentle. Her overall vibe was beautiful! I feel so smooth and she’s right I’ll never go back to shaving!

I get its covid-19 and all. But the girl in the front needs to learn to have better communication skills. She told me to come at a certain time. I was here, they took a client earlier than expected. So I had to wait, and the next available appointment was the latest they had . Im like ok sure. I get there and was told no they didnt say that. So Im like okay?? They didnt even call to let me know from the get go which i use to get a courtesy call . So never again will I come to this location. After being a customer for 2 years. Going elsewhere . I miss the other 2 girls they made sure of not making mistakes, and always had great customer service skills

After being a long time costumer and giving them several opportunities to improve (like after having my eyelids burnt) I decided to go out of my way to finish my package at a different location then never do business with them again. I cannot speak for every location but this particular one apparently gets to pick and choose who they want to take care next regardless of an appointment, which resulted in me having to wait several times while watching people skip the line, even those without an appointment who came in after. It became clear that once they’ve sold you on a package everything goes downhill and they stop caring about you. Front desk customer service is also lacking, they rarely have the same person there and they are clearly more interested in themselves than taking care of the customer. Train your people better.

She provided excellent service and conversation, as well as information about the entire waxing process and aftercare. I totally recommend this place! Definitely going to come back. The entire process took no longer than 15 minutes, totally worth the money, time, and tiny bit of pain that accompanies your first time waxing!

I will begin with saying that prior to my last visit, my experience has always been pleasant, however, my last visit was nothing short of a nightmare. Kim, who is my regular waxer, is out on medical leave so I was assigned a young girl named Amber. She is very inexperienced and I do not believe she should be providing waxing services for sensitive areas (if you catch my drift) at this point in her career. 1) She had to wax the same areas multiple times, I believe this was because she was not allowing the wax to harden enough which resulted in lots of wax residue being left on me...I realized some residue is normal but this was more than usual. She said my hair was too fine and that was the reason the wax wasnt taking--mind you, this was NOT my first time and I have not had that problem before. Waxing certain areas multiple times is not so much my complaint, the complaint is that even after exhausting the maximum number of waxes she said the salon permits them to do, there was STILL patches of hair throughout. It was also very, very painful. Like nothing I have experienced even on my very first time getting waxed. She would start to pull the wax then lose grip and have to start again mid-way, sometimes she would have to pull it off very slowly because it seemed she could not get a proper grip...I have NEVER had an experience like this. This happened exactly 1 week ago (10-1-15) and I am obviously still very upset at the service I received. When I mentioned it to the front desk receptionist she was very apologetic and she confirmed Amber had just finished her school and was new there. I still paid the full amount, I did not ask for a discount however, looking at the results as they are just 6 days later I feel I should have just walked out there without even paying. My advice, DO NOT go to Amber. No offense to her as a person, but I believe she needs more experience before being allowed to work on sensitive areas of the body.

This is my first time going to EWC. The wax technician Crystal was awesome. The only problem that I had was with the front desk. I had left a cash tip and somehow the girl messed it up. The other front desk person assured me that Crystal would receive her tip. I scheduled my appointment for 4 week on a Sunday this time which should have been April 17,2016. I never received a reminder call. I waited all the way till today to see if anyone was ever going to call me. I finally broke down and called and was informed that the reason I had not been called was that an appointment had never been set up for me. This was not a good impression and I have to say that I am disappointed. If I had not received the level of great service that I did from Crystal I would not have called back . I would have found another place to get waxed. I feel like especially since I was a first time guest I should have been provided with better service than this. I will be going back on May 1,2016. I set a reminder on my phone in case I am not called to be reminded. Hope that this reaches the correct person to better your front desk service. Once that gets addressed and corrected. I feel like this will be a A-1 experience.

Fabbi was THE best! Got my eyebrows waxed earlier and she did my chest awhile back. Professionalism at its finest! Kind, timely, and informative. Management and staff were also fantastic and welcoming.

They are all really good & friendly. I really like Iris, she does wonderful job! But Ive used many of the girls, all are great & I would definitely recommend them all!!

I have been coming for some time now and Im addicted. Ladys and gentlemen I promise that waxing is not as painful as you may perceive it to be. If you have sensitive skin let your waxer know, if your nervous let them know. They will take great care of you and its fast. Typically Im there for a total of 15 minutes max. They also offer packages, at first I was hesitant about purchasing one, but in all honesty its saving me more money further down the road.

Today I dealt with the rudest people Ive ever experienced, I actually drove out of my way to find this Wax Center and I was running late for my appointment so I called for instructions and instead of giving me instructions the lady wanted to tell me that if I wasnt on time they were going to cancel my appointment. While I was listening to her tell me this, I missed the turn that I should have made and i would have been on time. When I make it to the place they tell me that I am one minute late and that they cant take me in.They didnt care whatsoever about taking care of the customer they just want to go home. Ive never felt so unwelcome anywhere and Ive been a customer for almost a year now! Because of these 2 ladies at the front office I think I will just go ahead and cancel my services and get them done somewhere else with a company with nicer people.

Customer service was horrible, I got a Brazilian wax for the first time and the lady didn’t even make me feel comfortable or wasn’t gentle. On top of that I still had hair left when she was done and when I asked if she’s gonna take it off she said it will come off in the shower because it’s “stuck” so not true

So walking in i thought i was just getting a wax...i walked in for wax but was also educated on my skin care since i have sensitive skin...Crystal explains everything thoroughly...she talks to you about the different products they have and gave me samples to try the the products out...she is very professional at what she does..i recommend her to anyone that is looking for a great wax specialist

Fabiola has kept me going to this location long after I would have stopped. Shes quick, professional, patient, and I could swear she hurts less than other waxers. I bounced around a little before I settled on her and Ill follow her to any salon, at any location. As a bonus, she doubles as my therapist!

Our lady, Cristal, was not great. My eyelid was swollen the next day, and 24 hours later, my daughter has purple strips on her eyelids right before her dance.
