Seems nice and knowledgeable at first but then you realize that is not the case. Doctor uses a lot of nicknames like darling towards his clients which is strange, especially after meeting him once.Purchased a filler Hroupon, doctor refused to do it saying he would only do it after my doing laser facials with him to improve my skin. Well, I went ahead and did a few sessions (without any results) and apparently after a few weeks, the laser broke down. Was told last minute (not even call me a few hours ahead, waste of time) and next time I was scheduled for, again laser wasnt fixed. I told the doctor to just inject me with the filler and still refused. Was told they would schedule me again once the laser is fixed and they just disappeared. I guess doctor didnt want to waste his filler with the Groupon price but oh well, found elsewhere.

He is the best at being taking things a little at a time to see how they turn out and my results are beyond amazing! Will never go to anyone else.

Doctor is so sweet and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain Botox and fillers to me since it was my first time getting anything done. I felt very comfortable with him and felt him to be very genuine and sincere. I wanted to get filler under my eyes and he explained to me that he didn’t think I needed to get that done yet and even recommended an eye cream that could help target that area. The fact he didn’t try to up sale or over sale me filler really made me feel like I made the right choice in coming in to West End Medical Aesthetics. His front desk assistant is also very sweet and professional, overall it is a very warm and welcoming environment. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Excellent experience here getting Botox for the first time. The doctor’s assistant, Elizabeth, was lovely. I was able to make a next day appointment. The doctor seems to know everything about every treatment. He’s a wealth of information. He has an excellent sense of humor too, which I feel is important when seeking treatments because it makes the visits fun. The procedure was quick and painless. Plus, I paid for 20 units but I looked at the syringes after he filled them and it was more like 22-23 units total. I left there feeling so happy with the treatment and I will definitely return!

I honestly, thought I had found the right place for my needs, but I found out I didn’t! After he did a treatment on me, first he said I will see results in a couple of weeks, I went back and told him I haven’t seen results at all, then he said a few months, it’s been 6 months and I haven’t seen anything, I believe he talks to people like he knows, what he is doing, but I honestly believe he doesn’t know what he is doing, I regret going to this place and throwing my money away!!!

I had a very positive experience here! Dr. Mirzabeigi was compassionate and informative, providing a lot of great information about the procedure. I had three sessions and he went progressively more aggressive each time, which I appreciated. Good results!

I have wanted to do this for years and was always skeptical and a bit nervous that I wouldn’t find the right doctor. But as time crept on the crevices and lines on my face were more than I could handle. So I figured let’s give it a shot...and thank goodness I did. Holy moly what a difference!!! Wooooo hooooo!!! It was so amazingly easy and painless. I had the best experience. It has only been 12 hrs. And I didn’t tell anyone in my family and my daughter just said you look really good tonight I can’t put my finger on it but you look younger....yipppppeeeeeee!!! The staff was so professional and down to earth. I know it’s going to be better in a couple of days and I can hardly wait. Why did I wait so long? Honestly, don’t hesitate...jump on in, the water is perfect!!! Thanks to everyone at West End Medical...I cant stop looking in the mirror and that hasn’t happened in years. Johanna

Old equipment and laser technology, unprofessional staff, ineffective treatments, a waste of money!!I purchased a 6-session laser hair removal from Groupon. I called and set an appointment. I drove an hour to get to their office and they told me that the laser equipment is out for maintenance!!! This is very unprofessional to cancel an appointment when I arrived there. They could have called me a day before! It took two weeks to reschedule and I had to call every week to see if they have the laser back. The treatment was ineffective. I didnt see any hair reduction after the first session (you should see 10-15% hair reduction after each session). For the second treatment, they canceled the treatment three times; and I had to call every few days to find out when they will reschedule my second appointment. The reason for the cancellation was again the laser was out for maintenance!!! Twice in two months!! Which means the equipment is old and not working properly! You can search the internet to see what harms can laser cause on your skin if the equipment malfunctions. It might cause burns and you have to do surgeries to get rid of marks. So, dont trust West End Medical Aesthetics laser equipment!I wasted a lot of time on them and after three weeks that they didnt reschedule my second appointment I asked them to give me my money back. It has been a month and they have not given back my money yet!!!In the meanwhile, I booked an appointment with another clinic in Pasadena. The 1 treatment that I had in the same body area was very effective, the cost was less, the technology that they are using is different and the newest, and the staff are very friendly and professional. So, do not waste your money on West End Medical Aesthetics! There are other great clinics in Pasadena with less cost, new equipment, and professional staff.

GOT MY SKIN BURNT AND LEFT PERMANENT SCARS!!! DOCTOR DOESN’T REPLY THE MESSAGE OR PHONE CALL AFTER MALPRACTICE!!!There are many reviews in only platforms mentioned that the doctor Mirzabeigi was unprofessional. I’m so regret that I didn’t read the review earlier. I went the clinic last November did the hair laser removal. However, I got burned at West End and I suspect doctor didn’t follow the right procedure. Only 20 minutes after session I felt super painful so I went back and doctor applied some cream on my leg. When I got home at night it’s starting to get blisters. The more than 5 dozens over my leg you can imagine HOW PAINFUL IT IS!!! The pain last almost half month and LEFT THE SCAR AND DISCOLORATION!!!Doctor Mirzabeigi asked me do not to see doctor since it’s “unnecessary from his view”. He promised that he will make compensation for his malpractice and pretended that they care at first. But they don’t care and don’t want help me or fix it. They don’t want make any compensation. They ignores my appointment and calls, never reply my message. I wanted be kind at first that not post this as I don’t want harm his business. But my kindness doesn’t awaken their conscience.BE AWARE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO RUIN YOUR SKIN.
