Every instance Ive had with them before was stellar.Now you wait 4 weeks for an appointment. They call you for less than 2 minutes saying they will call you back and they dont. The development services agency told me to attempt a resolution with them before I file a complaint with thier agency. I have emailed the ceo and will wait a week for a response. Will update review after/if I hear back from him.

Great community spot. Programs for children and adults. The staff is friendly, helpful and truly wonderful.

Staff is so kind, they actually seem to care and understand when people fall on hard times. The only thing I dislike is that they changed from walk in appointments to now you have to schedule. Im not sure if thats just through the summer/winter crisis times or if it will remain in effect afterward.

The halls distinctly smell of black mold. Almost like an old very wet for a very long time cellar. How is that safe for the young students that go there?

Helps with Gas (HEAP) & if you have a health issue that can be eased some by air conditioning or fans & you get a Dr. to write that it would be beneficial, you can get 2 fans or 1 air conditioner
