I wanted to say thank you Naji for all your help on setting up my home insurance policy. It was so much easier than I expected and I appreciate you doing all the leg work, and all I needed to do was sign and provide payment. Everything you stated in the coverage and premiums were exactly as indicated in the documents, so I realized I didnt even need to read through it as I usually would. Thanks for being so trustworthy and I definitely wont be using anyone else ever again.
First of all and to be clear, this review is not about the office or Naji, I personally dont know them. its all about one agent who works there, Josiah WilliamsI have had the worst insurance experience ever with this guy. carless, always late in responding even when its urgent. Absolutely no sense of urgency in any kind. A lot happened but Ill mention few things only.My insurance payment went in one day from $300 a month to $825 a month with no notice, and when I called him, he as usual didnt answer, I left a voice mail and he called me back after 2 days with no idea of what happened which shows how incautious he is. he did nothing to help so I had to call the customer service number to get answers. Hes rude and doesnt care about the customer you can tell from the way he talk to customers and provide the service that he only cares about getting paid and other than that f**k everybody including the customer. Im really irritated dealing with him and I requested to change agents today . My car was stolen last month the claim team did a wonderful job and covered and answered all the necessarily concerns and questions. On the other hand, he probably still dont know that my car was stolen. if I can give any rating stars I would definitely give him 0 star.Never do business with this guy Josiah Williams. You will hate your life! I hope this goes to his managers so the can do something about it and stopping him from f**king up other people.
