Terrible service. Everything is great until you get hit. Not a point on my license in 16 years, no accidents. I get tapped from behind and next thing you know, I have to pay a deductible which I havent gotten back in 7 months and counting. My insurance goes up because I moved 3 years ago and whatever moron at their office didnt put it in their system. I know I notified them because I am required to have homeowners insurance at my condo which is also through them. They raise my rate not once but twice in a month because first they remove the family discount but apparently forgot to charge the location raise until the next call. Absolutely ridiculous how organized of a system they have. Then after I talk to corporate about what a bad experience I had and how I wouldnt be coming back, they begged me to reconsider and I was told I would receive a call from Phil. Instead a got a certified letter saying he wouldnt renew my insurance come September(after I already said I was leaving lol). Its fine now after that move you not only lost me, but my family and anyone that asks me if they should ever consider State Farm.
