If I could rate this place no stars I would it does not even deserve one star and I am surprised it even has 3 stars don’t come to this place if you want to waste your money. I had this insurance a while ago and the lady messed up my things three times !!! She put us with progressive and she put we had a driver license when we clearly didnt!! We only had a ID she also put the wrong address and I told the lady “ the address is wrong “ she said I can fix it later... Two days passed I called and fixed it from having to pay 180 a month it went to 600!!!! Then my step dad also got this insurance the same time I did what can I say he was also left disappointed. Never had I had such a horrible experience in an insurance place.

I love coming to this store, everyone is super helpful, especially Wendy. Wendy seems like a very passionate worker, wonderful costumer service and personally, I believe there is a future for her in the Insurance business. I am one very satisfied costumer. 10/10

The agent who was helping me do a quote was super rude, if you don’t like your job then you should go some were else. She just told me a price didn’t explain why was that rate and when I asked her she got mad and told me that’s what’s pulling up for her she didn’t knew why I got recommended to freeway super bad service when you walk in it’s the girl to the right she didn’t even introduce her self mention her name.

I love freeway roadside assistance just renew my next 6 months.

After 2 years I can finally say my insurance rate was an amazing offer,I actually got to save over hundreds of dollars, explain everything were insurance rates finally made since, thank you so much freeway insurance, got what I was truly looking into spending a month Im beyond grateful.

I spoke to one person and gave him my information and put me on hold and then i got transferred to someone else and had to give them the information again only to be put on hold again and then they hung up on me. The poeple i was talking to didnt seem very bright.

Freeway really has the best prices in town, such an amazing job to the agent in the office.

They always provide wrong info about insurance policies. They charge to make changes to policy. And recently one of the reps there messed up my policy bad. Do not recommend freeway at all.

Thanks to the agent Wendy Rangel they were charging me double almost every 6 months the times I tried to talk to her I was never in the office or they were always closed, the office is disgusting, they could never fix my policy they promised me a price at At the beginning of the contract, they told me a price and every month they took me twice as much as promised. At last the windhaven company could not renew my policy, although it was ruined and they could not fix it, they left me without insurance because of Wendy or Vanessa who told me that according to Miss Wendy she no longer works there and that nobody could help me. A disgusting company and office and the worst representatives.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT and from my part I would not give a single star, but to give an opinion I need to do so ... to begin with they serve reluctantly and with very little interest .....From the first month everything was a problem, I understand that to have a contract you pay more than normal, in my case I paid almost 200 dollars to enter and it was assumed that for the next month I would pay 80 and so it is written in the contract, but at the Going to make the first payment of 80 they came out saying that I had to pay 150 and then I showed the contract and they said they would solve it and that was about two weeks and then when I was going to make the payments they were never there and I had to call to know if They would attend to me, and the last thing was in the third month, because the payments are 12 and it was on a Sunday, so I went on Monday the 13th and they said that it was already deactivated and that I had to pay more, as if it had been my fault that August 12 was not on a business day.The worst experience Ive ever had.
